I was so extremely impressed with how so amazingly gorgeous my jeep turned out. And I wasn't expecting my jeep to be detailed inside an out. It was absolutely gorgeous. it looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought. I can't Thank you all enough from Anderson Ford. you all rock at your job. Bought a used truck from them 3 months ago, and it died on our way home. Requiring repair. Now, 3 months later, the transmission went out, the fan went out, the 3rd cylinder is dead, and it needs a new engine. Paid $6,000 cash for it and we had to take it to the scrap yard today to get a measly amount for scrap. Will never return, regardless of whether or not it was an "as is" vehicle, disclosure for what needs fixed or that it may not be dependable without repairs would have been nice, not having it die within 30 minutes.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Anderson Ford of Grand Island. The used vehicle we were interested in was at their dealership in Lincoln. They went there and brought it out to Grand Island (that same day since we live a distance away but were in town for an appointment) for us to see and test drive. The salesman we worked with was Gary Warta. He was very helpful and VERY good to work with!! We highly recommend Anderson Ford in Grand Island!!

My husband recently purchased a Jeep from Anderson Ford in Grand Island. They were really great to work with and super nice. We had a few issues with snow blowing in the back window, which was discovered when my husband went to pick it up. Thankfully there were flurries the night before and it was noticed before he made the 2 hour drive back home. They are going to mail us the correct part, so besides the extra 3-ish hour wait for him, there was no harm, no foul. The Jeep is in nice shape, but we have had several people tell us here that it needs new tires because they re uneven and worn in different spots. I really, REALLY wish they would have told us about this. We are now having to drop $2200 on new tires this week.A good experience overall, but I feel that they could have done a much better job in catching the window and telling us about the tires, before we purchased it.

Easy and enjoyable experience purchasing my new Kia sportage here. Tanner was great to work with and answered any and all questions I had. The dealership made this an exciting experience rather than an overwhelming one. Would certainly recommend this dealership!

Gary was very helpful along with other staff. Not pushy or aggressive which I appreciated. We drove from over 3 hrs away and they made sure to thank us for traveling. Great prices as well for new cars. Highly recommend.

Gary Warta is not a reputable care salesman. This company did not earn my business. Very shady practices to buy used through them. Will run your credit and not talk to you if you're not buying BRAND NEW. When I initially called them asking IF I could finance a 5k car with a 1.7k down GARY didn't look at the mileage of the car or follow through with even paying attention to what vehicle I wanted and allowed me to do a credit check. Then called back to ask if i just wanted a brand new car. when I stated I would wait for more info (like if I needed a higher down) and that i wasnt interested in brand new, noone contacted me again to communicate of i needed to pull a personal loan or use more for a down. So no i would not say Gary communicates well. Again, unless youre buying brand new. I'm trying to build up credit history without drowning in debt since I'm in college with an 7 year old at home. The fact they post your personal info in these reviews should scare away any potential customers. No sales manager reached out yesterday and the one who did last week I explained the situation to and I declined doing business with them. Carlos reached out. Never Jordan. Again, this business cannot be honest. They did nothing to sort this situation but tell me that I was looking at the wrong vehicle. Customer blaming for employees mishaps is just embarrassing.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and tried to buy a third. Each time is a long drawn out process while they play games with you to try to make you feel like getting ideal. No reason to spend 4-6 hours when it should be just a couple of hours.Service department is terrible and I will not take either of my 2 Fords or my Lincoln to them. I will drive 25 miles to a dealership that does not overcharge and actually fix the issue.Two stars because I was able to get 2 vehicles from them six and ten years ago. Tried twice since and just got tired of their games.

Wonderful and friendly people here... I can't say enough about their staff... Stephanie and the Tech who worked on my truck Danny were incredibly helpful, professional and so polite... they told me what was wrong with my truck... and then it was repaired.... no surprises... no fuss... absolutely blown away by their service... I'll be going back... they won a customer for life... thank you so much Anderson Ford!!!

I was waiting for a used truck to get through their repair shop and they sold it out from under me. Nobody asked me for a deposit. they told me they would let me know when it was fixed so I could test drive again and buy it. Very poor way of doing business.Don't take them for their word.

The Team at Anderson Ford care about the people that walk through thier door a family like us feeling like we had no hope our only car now undriveable due to a accident Devin Carlos Joe Jordan the entire team never gave up even the Team that wasn't working on it spent time talking to our 13 yearold Son about carsthis really made his day as he very much loves cars it was heart touching to watch how hard everyone worked and how kind everyone wasThank you Anderson Ford for caring and fi ding the car that was perfect for our family on every way

We talked with Gary. He was very nice and helpful. We took a test drive and all seemed to be in working order. They vacuumed the inside of the car while we did paperwork and we were on our way. Quick, easy, painless.

I would like to thank 2 of your employees, Gary the sales rep who sold us our KIA and Scott from the service dept. We found ourselves in Valentine, NE with an issue on a Sunday, we had Gary's cell # and he answered on a Sunday, he contacted Scott and told us what to do. Monday morning the issue was fixed, we can't thank them enough.

Enjoyed working with the salesman Gary for a 2021 pickup. However, after driving it home I discovered all of the air vent tabs in the front were broken off and had just been stuck back on loosely. The center console latch for the workstation was also broken when I went to use it for the first time. None of this was disclosed when I purchased the pickup. I contacted the salesman, sales manager and finance manager via phone, email and in-person and still have not had any resolution or communication regarding this.Update: Salesman reached out and this issue was corrected free of charge after I posted this review.

I called in to see about servicing my vehicle, when setting up appt on phone cost of looking at my vehicle or diagnostics was NEVER mentioned. So when I get my vehicle back after the recommendation I m told it s $200. Very frustrating and disappointing.
