Justin and the team did a fantastic job with my travel trailer. I called up early in the morning, and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived, they jumped right on it it did a fantastic job replacing all the tires and getting everything put back together. As promised, they did it as soon as I arrived, since I had an 11-hour trip ahead of me. Thanks again for the quick and excellent service!

I can t speak highly enough of Justin and his team. Justin knows what he is talking about when it comes to taking your truck to the next level. He was very informational about tire sizes and offset. The team at Big O gets it done quickly and makes sure it is done right the first time, that is why I chose them. If you want great prices and great service you know where to go. Big O.

Big O in Grand Island has been my go to for tires, breaks, oil changes, etc since moving to GI in 2010. Always gets us in and out quick and usually on the same day for most stuff. This is where I send my family and friends when they ask where to go. Justin and Team always shoot straight and provide excellent customer service.

Can't say enough about these guys!!! Hands down the best place to go for your car needs!I was in constantly for flats and alignment due to bad country roads, but they always got me in and out in no time.When it came time for new tires, Justin got me all set up with some of the best tires I've had yet, and even replaced my wiper blades (which I didn't know they did)!Employees are always friendly and attentive.These guys are just awesome!

I needed new tires so selected Big O Tires for my needs because of my past experience, a friendly helpful associate and the quick response I received for my payment plan. From start to finish I was back on the road with 4 new tires in less than an hour.

I have purchased tires here before, but based on my most recent experience I will not be back to the store again. I needed an alignment for a car and after I told him why it needed an alignment, they decided they were going to charge me extra for it because I had replaced the control arms on my car. Then they decided they would not align my car because the tires were too worn. Considering the alignment is done off of the wheels and the tires has no impact on the alignment this is completely ridiculous then the fact they wanted to charge me more because I put my own parts on a car is also ridiculous. I had the alignment done at another shop without any extra charges and with worn tires without a problem. I got tires at a different shop as well.

Stopped out due to noise in daughters car. Very courteous & informative!! Justin had car checked & good thing!! Previous mechanics work was shoddy, and potential issues previous mechanic should have told us about could have caused an accident!!! One of the guys dropped us off at home and took car to be fixed--very awesome bunch of guys!!!We will be moving ALL vehicles to Big O Tires for all services!!! Props to Justin & all the crew!!

Amazing place to get a repair done they are quick and are great at their job we were stuck 200 miles from home and in a tough spot they got us in and back on the road in less then an hour ! Highly recommend them !

The store manager is a jerk and like to talk down to you. They telll you one thing one day and the next day they don t have time, that s after you spend $2000.00 at their store. I ll never go back!!

I can't thank you guys enough. LEO you help us out and hooked us up. I don't know if you knew it but I had just had surgery and was on our way home still 200 miles away. You had us in and out (30mins) before I could even get comfortable. I can't Thank you enough for helping us with our tires. Thank you for being admitting that the original tire was mismaked and you where up front and honest and help my hubby find the right tires to get us home. We will Definitely be back 100%. Thank again guys.

Excellent service and quick turnaround every time I come in. I do most of my own wrenching, but unfortunately I don't have an alignment rack or tire balancer at home. The friendliness and professionalism from Justin, Leo, and the rest of the team keeps me coming back.

The absolutely BEST customer service i have ever had. Justin has always went above and beyond for me. He also greeted me by first name as i walked into the store. I will ONLY use this shop for all my repairs. Hands down the best service you can get. Justin is a star.

I absolutely love how everytime I walk in im greeted with smiles. That was the first sign that I'm in good hands. My service was fast and quick. All work done on my vehicle was explained in an understandable friendly manner. Their hours are great since I work till 5pm most days. Thank you Justin and his super team!

We arrive before the store opened and respectfully waited while tires where being brought out for display until opening time. The manger opened the front door and hollered at us to move our truck. There was no one in the parking lot and we were not in the way. We asked the manager if they have a 14 inch wheel for our trailer and they didn't. We then asked how long it would be before they could dismount and mount a tire. He stated they would not be able to get to us for 45 minutes. The store opens at 7am and there was no one else there. They couldn't get to us for 45 minutes!?!? We left and went to Walmart. I have been a loyal Big O customer for 10 years and purchased many tires. Do not use this location.

A week ago my mom came in with my car to replace a nail the didn t do anything they charged my mom 17$ for just looking at it no repairs were done. Today I took an end to discount tires Because I was losing so much air and they found three small nails on my Back passenger side and a huge sidewall rip and the fact that big O tires actually let my mom drive away with a tire that was damaged like it was knowing that I have a spare tire right in my back not OK Big O

It was overall a great experience. They got my vehicle in right away and performed the necessary task quickly and efficiently (which was a surprise) Most shops in the area take much longer and have me questioning how hard they're working. I do my own DIY mechanics and I know how long it takes to perform a task, they exceeded expectations set by other local shops. The job that was performed was performed very well. I was impressed with the quality of work and the speed. I recommend this shop to others as it has been recommended to me. Staff goes above and beyond. I've been in with other issues and received great service and dedication every single time. No matter what the circumstance.

We were traveling through Nebraska when we had tire trouble on Interstate 80 on our 5th wheel camper. We called Big O Tire on 2135 N. Diers Ave in Grand Island Nebraska and talked to Leo, he was very friendly and helpful from the start. We limped the camper back to his store and told him we where try to get to a museum that closed in a few hours and we probably won't make it because of the tires. He made sure we made it by getting the trailer on the road in just over an hour with 4 New tires !!!!! Thank you to Leo, Pedro and all of the outstanding staff at the Grand Island Nebraska Big O Tire store, outstanding friendly service !!!

Big O tires had great customer service, were friendly, and helpful. We were passing through town when our tire blew, and then our spare blew! Luckily, it was right in front of their shop. They were able to set us up with a new full set of tires in 30/45 minutes, start to finish.

Terrible customer service. I had bought a complete set of tires which were installed at the end of shift. I ended up with issues on one of the tires going flat. Causing me to have to have my car towed. And then they try to push it off on someone else like it wasn't their fault and don't want to take care of the issue that their impatient employee caused. Now I'm having to fight with getting my tire replaced. A whole day gone that I could have spent doing something else. Added expenses in gas and having to purchase another tire until this issue is hopefully taken care of. Customer service..... Yeah right, I'll never do business with Big O again

They usually do a great job. One advice I would give is if you re open until 6pm don t refuse service until 545pm. I came in right before 5pm and not busy and was refused service. Said they stop taking vehicles at 5pm. Disappointing in customer service.
