Got the bulb I needed for my headlight, crazy expensive in my opinion but that s everywhere so not on just this Auto zone. Dude was very nice and helpful and the bulb is now installed and working great.

My favorite auto parts store. They are always extremely helpful and very nice. They make buying parts less of a headache, even though they are not the closest auto part store to my house they are my first stop when in need of parts.

I wouldn't go to AutoZone unless your Cuban. If you are anything but Cuban you will be helped after all the cubans have been helped getting the AutoZone special on there base model clapped out sports cars. Other then that there are some employees that do there job correct.

Just have to say that I appreciate Alex for helping me figure out one of the many problems my Jeep has. He even took the time to put in a new battery for me. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

The only auto parts store I'll go to because the staff actually helps you if you need it and it seems like every other parts store in town don't even know what parts it is that they're selling or they're just unfriendly

They helped me find the warranty that i was unable to find in my files at home and they went above and beyond to find it without the number and found the warranty so that I can get my brakes replaced thank you to AutoZone staff in Grand Island Nebraska on second Street

Nate helped me out today. He helped me choose the best headlights for my vehicle and even helped install then in 7 degree weather! The have friendly hard working staff here and I thought the pricing was alright. Nate also helped me look up some other parts for my vehicle what a nice guy!

Most of the time they're very knowledgeable and very courteous. It's pretty busy at times so you'll have to wait for a few minutes.Overall they're very courteous and polite and extremely helpful.

Guy quickly said oh yeah we have those and after traveling there they didn t have anything close, the manager seemed bored with helping the guy help me. Buy online from Amazon and avoid the hassle of this place.

Mark helped my daughter who was just passing through town on her way back to college on 8/27/21. Not only did he diagnose what was going wrong, but he actually replaced the parts. Mark your a Amazing person Thank you so much from helpless parents hours away. She made it safely to Colorado. Thank you!!

They always treat me like family very curious. They also have veteran discount ,hard too find in Nebraska and a lot of states. Would think that would be seen in a lot more business, thanks for asking. Just an old vet.

Called to make sure they had a part before I took my truck apart. Turned out to be the wrong part so I had to drive around with my truck in pieces. I did give them 2 stars because they called other parts stores looking for the right part.

Great guys, can't thank them enough! We are currently driving overnight to Illinois coming from Utah and our check engine light came on while driving on the interstate. We called the store about 30 minutes before close and asked them to wait for us. The Manager and an employee waited for us and helped diagnose the car issue and give us advice to make it to Illinois safely. Thank you so much for your help!

Another business told me to go there. I did, the workers were bad mouthing that business, then they were bad mouthing auto zone not cool. They said dont buy nothing here cheaper on amazon. I said I would never buy anything there!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this Autozone. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we were stuck broken down on a roadtrip. We were out of state, didn't know anyone, and these folks treated us with such kindness and understanding. They helped us change out the battery, and when it turned out the alternator was the problem, the manager installed it for us himself. I don't know if there's an award AutoZone gives out for exemplary employees, but these folks deserve one.

Pro: Great place to pickup auto parts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Con: I am always seeing new faces behind the counter. That tends to lead to a lack of knowledgable employees at times. Rated higher because they are always open when I need a last minute part.

I trust Autozone with my auto part and car care needs. I appreciate the free diagnostic help when needed and the ability to obtain loaner tools if required. The staff has been nothing but helpful! Great job!

Best customer service in any category in Grand Island. I'm not a personal friend of the owner or management -- they are simply and truly the best service of any kind in GI.

I am now "banned" from Autozone, because I told the store manager, Rob Paup, to f*** off for yelling at me for bringing my roommate his wallet at work.Rob started yelling at me for "distracting his staff."And I told him, "All I did was bring Brad his wallet so if you're gonna yell at me again like you did yesterday for bringing them lunch, because you don't give them a lunch break anymore, then you can f*** right off."To which he replied, "That's it you're banned from my store. How dare you speak to the store manager like that?"And I said, "Well, that's just fine because BRAD has been running the store better than you ever have." Rob hasn't done one thing his job requires of him.And I'll be sure to mention that the great store manager has yelled at me to the point of tears and purposely humilated me in front of his customers a total of 3 times now in within a week.Even if I hadn't been "banned" after that experience I am likely never shopping at another AutoZone again.Not if people like thats the kind of people they have running their stores.~Zero stars~

Had a long night fighting a brake issue on i80.. Got off and went to this store .. The manager was so friendly and help full they for sure made a rough situation better
