I have a very demanding schedule at work and Sal was very helpful and worked around it coming in on his day off very professional and informative buying cars can be scary but he made it sooo easy and sooo exciting!

Auto One is an excellent place to do business. Very friendly staff. Very cordial and go out of there way to accommodate any needs you may have. Kevin Carey is highly recommended as the salesman I have personally dealt with on multiple purchases and has treated us very well. We will definitely be back for more vehicles or call Kevin and ask him to find exactly what we want as we have done in the past.

All the staff at Auto one at the Grand Island location was all very helpful. My wife and I purchased a vehicle there a few days ago. They stand by the quality of vehicle's, and the quality of customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend buying and working with them on all your car needs. We will for sure buy our next car from them again. Thanks again Auto One!!!!!!

Bought a car here a few days ago and I m absolutely impressed! Auto one has great customer service, and they definitely treat you like familh. Huge thank you to Sal for finding a car perfect for my son and I. Also, thank you Kevin and Larry for helping solve my one minor problem I had. When I called and had a problem they were on the scene within 20 minutes with a loaner so they could fix the problem. Very pleased with all 3 of them for taking such great care of us! Huge shoutout to Auto One!! I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

Do not, I repeat, do not whatsoever buy a vehicle at Auto One. Have been seeing some reviews & one of them say reliable cars? I bought my vehicle there & it's been the worst mistake ever. I bought it on 10/10/20 & so far it's been in the mechanic 4 times. This last time is costing me $1,800 out of pocket, because their famous Superior Protection Plan didn't cover the repair. Yes, they may have good customer service, but their cars a piece of....

Auto One has been great to us for 7+years. We have purchased 4 vehicles From them and the quality of cars I ve been excellent. Customer service is exceptional and Kevin always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend auto one for your next vehicle purchase

If i could do 0 stars I would. Both times my wife and I have been in the 2 different salesmen we worked with were very unprofessional, rude, and degrading. Businesses are supposed to help people not drive them away. I will never give this place a cent of my money. Treating people the way we were treated makes me sad for the community and anyone trying to get a vehicle here. I don't buy from peole who belittle others and yell at them. Yes...he yelled over me as I was trying to offer him money because he was late for something and didnt want to hear me.

Kevin was great to work with. Fast approval and I got a nice truck with payments perfect for my budget. Couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the 2nd vehicle we've bought with auto one and would definitely buy from them in the future.

Tyler in Kearney was great. I will happily be a return customer as is a few of my family members. Had a minor issue with the vehicle contacted Tyler and he took care of it right away. If your looking for a great place to buy a vehicle and good honest people then please at minimum check out Auto One in Kearney.

We just recently bought our 4th vehicle from Auto One. We have not had any issues with any of our vehicles. We always work with Kevin in GI and we feel confident that he will steer us in the right direction. We always get a good deal, a reliable car and an easy financing experience. I don't even bother looking at other car lots - there really isn't any point because I know I will go to Auto One when I'm ready to buy.

I have purchased two vehicles from them so far and have no plans to take my business anywhere else. Each time I was looking, I checked out other dealerships only to find rude salesmen because I was not buying brand new. When I went to Auto One, the salesmen were all very polite, let me look around and check out their inventory without feeling pressured. When I was ready for help, they were right there. A couple says after purchasing my second car, a check engine light came on, they went the extra mile, transported me to and from work and took great care of the car. Great job to you guys! Keep up the good work!

We have purchased our last 3 vehicles thru them. They are awesome friendly fast and affordable!!! Kevin is the best!!! Plan on purchasing our fourth vehicle in the next year or two. Updating in 2020. We have now purchased our 8th vehicle from them. Kevin is still the best. We went to Kevin for our two son's first cars. Our youngest son totaled his first car so we got it replaced there too. My youngest son loved his first car and only had it 3 weeks so he wanted the same car and they didn't have one in GI but had one in North Platte so they transported it to GI for him. Then while we were in the process of dealing with Gap insurance Kevin was key to helping us with that process. Right after we were able to complete that process my husband found his dream car there with everything he wanted so we went ahead and traided in his 09 impala for a 15 Charger. He loves that car and we've had that since July 2019. Then this year in August I started looking for my next car. Ive been driving a mini van for 20 years and no longer have a need for a Kid mobile. Our youngest is 15 so it was time for me to get something that I like and thats going to suit our new needs. I wanted something that can still transport our family but also have better towing capacity to pull our camper and something that was going to be better in Nebraska's crazy winters. I was having a crazy hard time trying to make a decision on what I wanted. I went and talked to Kevin and told him what I was looking for. He had me do a few different test drives and I thought I had narrowed it down and went back in October and they just got a ford explorer in. I had an explorer when I was 20 years old and I had liked that so I test drove the 2015 they just got. It had almost everything I wanted. The only thing missing was the fob like dodge has. I decided that the lack of a fob and a 10,000 dollar less price tag was worth the trade off. Im so happy I went with it. I think I like it better than a durango even with out the fob. It has a key pad so I can unlock it even if I dont have the keys. I do alot of stop and go driving so thought the fob would be a good fit but im very happy with how its working out. Also just 2 days after we bought the explorer we had our first winter event and I couldn't be more happy about how the explorer handled in it. Kevin has never done us wrong and we are AutoOne customers for life. If you are looking for a new set of wheels, you need to go see them. They are great at helping you get financing too. They have alot of inventory and if you are looking for something specific they can help you out. Its refreshing to be able to buy a car and not be pressured.

I want to thank Keven and company for the wonderful experience I had at Auto One. I described the driving experience I was wanting, and they found me a solution. Kevin worked with my demanding schedule to guide me through the closing process and even connected me with a favorable auto loan. Now, I look forward to driving to and from work. Got a load of vehicles from auto one they where all good but we just got a 2019 vehicle and took it on test drive dealer saw that super flat tire and aired it up we got that car and they didn t check the tire during servicing and they didn t detail it if they did they didn t do a good job there was dirt all over the brake and accelerator petals few days later our tire pressure was low AGAIN took it to the sams club tire and couldn t get it replace with them because they didn t have a tire that size (the worker said it was a staple in the side wall) so we then went to discount tire because auto one did not have a tire of that size we get in and they replace the tire this was a couple of days ago last night we look at the tire pressure and sure enough the same tire that we JUST replaced is low. So I only have one question did the dealership we went to for more than 100,000 dollars trick us into getting a faulty car is this how they treat costumer loyalty to people who have recommend led auto one before (on top of that the dealer we got the car from said he would help pay for the tire and has not gotten back to us.)

I bought an 2009 Nissan Pathfinder a little over a year ago. This dealership was so easy to work with and they sold me a great vehicle. I have not had one problem with my Pathfinder. I am on the road a lot for work so I really appreciate the dependable vehicle. Their customer service was excellent and I would definatly do business with them again.

Approved me when on one else would, did not perform any known recalls before selling the vehicle, resulting in a blown engine that Kia won t replace (class action lawsuit that happened, offering replacement engines if a specific update was performed due to a recall) so just make sure you check open recalls before purchasing, because they sure don t before selling.

Auto one was amazing on getting us the vehicle we exactly wanted. Kevin was very polite, professional and very courteous when it came to purchasing the vehicle. Auto one made sure to answer all our questions wether they were stupid questions or not lol. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see Kevin at Auto one. If we decide to get another vehicle that s where we re going. Great professional customer skills and experience.

This whole car buying thing was amazing when we were blessed to find a wonderful car and have a salesman, Kevin, who was a no hassle, take your time and test drive at your leisure, kind of guy. I just want to say that this is a good place to go. We haven't gotten a car here yet but will here soon. We are talking to Jon and he is a very nice guy. He let us look at what ever we wanted didn't say u can't have that one. Told us what ever he did knew bout the car we was looking at and if he didn't know the answer he went and looked for it. We got approved in less then 10 mins for any car on the lot. A lil high down payment but it's ok. I really recommend them 2 anyone and will brag bout them 2 everyone. I'm sure that this will not b the last time that we go there. Thanks Tasha and Travis

I Purchased a vehicle from them and it has been in multiple shops since then and not even the manufacturer can figure out what is wrong. Instead of offering me a loaner or putting me into a different vehicle, the salesperson Josh stated that the deal was done tough luck! My vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty and they stated its fixed as they tried to get me to sign an "as is" sheet tricky but I am not stupid! I will be suing them and telling everyone not to buy from this company!
