Great customer service! Owning a camper you always have to be prepared to have things go wrong and the last couple months things have gone wrong left and right but rich and sons have helped us every time. We have worked with Rustin, Zach O, and Brandon G and they have been great! Even when we had to leave our camper there over the weekend and had to grab stuff from our camper the tech guys were still working on it and were really great to talk to and walked us through what was going on. My husband and I appreciate the staff at rich & sons and would recommend them to anyone!

We really enjoyed our camper buying experience from Trisha and Jordan. They were wonderful from start to finish. They were wonderful. We had looked at other dealerships and the vibe at Rich and Sons. We picked Rich and Sons because of their reputation for taking care of us after the sale, and we are glad we did. Highly recommend Trisha or Jordan if you are in the market for a new RV or Camper!

We purchased our Keystone Passport 2700rl here and have been very happy with the experience. As newbies to RVing Jordan helped us with the selection and showing us around.When we had to return for service, Rich Loeffelbein, the Service manager, was there to make sure we were happy with everything. He's #1.Believe me, we did a lot of searching and researching before we made our decision. We were treated fairly and know that we got a great deal.

Our repairs got finished a few weeks after we had expected because of difficulty of receiving parts and pricing was pretty high, but we managed it.

Huge Thank You to #Rich&SonsRV in Grand Island Nebraska, we called Brinkley because we were having an electrical issue they looked up were there was a dealer on our route. Sadly I don't even know the Man's name who saved us. They were great, found a fixed our problems and taught us a few facts about our system. Way overpriced on parts, but I was in need and over 300 miles away from home. Purchased a Dometic 300 flush ball seal for $45... Amazon has them starting at $8 (rounding up)... Camping World, who jacks their prices up, had it for $32... rip off but needed it...

Went in to get a 2nd quote on the small slider window. First time was hand written note for approximately $500 dollars. Insurance needed formal quote so I went back in and the man printed one up for approximately $1000.00, told him that was a lot of money for a small 8 by 10 window. He said they would have to replace the whole assembly. Said they did not just replace the one window. I have since went to glass shop in York and they said it would be around 400.00. I would hesitate to bring the camper I purchased at your dealership to get serviced. Sorry I could not give your shop a great review.

Took my 2022 cougar fifth wheel in because there was a recall on the solar charge controller. When making appointment they were friendly explained where to park and how long it would take. When I got there they continued to be helpful & friendly they fixed the recall and our ac unit which wasn't scheduled but fixed anyway. Best service ever!!Service: Air conditioning

The service and staff at Rich and Sons is excellent! I traveled from Virginia for my warranty inspection and few other service items. Katie coordinated everything and ensured parts were available. it was easy for me! Shawn W. did the work, to include installing slide covers. He reinforced my closet shelf, which looks great and will certainly hold all my clothes and shoes (I'm a female and have lots of them) Thank you, once again for a great experience at Rich and Sons!! Well worth my trip from VA!! You guys are the best

The service professionalism and attention to detail at this dealership is outstanding. We traveled here from Colorado for our Warranty Forever inspection and service. Included were a number of items that required troubleshooting and repair. All items were addressed properly and resolved the same day. We appreciate the efficiency and focus the service department brings, it is very apparent that our time is respected. Thank you for you service excellence, we will see you next year.

Went in to get a valve for my water heater, didn't even bother to get out from behind the counter to attempt to help, said they only have a kit to winterize, then said if that isn't what your looking for go to Menards cause that's where they send everyone.

Very helpful and knowledgeable parts department staff with all the necessary parts at their fingertips. The service techs responded quickly and corrected my issue the same day. Best RV business within 100 miles. Seriously, do not go to dealers in the bigger city as you will be just be disappointed.

We stopped here for a part while passing by on I-80 and asked a question about our camper. A service tech on break was insistent on going to my camper to look at the issue and gave me some tips on resolving the issue. Awesome staff and I would now consider traveling to buy an RV from them. Good selection in their parts store.

I am a first time camper owner and I brought in a 1984 Fleetwood, now they could have sold me almost anything but Lainey talked over what condition the camper was in before I brought it in and then walked through the unit with me. Told her I didn't want to kill my family on our first trip. After dropping my camper off they got it in and told me of a few important items that needed to be replace and then gave me prices on some others. Lainey was not pushy or anything she listened and was very helpful. If and when I need to bring it back I have no hesitation about Rich & Sons.

Once agian Katie and the service department came thru for us.Just hours before leaving for South Dakota on a Labor Day weekend our slide quit working. I called Katie and she told me to hurry down. They fixed my slide with no appointment and made our trip possible.Cant say enough positive about you guys your awesome.

People were friendly but seemed too busy to talk through price options. Still waiting for a callback on price quotes. 3 starsUpdate. After the review I did get a call back from them with prices I had requested.

4 people working at the front desk of parts and all of them had a "deer in the headlights" look when we showed them the actual part we needed. Luckily a guy that looked like he worked on campers came out and answered our question. They told us to call in the morning with the measurments and they would have the part waiting for us at the front desk for pick up. 4 people in front of computers and not one thought to check if they actually had them in stock. We call the next day to order and they are out of stock for a month.

Just purchased our new Outback travel trailer from Rich and Sons and we are nothing but happy. A HUGE shout out to Trisha Watson our product specialist for all her help. As well as Dan Classen, Brian Calkins, and the service department at Rich and Sons for the amazing service.

Had the loss of a axel going down the road. I got to meet the folks here at rich an sons and am perfectly ok with leaving our 5th wheel here while we go back to Tex an figure things out over the phone.

Is too bad that Google don't let me write all what I want because this people deserve a hell of bad review. Their costumer service sucks big time, they play dead so you don't have to ask them anything and if you ask them they act like they don't know what you talking about. Hope I never have to visit this place again or need their services.
