I had a good experience here. The car had a tiny issue, they were able to fix it for me. The buying process was quick and straightforward. I appreciate thetwo gentleman that helped me purchase my daughter's 1st car. Thank you for all your help.

The customer service was not good. The salesperson was clearly about the money and didn't care about customer care. I did speak with the owner, and he was very nice and respectful. However, we took the car into the shop to get fixed. 30 minutes after dropping it off, they called to tell me nothing was wrong with it. Which was wrong because it was very apparent that something was wrong, and when I asked them about it, they told me it was normal. My father in law had to get mean with them for them to pull it back in and actually look at it. They found the major problem and fixed it, but it's sad that they wouldn't listen to me, and I had to have someone else control the situation. Less than impressed and will not be going back for the "free" oil change.

We needed a car and were looking for a Buick Enclave. We knew what we wanted going to the lot. We were promptly greeted and within a few minutes were test driving what we were looking for. Low pressure salesman that didn't pressure us. The staff was very helpful and we drove off the lot in a very clean pre-owned vehicle. I would definitely recommend Roe to someone that was looking for a vehicle.

I and a friend along with 5 children between us had a fuel pump go out on my vehicle. Tyson and Matt provided top notch customer service ensuring our vehicle was repaired properly and quickly, all while providing a vehicle for us to use while we waited so that we could feed our children. We couldn't have asked for a better team to have been connected with. Without their impeccable service, we would have been stranded and unable to continue across the state. Excellent service!

Passing thru Nebraska. Battery died at Days Inn. Got a jump from roadside assistance. Went to Roe Buick immediately. They changed the battery, and even washed off the outside of my car. Very quick, and made me a fresh pot of coffee while I waited. They were very friendly to a traveling stranger.

My local dealership is down to one mechanic so they had me try the dealer in Grand Island and not only did they get my car in and get it fixed, they also shuttled my car from Aurora to Grand Island as our time was limited. Very happy with the communication, and will definitely use them again!

Tyson Crosby was awesome. Traveled from Wyoming to Illinois and a massive ice block thrown from a truck took out our condenser and radiator. He dropped us off at the hotel and said he would do the best they could to get us out of Grand Island.A sincere and very nice gesture to help us from out of town.Thank you.Dean Knowles

Even though there was more issues with my transmission than first review of problems, I feel Mike did a great job of explaining and communicating with me about the issues. These things happen. The mechanic was able to repair my car a day earlier than expected. Thank you!

I am A retired Fleet Mechanic so know what to expect . Roe Buick dose a outstanding service . They check everything and bring filters for me to see and OK for replacement . They wash the car . They are beyond my vehicle service expectation. I highly recommend them .I am Jack Pusel the mechanic. Nadine is my wife and a RN

Edgar did a great job both with the sale and with the delivery. He was knowledgeable. He also made sure we knew we could come back and he would help us to learn our new vehicle and if we had problems.Very Good

Excellent in every aspect. Service department is the best, Mike Frei is underpaid. Todd Bish was so good to my Mother she wants to adopt him! Trust isn't easy for me when it comes to autos. You can trust these people!! Go in and enjoy.

I was driving back to Chicago and blew a tire. I was able to get to Roe and they found that the tire was fine but the rim was bent. They found a rim and I was out the door in an hour. They were a lifesaver!

Super sales guys! Todd and Edgar were amazing! Very friendly, no pressure, courteous and kind. So very different than the pushy salesman of days ago! Clean dealership with good inventory of new and used. Just a great dealership all around. Been in Grand Island for years and they are going strong because they care about their customers. 10 stars!

I was greeted by Name, with a warm welcome from everyone in the store! My Silverado was serviced in less than and hour and delivered with a smile and fresh wash.I appreciate the atmosphere and service I receive and Roe Buick and Chevrolet greatly!

We bought a vehicle on Saturday (1/9/21). Edgar was fantastic, he was inclusive to our entire family during the process and appeared to be genuinely interested in what we were wanting. Edgar was understanding with our two children being present during this experience and offered suckers and coloring pages to occupy them during the wait. We do not live in town so before arriving at home the check engine light turned on. We called them and ended up taking it in on Monday (1/11/21). They looked it over and ultimately replaced the part for us. We are happy with our experience and absolutely love our new vehicle!

I was very happy with the mechanics that checked my car for the leak of antifreeze from the front engine! They gave me an estimate and we have approved to get it fixed. I trust these mechanics because they work on Buick s engines all the time and are very good at what they do!!
