We regularly bring in semi tractors for work to be done. Both the service and parts departments are accommodating and do what they can to get us back up and going.One time there was an issue and they made the correction. They'll work with you if they can to get you in as quickly as possible. I'm confident that they take care of you.Due to the quality of the services, be sure to make appointments in advance if possible.*All my reviews are independent and are based on my own personal experiences with the aim of accuracy and being truthful. Jeff in service was super helpful!! He really went the extra mile to diagnose our truck s vibration!! They got us in and out as quickly as they could. I d definitely recommend this shop. Thanks for getting us back to work!!!

Always willing to go that extra mile to keep you going. Been working with Island for over a year now and have nothing really bad to say. When they fox something they fix it right and if they see something that might cause problem in the future they let you know and give option to get that done if you want or now. Never pushy. Good selection of parts on hand for your needs. Always on my call list whenever I am looking for something I need. Give them a call if you need service or just a part.

Ross , the service manager was wonderful, i got to shop about 45 minutes before closing, Ross looked at my issue, got me in the shop right away, they repaired the broken fuel line, got my reefer unit running. These guys saved the day and my load of cheese, Thank you so very much, he also put me in touch with the tire guy who came and rescued me from the side of the road. Ross definitely went above and beyond.

Had our Diesel break down in Seward, called everywhere in the area Ross tried to help us and was able to pin point exactly was wrong! We were not able to tow to his shop had to get repair done in Lincoln but he really put the effort into helping in a really bad situation on a Friday late afternoon 2000 miles from home! Actually stopped here once the truck was running out of Lincoln and did a check over just to meet the people who showed exceptional care if we could have made it here we certainly would have used them hands down! You don't find these kind of people everywhere! Thank you!!

These guys saved my butt today! I had 3 hrs left to drive and only 4hrs on my 14-hour rule! Every shop in the area said I would have to wait five hours to get a mud flap fixed! I couldn't do it myself because the bolts were rusted and I need to have them cut off! Ross jumped on my problem and I beat my 14-hour clock and was rolling in 30 minutes! Inland needs to be the first call you make.

We have our Volvo truck breakdown today in the Grand Island NE area. We called Inland and Ross had been really helpful to us and dispatched a service technician to help resolve the problem. Although our issue cannot be resolved, but Ross went above and beyond to help us get this looked after. I really appreciate the help from Ross and his team and I would highly recommend his team service in the area. Thank you again!

I'd recommend this place to anyone. Quality service, all good capable mechanics...Ross the service manager is a stand up guy that I wish I had more like him back home where I live in the northeast. Inland Truck Parts and Service are the ones you want to use...

Our Truck developed a suspension problem in Gibbon,NE. On Monday afternoon. We called Inland Truck parts in Grand Island,NE. They were very accommodating and was able to get us in first thing Tuesday morning. My driver was on the road back home by early afternoon on Tuesday. I was pleased with the work and the fair price.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. The service mgr, Ross, done everything he could to help us get back on the road. I will be using Inland Truck Parts when I need work done.
