Great people to do business with as well as friendly and fast service, I got brand new quality long lasting shoes on my whip today as well as new lug nuts and replacement windshield wipers, I'm back on the road, and I'm unstoppable! Thank you Discount Tire!:-) y'all are excellent!

What a great team! Fast and responsive service. They had the best price in town for the tires I wanted. No hassle with we need to replace other parts not associated with my tires. I appreciate the service you guys! Keep up the great work!

They helped me quickly and I was in and out. They do need more people who can stay at the desk as it was very busy on a Saturday. They do not do alignments here but the employee said they would be able to soon. In the meantime he referred me to another shop for an alignment.

Very well-trained staff. The guys in the shop are quick and knowledgeable and Michael at the service desk was really on top of keeping the waiting time at a minimum. Highly recommend.

I ordered four rims and tires online. I received a voicemail originally from Brody informing me that the rims I had ordered were discontinued. I live out of town and so when I called the next day and was talking to Matt. I inquired about another set and unfortunately these too were discontinued. He was actually more frustrated about the websites inventory not being updated than I was. After he asked kind of what I was looking for. He then asked if he could call his warehouse and ask about a few different options. I thought he would be calling later that day, but he called back in about 15 minutes. He got to option 2 and I liked them better than my original choice anyway. The part I am most happy about though is he made sure the prices would match or be very close. He also got them in sooner than my original ones which worked better for my schedule.

I will forever be a customer here and all my family and friends also,I went today with a flat tire to find out it couldn't be repaired with no money in my pocket to buy a new one and my sister to care for and Son with Cancer to help among others and clean church I don't have time for this to happen to me I'm crying trying to figure out what to do and The Manager says to me Ma'm I will cover the cost for you Merry Christmas, what a gift from the heart of a good person who knows how to do business He just got my business forever plus I have 6 children 10 grandchildren numerous family and friends God Bless him and his family and all the workers there.

Excellent service. Was dropping car off at 530 for service the next day. Was asked if I could wait 18 minutes and they would install the 4 new tires now. Everyone in the shop jumped in and got to work. Great teamwork!

Great customer service when our tire blew as we were driving cross country. They were very knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the best deal for my needs. I have been going to discount tires for years and this is, by far, the best customer service I have ever received.

Pretty efficient at getting the car in and the tires on and back out. This is the second car I've gotten tires for here. I think my only complaint would be the fact they do not have an alignment rack. If they get an alignment rack it is possible they can take a lot more business away from another big tire retailer in town that has just gotten pretty darn rude.

Absolutely the most amazing staff at any tire store in Grand Island. Everyone at discount tire is so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and they seem to genuinely care about the customer. Kyle the manager is super all around. He takes the time to consult, offer opinions, educate and explain all the options available. He really knows his wheels/rims, and tires. If he can offer a better price he will. He has an incredible amount of options you can choose from. He takes the time to call you back when he says he will. He explains the benefits of certain tires and wheels and also explains if their are any cons or downsides to certain rims or tires. He stands behind his service and his sales 100%! They will air up or check your tires free of charge.. They are right on time with scheduled appointments.. They offer rotations and other services as well. The store is large and very clean with a comfortable waiting area. Parking is big open and great. Again, genuinely the best group I've worked with for new tires and rims. Will continue to use them in the future and will happily spread the word to my friends and family about their exemplary sales and service. They really go above and beyond to make sure your pleased with your purchase and the service you receive. 10 gold stars! Thanks to the assistant manager, Brodie (hopefully I am spelling his name correctly). What a great manager! He's very professional, happy, friendly, energetic and he knows his stuff. Y'all are very lucky to have him as your assistant manager and some day soon, he should be a GM. Great location and the employees did a fantastic job installing my new tires. Thank you!

I was on a trip from Denver to Illinois. I stopped to eat and noticed I had a nail in one of my tires. I Googled a Discount Tire near me. There was a store in Grand Island, Nebraska nearby.The salesperson, Michael TS, employee713, was able to repair my tire and get me on the road again within 30 minutes.Very thankful for the help of him and his staff. That's why I've been buying tires from Discount for over 40 years!

I like that the fix a tire for free but they broke my sensor in my tire it wasn t on cuz I had just put air in it there not cheep to fix either there over 40 dollar part

They really do put the customers first. I had a tire purchases from BigO that always leaked and BigO would rotate it and then blame another tire like I hadnt seen them switch tires. Discount Tire polished the rim inside and properly rebeaded the tire. They didnt charge me a dime and offered to mount it for free. Will be back for sure

Our travel trailer blew a tire 20 miles outside of grand island. After putting on a spare, we called Discount Tire - they had 4 new tires for us, got us in immediately and got us back on the road! Excellent customer service and efficient! Thank You!

Very satisfied with the product and people. They helped us while on a trip. I was truely impressed with the whole operation. Say high to Joe and tell him the fire truck made it home ok. We put 2,000+ miles on it this trip.

Worst service I ve had in a while. Took them two hours to do two tires they took other customers in and I was there before them checked in. I will never return to discount again. I highly do not recommend. I was told 40 mins and it turned in to 2 hours.

Wouldn't fix a flat tire for me. Said dot Wouldn't let them work on tires over ten years old. Checked with dot and showed them the tire and they said no such rule. The tire wasn't weather checked and at about 40 % wear. Went to another tire dealership to get it fixed.

Friendly service and busy. Was greeted with smile. Was quoted prices on some tires for our main car. Gentleman gave me honest and respectful answer and opinions on what we looked at. Will continue to give them business as I know they stand behind there products and service.
