Cornhusker Toyota in Nebraska was one of the top Toyota dealerships I ve ever dealt with. Extremely professional and efficient, Greg Ray had wonderful communication and was very knowledgeable. He ways answered my questions promptly or let me know he was working on it! The finance manager was quick and explained everything. If you re in the Midwest region looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Cornhusker Toyota!

I m not normally one to write reviews on places, but the experience I have had here has not been great unfortunately. The ABS module went out in my car, and when I made an appointment to get it reinstalled and re-programmed, as well as purchase a new ABS module from them, they originally told me that it would be $700 for both the part and labor fee. During my appointment, they came up to tell me that they got the wrong part and then expected me to either still buy the part for $500 or pay the resell fee of $200. I respectfully expressed that I would not be paying for a part that I didn t ask to be ordered. They then told me that they could order a new part, but then wanted to charge me $1400 total for the part and labor fee (labor would be about 1.8 hours and $297), so I went and took it upon myself to find another Toyota parts store, where I could purchase the ABS module for cheaper. (Yes, I am aware that ABS modules are a little more expensive). I then called cornhusker again to see if they would install it and program it if I got it on my own. He then proceeded to tell me that the labor fee would be about $750 dollars for 4.5 hours, when it would originally only take 1.8 hours. When I asked about the differentiation in hours, I really didn t get an answer as to why it changed. I had a really high hopes for this place, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Matt Arnold and the service team at Cornhusker Toyota / Honda are professional and top notch. Early on only our second day of a 2000 mile trip from CO to NJ towing a camper, our tow vehicle began making a horrific noise under the hood that we couldn't pinpoint but knew we couldn't ignore. We considered our options then backtracked 20+ miles to reach Cornhusker. After hearing our plight, and despite a full bay, Matt had us park and unhitch, and then a service tech (I wish I knew your name!), test drove and looked both under the hood and under the car. In the end, we were able to continue on our way with the assurance that although the car was noisy, the needed work could wait until we got home. Matt even gave us his number and told us to call him if we had any codes show up while driving and he'd advise us. It's an uneasy feeling to have to trust someone new with care of your car, but Matt and the Cornhusker team demonstrated that we can still have faith in strangers. If we lived in Nebraska we'd buy a car and have it serviced here with full confidence. You folks in Grand Island are lucky to have such a great organization to serve you. Thanks, Matt and team, for your kindness.

Tara, my service representative was exceptional in getting my Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change during my travels out west! They were booked solid, however, when someone didn t show up they pulled my truck in and had me out of there within an hour! They were super helpful with sorting out a problem my Prius was having on a long road trip. We had tried a dealership near Omaha and they were very unhelpful. We didn t have an appointment at the Cornhusker location but thought we d see if they could help us and they fit us in right away. Two hours later we drove away with everything fixed at no cost because of a recall on the part. So grateful for the people there. Great experience

Honest dealership flew in from Wyoming, to purchase my 2023 Toyota Tundra Hybrid, I was working with Gregg. He told me the total price of the vehicle and even offered to pick me up from the airport. Nothing changed from our agreement they even had the vehicle marked sold to me for 2 weeks before I had time to fly out there. Fast, Easy and honest Process. Their New General Manager Levi Randall made sure I made it home safe. I will definitely be doing business with Cornhusker again in the near future!

Vast difference in service and customer service vs Virginia very pleasant quick service Matt was awesome. The mechanic came and got my keys before my son was even out of the car which is not heard of until I moved here. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me some good information about my service plan. While driving through Nebraska from Colorado, I experienced a light on my dash. When entering the building, I run into a service rep; and told him about my issue. The rep s name was Matt Arnold. He fixed my problem immediately and I was on my way. He was very courteous and also told me how to get to Highway 30. Very particular about who services my car and only go to a dealership, Toyota dealerships never disappoint me.

Just bought a new Toyota Rav4 from Cornhusker Toyota and Alfredo A. This is my third Toyota purchase from here! And what a great experience working with Alfredo! He is GEM! Toyota is lucky to have such a friendly, knowledgeable salesman working for them! He impressed me from the first minute I met him! All Car Salesmen should follow his example! Bought a Jeep here 8 weeks ago 6 weeks into owning it the Tcm goes out go a week with out my car having to pay for a loaner then get it back for exactly a week then it goes out it again same code they sold me a car with a bunch of issues leaving me with out a car for weeks at a time due to them never having curtesy vehicle or even a loaner

BUYER'S BEWARE!Please beware of financing through John. He lied to us saying the lender wanted him to talk to us about a 2500 dollar warranty.After purchasing the warranty and everything that we had to purchase in order to purchase thus vehicle. Only to discover we were lied to. Not only did we have a 3rd party lender that had no idea we were even buying a car at the beginning of the deal. I called the lender and they said never have they ever asked for someone to buy a warranty. Although John led us to believe that is exactly what we had to do in order to purchase this vehicle. After threatening to take them to the Media and Fairtade Commission, they gave me my money back on the warranty. I immediately went to Nebraska central credit Union and refinanced the vehicle. I had no idea that you could get your financing before you went to the dealership. In case whoever is reading this didn't know that either please go someplace and get your financing before you buy your vehicle, get the price then bring a check with. They don't like it because they can't cheat. I do love my Platinum Highlander. I would recommend the platinum Highlander overall it's wonderful vehicle but get your financing some place eles.

This place isn't even worthy of 1 star. Going back to 2019 I bought a new tacoma off them. They put a extended warranty on and didn't say one word about it. Partially my fault for not reading the paperwork over better but still a shyster move to make. There went 2k down the drain. Fast forward to present. I took my 22 tacoma in to trade for a new tundra, and they offered me 30k for trade in. My tacoma had 6900 miles and in pristine condition. Practically insulting me. Called 4 other local toyota dealerships and they valued my trade ranging between 35-38k, premier toyota being the highest at 38k. If they can get away with trying to bend me over on trade on a Practically new vehicle, I can only imagine what they're doing to others. I highly recommend checking other toyota dealers before doing business with these guys. Don't let these scammers prey on vulnerable people anymore

Purchased a new 4Runner in August, Greg and Rick treated me great with my trade in value along with the new purchase. John made sure I was covered beyond the factory warranty time with some extra coverage from Toyota. I'm glad my local Toyota / Honda dealer takes good care of me. This is the first new vehicle i have bought since 1998, my Toyota Sienna. I have been coming in to Cornhusker Toyota for over 5 years buying parts for my older 4Runner's. Miles always makes me feel welcome and takes good care of me. Brett is always willing to help & did a great with my 2016 4Runner service work.Thanks Guy's
