I can honestly say that I have never been treated this way at a service center. Tara bent over backwards and forwards to get our vehicle fixed and back on the road with minimal pain to the checkbook. The guys at the sales center gave us a vehicle to drive while ours was down and to make sure we were taken care of. There s a sales story called Give them the pickle and they delivered perfectly. They definitely give customer service over profit and have made me a repeat customer. I hope they keep this philosophy because, I ll be back for my next vehicle. If you re considering a used vehicle, I would highly recommend grand auto. If you re considering a service center, I would highly recommend grand auto service center. Amazing people and amazing service. Thank you for the refreshing outlook on used cars.

Absolutely a flawless experience at Grand Auto! From calling to see if they still had the vehicles we wanted to look at to the financing process! Brock was excellent and didn t put any pressure on us to jump into a sale! Luis was excellent with all of the financing and getting us locked in with a good interest rate and finding the best bank for us! All in all 10/10 will definitely recommend to others! We will definitely be back when we need another vehicle! Thanks guys!

These guys were very helpful when I "broke down" in their driveway. Had a small carb fire and they quickly leant me a fire extinguisher to prevent a total catastrophe. They pushed my van up into their back lot, and let us leave it to get parts, return and repair!!!

We shopped ALL over Grand Island, Lincoln, and Omaha searching for the perfect vehicle and found it at Grand Auto with Louis and Brian!We really appreciated the honest, no pressure assistance in finding a vehicle that fit our criteria and budget.Save yourself the trouble and go straight to Grand Auto!Update to add: 5 STARSI just sold a truck I had bought years ago from Grand Auto and was thankful for the quick, smooth transaction. I was satisfied to get the fair amount I had asked for the truck. Luis is our go to salesman at Grand Auto and he does not disappoint! I called today to let him know I had some accessories for the truck I would like to drop off and he invited me back to see how amazing the truck looked with their detail job! My wife and I had a very pleasant time with everyone at Grand Auto. We are from NW Iowa, so a trip down to Grand Auto was a big commitment. The whole process went so smooth. They were professional, honest, and had the best deal in a 500 mile radius. Our car was in pristine condition. We would purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Highly recommend Grand Auto Sales!!

Last minute had to have my tire "repaired" at a different tire shop which turned into a rear passenger side tire replacement on my 2020 Subaru Ascent (AWD). I specifically asked the guy at the said other shop if that would be ok since it is a rear tire. (I know nothing about cars or tires) and he said "Oh it will be just fine" - I noticed my Subaru felt like the rear end was sliding every time I would make a turn on the HWY to the point it felt like I was going to go flying off the road. I called Tara at the Grand Auto shop since we have delt with her on many other occasions and because she is very knowledgeable, she had me bring in my vehicle that morning and explained to me why my vehicle was feeling that way. She also informed me how unsafe it was too replace only one tire on an AWD vehicle. Something the other shop had no desire too tell me. Moral of the story is if you have kids and do a lot of HWY driving or if you just want to be SAFE - then go to Grand Auto. They take care of you and make sure you and your family are taken care of. Thank you everyone at the shop!

I can't overstate how much I hate dealing with sales, especially used vehicles. That being said buying from Grand was easily the best used-vehicle purchase experience I've had. Something that is typically a negative experience for me was actually painless and straightforward which I would attribute to the people at Grand. We dealt primarily with Brock who easily went above and beyond what I expected. Including touching up some cleaning that the detailer missed around the rear window he noticed after the purchase was completed and we were ready to drive off the lot. I actually said don't worry about it but he insisted on making it right which is something that is pretty rare in customer service these days. We dealt with Blake to a lesser extent, but he was fair and easy to work with. I didn't feel like I was being manipulated with sales tactics at any point. It was all very straightforward and above the board. When it's time to purchase again this will definitely be one of the first places I look.

Looking for excellent repair service? THIS IS IT!!! They excel in repair, customer communication and price. My vehicle called for a part exclusively for make and model, and though it took a couple of weeks to locate, they researched until they found it. The price was unbeatable, which allows me to keep my car and not have to look for another. Tara and Kevin are stars amongst their crews. I really can't imagine very much dissatisfaction for their service and if you did experience some, please try again, their hard work truly makes for a very happy customer!!

We live out of town and made the trip to Grand Island. We are so happy we did. Best car buying experience we ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Blake, Randy and Luis did such an outstanding job! I would highly recommend buying from them. Thanks guys!

Everyone from the salesmen to the finance guy were amazing not too pushy but listened to what I wanted and got me into a vehicle which is hard with my not so great credit. Strongly recommend these guys they were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions no matter what they were about the vehicle or the financing side. I see us buying more vehicles from them in the years to come

We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and the experience at Grand Auto Sales was BY FAR the most efficient from the beginning to the end of the process. There was no pressure, they were honest and the small-facility service takes precedence over larger dealers. Even the small details such as washing the truck and filling the tank with gas went a long ways with our overall experience. We will definitely buy from them again.

This dealership is wonderful to work with. We recently dealt with them on a car, and had it shipped. Brock, the sales associate who helped us, was more than willing to go the extra mile and answer all of my questions. The shipment was fast, and the car was everything they said it was and more.

My experience with Brock was fantastic! He worked with us to identify the right vehicle even though we are 150 miles away. Peace of mind is at the top of our list when purchasing vehicles. More than just another used car company. The customer service at Grand Auto Sales is exceptional. Blake helped me locate the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered to Grand Island from Missouri, all in the course of 3 days. Hands down the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever made.

Overall the best buying experience I have had. They did not have the vehicle we were looking for, however they went the extra mile and found the perfect GMC Yukon for our family. The idea of purchasing site unseen was one we had to get comfortable with and Blake and team did an outstanding job and even delivered our new vehicle to our home in Omaha!

I came across a 2001 Tacoma Regular Cab Stepside with only 62k miles on Autotrader. I was contacted by Blake shortly after submitting my information with interest in the vehicle. Blake was great to work with, and answered all my questions, and sent pictures, and video of the truck. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend contacting Blake if interested in acquiring a used vehicle.

I live out of town and called on a Jeep Wrangler that I saw online. I sent an email and in five minutes Randy Wenz called me back. He was the easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with. It took a few minutes. He got back to me right away. The Jeep was delivered yesterday and was in excellent shape like the pictures. It came from Nebraska to Reno, Nevada in three days!I found this to be the easiest, most efficient, and hassle free car I have ever bought. The paperwork was done immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership even if you live out of town like we do. The Jeep is exactly what we were looking for! Randy Wenz was excellent.

Awesome people that work here. Front Desk Tara is amazing at her job. Kevin does amazing on his work. I highly highly recommend that if you need to get your vehicle in, for whatever it may be, go to Grand Auto Mechanic Shop and talk with Tara to get your vehicle in. Thank You Tara and Kevin.

It was a true pleasure working with Louis, Blake an Brain.I wanted the 2015 Dodge power wagon that was on there lot.an they made it possible for me to get this truck.Man I will always be thankful. I sure do like the truck.There was not any pressure from LouisBut he had a lot of knowledge about the truck.Blake made you fill at ease, didn't make you fill like you was a number. All 3 men made the purchase smooth.Brain well he made a steak dinner out of potted meat. He never gave up. To find a financial company for me was hard. I work in grand island Nebraska for chief carriers, an the truck is Being tagged in my home state of North Carolina. Brain did it. By far the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. Mitchell went above & beyond to find the car I was looking for, picked it up from the out of state seller & delivered it to me all in less than one week. Honest, up front & fair negotiations. What more can you ask for when purchasing a used vehicle?

Not impressed! They sold a car I was seriously considering without even letting me know. Mitch said he would check the cost to repair a couple things, but made me think I was the only one looking at it. Then another salesman told me when I stopped in the following day, that he sold it to the next person who walked through the door, with whom they already had an appointment. Sadly they didn t think to mention I might want to give a deposit if I was serious. Very disappointed. I won t be back.Blake, thanks for the reply, it says a lot.
