They were honest with me that the subtle noise coming from my car wasn't a serious issue and that replacing the part wouldn't actually be worth the rather large expense. This won my trust and recommendation.

What a loser. Only go there if you want to be charged three times the normal rate and still get terrible service. He cancels appointments and then cancels those appointments. He charged me $60 to adjust my idle speed when the owners manual said it is set at the factory and can t be adjusted. We recently bought a BMW from a dealer and found small spots of oil on the garage floor. Rods & Rides was recommended to us for foreign cars. Believe me, they know what they are doing. My problem is fixed and they checked everything over. Very clean establishment and they are very truthful and honest. They have my continued business!! 5 Star rating. I brought in my 2009 BMW 335I with limp mode and missing issues, The car was having problems for the last year and was sitting in my driveway wasting away. 2 other shops in town looked at it on top of hours of myself reading online and trying to diagnose the problem were unsuccessful. Duane had this diagnosed and fixed within a couple days. He promptly fixed it and was fair priced for the work he did. If you are having import issues this is the guy you want to go to.

We have had Duane and Lonnie work on both of our Subarus and VW. At about 200k on the odometer the VW still gets 50+mpg on the highway with the TDI motor. Their work has been top notch and they stand behind the work. Routine VW Passat maintennce and scheduled belt/tensioner/ pulley replacement. ( 90 K miles) Charged us full tilt--but 300 miles later, engine (I-4) failed catastrophically. Dee-wayne then blew us off, completely. Had to sue him. He paid. Good Omaha VW Mechanics fixed engine and son is still driving. He left 4 In. gas hose in pulley assembly / belt--which ultimately bound up and caused engine failure. Denied fault even with photos and expert opinion. I wouldn't let him touch a sick goat.

Prices run a little on the high side but he always does a good job and you know the car is fixed right. Duane is an expert on foreign cars.

I do not recommend this workshop to anyone, they are licensed scammers, I took my car there for a fix and they could not do it and they wanted to charge me $ 200 for not having found the problem, and I had to take the car without repair and pay them $ 200 because I did not They wanted to give me the keys, but this does not stay, I am going to take them to court
