Great experience! Wrecker/tow technician Cory was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get my vehicle safely onto wrecker, and knew other options if plan A didn't work ( i asked ). Cory was very professional. He had my vehicle onto his wrecker very quickly and safely. I highly recommend Cory and Kramers wrecker services. Thank you Cory, for turning my crappy morning into a positive experience.

Absolutely AWESOME service. My number one go to service for any type of roadside assistance from this point forward. I am amazed at how they were able to retrieve my vehicle, stuck deep in a snow drift, and do so with such professionalism and care. They made a very difficult task look routine.

Our truck was stalled on I-80 and Corey came and picked up the truck and took it to the shop. He also gave us a ride to our hotel. Corey was very professional and friendly and I would recommend Kramer s Wrecker Service to anyone with towing needs! Thank you for providing quality service and making the experience less difficult. Corey was incredible he was fast, and reliable he called us back right away gave us an eta and was here within 5 minutes of the eta. He double checked all sides of the vehicle and trailer to make sure we got on the road safely and successfully for the rest of our trip! Thanks so much! You are a blessing!

Corey was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He had us back on the road almost immediately after changing 2 uhaul trailer tires and securing a ramp that had come loose - on a holiday weekend even! We contacted Kramer's when we were in Grand Island and our pickup died. Corey was onsite in 40 minutes and was very helpful. When we were unsuccessful in contacting the dealership for repairs, Corey called someone he knew in the service department and we were able to get things squared away. Corey cam out quickly to assist me, and was kind and friendly. I was stranded from out of town, he got my old truck on the flatbed and got my trailer hitched up and delivered all to the Ford dealer in a timely fashion. Thank you and God bless!

I highly recommend this place for their services! I had been sitting on the side of I-80 for 3 hours waiting for anyone to accept my service request, a blown tire with no spare, last minute we made contact with this company and they were there in less than 40 minutes!Not only did the gentleman get there when he said but he was absolutely wonderful. Very nice, he looked over my other tires for me and made sure I was ok before he left. I hope to never need a tow again but if YOU do, CALL THESE GUYS!!!Service: Car towing

10/10 Used this service too tow my semi truck from Grand island nebraska to a shop 99 miles away in Lincoln Nebraska due to shop wait times locally. the driver was on time and professional. Quick, clean didn't complain about the job. Well kept rigs.Truck and drivers delivered to shop safe and in one piece. Even stored my trailer in a secure location and kept it safe and undamaged. Even allowed me an after hours pickup of the trailer once the truck was fixed. Great people! Would most definitely use again!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Kramer's Wrecker Service came to our rescue and towed our car on a Saturday evening. They answered the call quickly and arrived to assist us in less than 30 minutes. About a month ago our Uhaul broke down not long into our cross country move. Uhaul s road side assistance sent out Kramer s to come pick us up. But Uhaul couldn t find anyone to help swap our moving truck in time and probably would of had to stay the night to wait for help. Kramers was not on Uhauls list to help but they did it anyways and got our truck swapped to a new one in a hour. It was a great relief to a already frustrating day when they offered to help us and we ll forever be greatful as we were back on the road before noon.

I was IMPRESSED! Someone's "navigation app" sent me down a road that I should have had better sense than to follow, so my camper van ended up severely stuck in NE sand/silt. First towing service did not come with proper equipment (and not too sure about the driver) and declined to follow thru. But Kramer's showed up and had me out and back on the road in less than half-hour. Thank you so much to my young "knight in shining armor". He knew what he was doing and how to get the job done! will not show up on the day the service is requested usually takes a day or 2 to come out. Not time efficient for sure. Very rude lady when I did call. Not polite either will never do business with these awful folks.Service: Fuel deliveryService: Fuel delivery

Ya everything is good till u get over $100 worth of stuff then u have to wait for the check in the mail. Thanks I'll just tell the emergencies that I need quick response to that it's in the mail!.......... UPDATE UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO........ I agree with the owner, me being unhappy does not have any bearing on the wrecker services and other services provided by Kramer's. I would like to publicly apologize for my review and will leave this here to prove it.

If you re searching around looking for someone to tow your semi in Grand Island Nebraska, let me save you some time. Good rates, friendly, and tried to fix the problem himself so I wouldn t need the tow. He wasn t able to repair it but just going the extra mile to try and help me spend less money was certainly thoughtful & appreciated. Thank you Kramer!Service: Special vehicle towing

These guys are quick and do great work! We had a wheel bearing go out on our trailer in Aurora. They towed us back, fixed the wheel bearing (and the wiring we didn't know was bad) and got us back on the road. Friendly guys and great service!

Can't say enough good things about this family ran business. My wife and 2 month old daughter broke down driving a Uhaul across the county on New Years Eve night. They towed us 30 minutes back into town, arranged for a truck replacement, assembled a crew of guys ready to transfer our belongings, and made us comfortable while we waited. When we thought we would be delayed days, they had us back on the road within 3 hours. Outstanding service and great people.

Wow! I ordered a part for my 1999 Pontiac Bonneville on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. BOOM! It was on my doorstep 3 days later on the Wednesday lunchtime. Regular US Mail. I am super impressed! My mechanic just installed the part on the Bonny today and he's impressed that the part is in great condition. Outstanding guys! Thankyou so much!

I bought a transmission for a 2007 Jeep Patriot. The transmission was supposed to have 90,000 miles. Yes I am past their "warranty " but it has had 1900 miles put on it and has completely Failed. It had new fluid and filter put in when installed and now pan is full of shaving/grit. Again I know it's been 6months or so since it was installed but I would expect more after spending a total of $2000. Better off buying new. This experience ended up costing my daughter about $1.00 per mile for the short 1900 miles she actually got to drive her vehicle.

I had to pick my car up from them after an accident car sat less than 12 hours there I was charged 178$ to get my totaled car out I was also rushed or I would have been charged more. They definitely have some tie in with the police.

Driver came on time, and was polite and friendly. He even took my old plates off for me. Our old car was out of our hair in minutes.
