5 Stars, no questions asked these folks are some of the best people to deal with when it comes to cars!Caring, kind, transparent and honest! Rick in the parts department is very good at his job hands down I need help find a coolant line for my diesel pick up I had been to another performance diesel shop and they had worked with there local dodge dealership for over two weeks and were not successful if finding the part. I spent an hour in the store looking with Rick after I left Rick spent more hours and made phone calls to contact la in other states until the part was found and ordered.. thanks for you help Rick and if anyone needs any parts go see Rick if they make it he will do the work til it is found!!!!

They seem to have done a good job. Took an hour longer than the last time I had the same work done at a different dealership in Arizona. Could have some reading material and charging stations in the waiting room.

He might not be good with names, as he says, but he remebers what you are looking for in a vehicle and he does everything he can to get you what you want. Robert is an excellent salesman.very knowledgable.have never had the privilege of working with much. Great salesman.would highly recommend him .we bought a 2022 Nissan frontier from Anderson motors salesman Robert was a very nice experience.will definitely be a repeat customer and I'll recommend them to ll my friends and family

I can honestly say that Anderson CDJR of GI has the most amazing service advisor, Kareagan! She is kind, courteous, thorough, efficient and always gives above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We have an extended warranty that our service is ran through which I'm sure can be a pain to deal with but she always handles it with the utmost skill and grace and we sincerely appreciate it.

dealership and salesman were great. still wondering why a dealership would sell a $50,000 dollar vehicle and not put a full tank of gas in it before you leave the lot?? Used or not this would be a courtesy as a dealer that most people would ask the same question on. a new vehicle customer should have the same experience as a used vehicle customer. Just Saying!!

It would be nice to be able to watch regular TV instead of watching mechanical junk. I asked several people if we could change the channel and nobody really seemed to care. There was also another gentleman in there that agreed with me. All the people could say was that they hide the remote. They also need to reset settings when they are done. I'm satisfied with the oil change but if I'm going to sit for over an hour I'd like to be able to enjoy myself.

Do not buy here. Jeep are great, anderson is not for so many reasons. Read the owners response on any negative review, it will show you how they value customers.

My scheduled service for my recalls was very quick within 3 days. I had a schedule.The customer service was fantastic they took care of me. Stayed in contact with me. Let me know when everything was done. And was able to tell them what time I was going to pick it up and they are there for me great job.

Would not recommend this service facility. The truck is new with less than 17k miles on it. They claimed to have checked my air filter and cabin filter. I don t believe they did either b/c I got home and checked it myself to find them completely dirty. Also they spilled so much oil on the side of my engine that it was smoking in my driveway. Sloppy and lazy mechanics I would not trust them. Lack of attention to detail.Update - I did visits this dealer on 11/26 here is the invoice # 86285766/1- it was a Saturday morning. Service advisor was Horacio V 3677

I had an excellent experience at Andersons during the purchasing process. I worked with Riley, and I felt no pressure when looking for a new vehicle. Riley was very informative on not just one vehicle I was looking at but several. The negotiating process was actually fun. The best part is that I know, that even after leaving the lot, if I have questions, concerns, worries, they will be there to help and inform.

Jeremy. . . WOW!! I hope they pay you well because your customer service is outstanding! My recall couldn't have been more effortless and smooth!!! Joy even dropped my vehicle back off to me at work and Jeremy informed me that if I had any issues Tobby would take care of them! Jesse quickly fixed my recall and they even asked if I wanted it washed! THANK YOU Jeremy Jelinek and the service department!!

Had a great experience in the car buying process. John was very nice and helpful going over everything. My real issue is when I went to license my vehicle they hadn't put the vehicle in my name so I couldn't license it. Called them explaining the situation and their employee that dealt with that was out sick, which wasn't the problem. They repeatedly told me that they were going to look into it and see what they could do and then get back to me. Was told this by numerous employees. They never did. I had to constantly call them every day to find out what was going on and then by the time I was able to register my vehicle, which was the day before the intransits expired, I wasn't able to license it because it was more than I was expecting and I wasn't able to get to the bank and back there in time to take care of this. So now I have to wait until Monday and will have to pay an extra fee to have my vehicle licensed since the intransits are expired.

I waited for a couple months for Anderson to call me to tell me the parts were in for my recall/warranty repairs and never got a call. I called and was told a service advisor would call me "in a few minutes". Two weeks later, no call. I sent a message through chat. I got an email saying they would check, no response. I finally had to call back to check. Surprise, the parts were there, but they had to go find them because "they were assigned" and that tech no longer worked there. Asked about oil change/maintenance and scheduled at the same time and was charged twice what I could've gotten an oil change and tire rotation for elsewhere. I never received my "inspection" report telling me about fluid levels, tire tread, etc... The manager literally stated, "All I can say is I'm sorry." This is not the first time I've had issues with Anderson CDJR. Unless forced, I will not return.

Took vehicle in for valve cover gaskets and an oil change. Suddenly I have a broken part that needs replacing, which I wasn't told that was broken by the tech until I refused the part. A check engine light and a bad TPS sensor. And discovered on the drive home that my cruise control no longer works either. Can't wait for hot weather to see if my A/C is still working.Seems i can only edit, not reply, so. Your reply to my rating is a complete falsehood of what happened. So lets set the record straight. On the broken part, I received a text stating that the oil fill tube was leaking and it would be $100 extra if I wanted it fixed. I refused the the repair because it is a simple part to replace, so I was going to do it myself. A short while later I received a reply that the service advisor had misunderstood the tech, and that the tech had broken the part and could not re-assemble it. The part would have to be ordered and I wouldn't be charged for it. I had no issue with that. If I had yes yes to the repair, would I have been charged the $100, none the wiser? How could the advisor misunderstand the tech when he told her "I broke this part and can't put the vehicle back together"? On the check engine light TPS, I NEVER once accused the tech of breaking it. That is a complete lie on your part. I simply came back in and said the check engine light was on and the car was dying, which it was Not doing when I dropped it off or anytime in the last couple years I owned it. I asked why they scanned it, and was told the check engine light was on when they pulled it in. Fair enough, but I wanted to talk to the tech. The service manager asked if I wanted to talk to the tech, I said yes, she went back into the shop then came back and repeated the story....no tech. Are the techs not allowed to talk to customers? Do they think their time is more valuable than the customers? That's not disrespectful to me? I was not in any way disrespectful to anyone there, simply asked some questions. I don' know why that would make them feel disrespected or accused. I do find it amusing that after your deceitful and disrespectful reply to my post, you would think there was the possibility of me ever bringing a vehicle back to you.

Terrible experience. I d made my appointment about 4 weeks ago after already waiting 6 weeks on a back ordered exhaust manifold gasket. I dropped off my vehicle at my scheduled 11:00 am appointment. I d traveled 90 miles and took a day off work for this appointment that I was told would take approximately 3-4 hours in the shop. No loaner cars are available so I had a family member pick me up while I was waiting. At 2:30 I d received a phone call from the service advisor informing me that they realized the part needed for my repair is not in like they told me it was, when the appointment was made 4 weeks earlier. I was in shocked at how this mistake could happen. Why was I told it was in, and they make the appointment and I took off work and drove 3 hours round trip for this?? No one knew why the part wasn t there. I asked to talk to the service manager and was told he was gone so I left him a voicemail on his phone and never received a call back. Unbelievably poor customer service. No one knows when the part is to be coming and I m expected to make another future appointment and take another day off work and make another 3 hour trip. Not a good experience to say the least!!On their business card their logo says, Anderson Experience Better You definitely will as long as you go to a different dealership.

Staff was top notch. Took forever to get the parts to fix my jeep. Poor communication from the dealership. Multiple calls and unnecessary trips were made.

The cost of the cheap oil was too much, tire rotation I didn't ask for, items in the vehicle were moved around. Customer service got angry when I brought all these these up to her. $99 was way to much just for an oil change.

They were able to get us in quickly, and even though we were not able to get work done that day, they found availability, and thats amazing. They communicated well
