Always helpful and courteous when we have an issue with our tractors. We interact with Al and the shop mainly. In means a lot to us having our questions answered so that we can keep rolling. Sometimes getting scheduled getting in for work is somewhat an issue. They do make the effort doing best they can in that regard.*All my reviews are independent and are based on my own personal experiences with the aim of accuracy and being truthful. None are submitted having a personal relationship or vested interest in any organization.

Nice dealership and very good location, right on the main road. Parts department was friendly and knowledgeable for what I needed. There was even a part that wasn't listed under the VIN but I know exists (have changed before), the parts person clearly showed experience and was able to go to the back and bring back a part he thought was like I was looking for and was 100% the right one. It's a pleasure dealing with parts staff that can sometimes do more than "if the computer doesn't have it I don't know"

Had code issue w/ my 2021 International. Service Managers Al and Ted were friendly and professional...advised may be few days until they can get to it but we're able to hook it up and diagnose same day. Had her back in 2 days...excellent service.

Bought my truck here and have had it worked on here as well. I have always had great service and customer relations here. Jeff(salesman), has always treated me right and Al (service manager) has answered my many questions both in person and over the phone and made sure my truck was ready when he said it would be. The gals in the back office are always friendly and smiling and very helpful. The only complaint i have is, there were a couple of grease smudges on the interior of my door once or twice but hey...it's a shop. It cleaned up and no damage done.Keep up the good work guys!

Very disappointing parts counter. Extremely long waits. Multiple occurrences. Called at 10:30 on a Saturday. Was on hold for 20 minutes. Was told he would call back. No return call. I called back two hours later not knowing they closed at 12 on Saturday. I guess I will travel the extra hour to a more reliable international dealer....

Got my 2018 LT there loved the experience Jeff Price was helpful informative and the service after the sale has been exceptional if you need a good reliable truck and want to be treated like a king then just bring your self in these guys will treat you right.its now been over a Year since I've got my new truck and I couldn't be more pleased with the truck and especially Hanson's international they have been great with everything from getting everything ready when I need it to getting it in the shop asap when needed thank you all so much to Al in the shop to the parts people the billing department and especially Jeff Price if you are looking for a new or used truck you need to stop in and see these guy's and gal's you won't be sorry you did .

Unprofessional unhelpful won't even help start a vehicle that they worked on and could not figure out batteries were tested and they're still good Trying to sell parts that are not needed will not help get vehicle out of their own yard

Some of them care, some dont. Everything seems to drag but thats how it goes. I broke down out of state and had the truck repaired. I had to call them to find out it was ready to go. Drove 5 hours and truck was still broken. They didnt test drive it. Costly. This business is not sharp but I can admit that some of the frustration is with a declining quality in International Parts.

I did leave my truck for electrical problem. But they did it. Looks like they are over loaded with work so I'd say there doing something right. I was very happy with the service. Very polite service men.

They got me right in and fixed the problem not common to go to a shop and get looked at right away. Friendly people will be returning

No driver lounge 5hrs for a starter to be put in slow workers don't care about customer.will never come here for work.
