My vehicle broke down in Grand Island and I was fortunate to have it towed to this business. Very helpful, they even offered a shuttle service to get a rental.My transmission was completely gone. They were able to locate a transmission and completed the service by the following Monday. Great customer service and Bill kept in contact with me throughout the entire repair process.Highly recommended auto repair business!!

Best all around auto service in Grand Island. Great bunch of guys, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient! I made an appointment for what I thought was going to be new break pads. After checking things out they informed me my brake pads were still OK and instead of selling me something I didn't need they looked further for the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. They've earned fmy future business!

We are long time customers and Miller tire has always taken such great care of us.Danny at the front counter is amazing! I have such a busy schedule and he always works me in on such short notice. Bill also makes sure anytime I have questions they are answered. I can t thank this team enough for such great service.

I was traveling and needed my tires balances. I called miller and the gentlemen who answered the phone said he would balance my tires for free since I was traveling. They were so nice in there and whenever I am ever within 100 miles traveling again and need anything wirh tires done I will never go anywhere else. Again, I can t say how professional, nice and clean this shop was. Thank you again Miller Tire and Pro !!!!!

Amazing!!! As a female going into a full service shop can be intimidating and I always proceed with caution. A lot of times I am talked into things I do NOT need and leave feeling defeated. My experience with Brandon at Miller Tire and service was above and beyond my expectations. From here on out I trust them with all my vehicle and service needs. They are affordable, professional and really treated me with the upmost respect. Thank you for having a safe, caring full service place women can go and feel confident they are getting the appropriate service they need! See you soon!!!

Just got new rims and tires for our Yukon denali through miller they were extremely helpful in deciding which tires worked for the rims I wanted the service was quick and excellent couldn't meet a nicer group of guys and then even directed us next door to get our DVD system looked at thank you guys so much for all your hard work and help! Definitely recommend them 10/10!

Showed up at 730 am without an appointment to get a flat tire fixed. I was turned around and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Danny was very helpful and polite.

I happened to blow a tire on a 8 hour road trip to see a concert. When this happened I was disappointed with assumption I wouldn t get to see the show. My tow took me here and these guys got me in and back on my way so fast! I did not miss my show and I don t think I ve ever had better service!

This is the 2nd time I ve had an issue with these guys. Last time John called and begged me to take down my negative review after they lost my rim, told me my tire was the wrong size to mount on my rim and just a general nightmare. This time I needed an alignment, and was well aware of a couple front end parts that needed repaired. Before I even went in the dealer I bought it from warned me that Adam and his cronies like to upsale everything. They told me they couldn t align it because I needed a new track bar bushing, outer tie rod end, and upper and lower ball joints. Mind you I knew what what wrong with it before I took it in. They completely missed the wheel bearing that was hanging on my a thread!!! And tried charging me several thousand dollars in parts and labor to fix. I just had the wheel bearing replaced, installed an adjusted track bar even though I didn t need one. And had it aligned. For less than $1,000 at a hometown shop in the panhandle. I even asked the mechanic repeatedly about the supposed tie rod end, track bar bushing, and ball joints. He assured me several times they were all tight and the the other shop (miller) was trying to screw me. I will not be doing business with miller ever again. And I will not be taking this review down or answering the phone when John calls this time. People need to see what kind of crooks these guys truly are. Especially when I have people warning me about the exact games miller plays before I even go in There. Absolutely do not recommend to anybody.

Ooops!! I arrived in GI from TX on Tuesday for a Celebration of Life on Wednesday. I turned the corner in front of Miller Tire and slid into a snow bank .. stuck! I went to Miller Tire to se if anyone had suggestions for how I could get unstuck? It took very few minutes before Brandon came to the rescue! He didn t make fun of me for being from TX, but rather said, It is very slick! What a kind and helpful gentleman. I can t imagine how great the service would have been if I was there for service or to buy tires! Thank you Brandon!!

Took me a while debating to leave a review, but here it is. At first I was tremendously impressed at their overall service, they worked with me and acted like my friends to get the best rims and tires along with trade in. Recommended them to everyone I knew. But apon getting my wheels and at home I noticed they put huge mounds of balancing weights on that were duct taped on and the valve stems were missing and when I contacted them about it they ignored messages and wouldn't answer my phone calls for a long time. I wasn't even upset because mistakes happen but I was very upset with how poorly they treated me, like thanks for your money but go away.Service: Tires

Can't speak highly enough about this company. We live in Arkansas and were visiting in Grand island when the air conditioner in our car had issues. I did not think I could survive an 11-hour drive the next day in 91 degree weather and no AC. We stopped in there late in the afternoon and Blake was very nice. They recalibrated the AC and got it working to the point we could get home and have it more thoroughly looked at and did not charge us a dime. I insisted on paying him because I was so grateful for not having to endure the heat for that long. He refused and said payment would be our having a safe trip home. What a great experience! We were traveling through and we hit curb and put a hole in the side wall of the tire. After getting some pricing, one of the guys thought to check the warehouse and and a new take off was available! Got us back on the road in under an hour. Thanks!

Our valve stem was broken and had to leave town right away. It was 5:28 and they close at 5:30. They fixed up right then and there. The young man that fixed it was super nice. Because we all hate that customer that shows up last minute. Thank you Miller tire you were a lifesaver!
