Went in for car starter for my 2017 subaru wrx sti, was told they have done 6 speed transmission start. Tried it out couple days car started malfunctioning. They said it was my car, requested it getting taking out because my car is new n had no problems befor I was right, they were wrong. Haven't heard from them since. Won't be back for my business. Lost $130

Never dealt with so much frustration with a shop. Dropped two vehicles off today to have my alarm and remote swapped to the other vehicle, they removed the alarm and remote start, then called me and said it s not going to work it s either 100, or 200 more to make it work, chose the 100 options as I m already at 500 just to swap the device, 30 minutes later have call me and say o lay option is the $600 option, I can have Video kingdom back it a brand new one on same device for $650 NEW! At this point I wanted it to stay on the original car but they already pulled it off my car and wanted to charge me for o put it back on? Why would I pay for their lack of research? They had plenty of time to do their research on if this was going to work but instead pulled the device out of my car, charged me and now I m stuck with the remote start and alarm and no vehicle. Go to video kingdom don t waste your time. Highly disappointed in how this situation was handled

Brought my truck in today to get a sound system installed and couldn't be happier with the results! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. While they were installing my equipment I sat in the waiting room on a comfy couch watching reruns of Breaking Bad on Netflix. The installation price was half of what I was expecting! What more could you ask for!!!

I recently used the services of Edwards Audio and Video for a stereo I already had and speakers they sold me on for an install in my vehicle. They suggested a step up in speakers and for that I have no regrets. The sound is great! Brian/Sales Manager made it easy for me to arrange the install thru corresponding online/email. He even bumped me up for the install when an earlier opening came up. I spent my time there during the install and could not have been more impressed with his sales team while I was waiting. Thanks to Brian and his sales team, installers, etc. There's no doubt I will return for any future services I may need. Thanks guys.

Had a sub, recommended by Edward s, installed in son s car in December of 2019. It went bad 7 months later. It was replaced under warranty. The new one made it about 10 months before dying. They said I am now out luck. Two trips to GI to have it dealt with, not to mention the ALL DAY initial install when they said it d be done right after lunch. Lesson learned here...

Such amazing customer service. They helped me figure out what key fob I needed for my alarm system today!!! So kind and quick to find out. Then got me the key fob and such a great price on it too.

The guys are nice and they had the radio that I wanted but the date to get it installed it's not until January which I understood but other than that very good people

The waiting time is terrible but they are very good at what they do so it makes up for it. They are very down to earth.

Very very knowledgeable staff and quick service showed me all of my options for the install I wanted. Also help me pick out a great product. Very happy with my experience at Edwards audio. We'll be coming back again in the future

Great customer service and really knowledge staff! Put in a new stereo and subwoofer in my car. Once installed I wasn't sure it was exactly what I wanted. They said try it out and if you want to switch it out bring it back in and we'll take care of you. I ended up switching and they got me in right away. Then my phone wasn't connecting to my stereo and they took care of me right away. No extra charges, no runaround, just great service. If you don't use these guys, you're doing yourself a disservice.

Brian soundproofed all four doors, and installed a full JL sound system on my truck and could not be happier! I wanted to wait a full year to review and I am still as impressed as I was when I picked my truck up from Brian! Great service and excellent sound quality!

Prompt courtious service. A bit pricey $ . is the tradeoff for the installation. As far as the workmanship, very good. Do recommend buying your stereo head unit elsewhere for now. Selection right now is rather thin.

Very satisfied with service and installation of new stereo. They first tried to fix problem on old unit and when it was deemed unrepairable they were able to get me fixed up with new unit quickly and professionally. Great place!!

Stopped in to visit with Brian several times, had him do my sons car, he recommended another system that was more fitting and even did the work after hours. Recently sold that car with the stereo in it, my kid says he misses the sound system but not the car!!

My remote start stopped working took it in and it just needed to be reset there was no charge these guys are very helpful. Would recommend them

Edwards Audio has been around for a very long time. They are the most knowledgeable after market sound system and accessories store in Grand Island. Thier prices are good and service is the best.

Brian and the crew helped when I needed help. Replaced alternator with a HO alternator 320 amp. So now I have plenty of power to play with.
