Had a defective fuel pump. Gal checked and had a new one on the counter when we arrived. Pleasant and very helpful, Hannah, will ask for her again!

Manager is a joke. Tells you you're wrong and must have called auto zone. Customer is required to remember employees names. So such employee can be told they made a mistake, instead of addressing issues with said customer, and then do nothing to resolve issue with customer. Do not recommend as long as it's "Mindy's Store".

Gals there are awesome!! I love this store cuz none of the staff--guys or gals--give me 'tude when I go in for parts. I refuse other auto parts store cuz the guys (especially) want to argue with me, even though I have had 4 yrs of auto classes to there no classes. I won't be argued with, so I go to ONLY store in GI where none of the staff argue with me!! ALL the staff are awesome & prices are pretty good too!!!

This place is TRASH they gave me wrong rotors twice when I took them in after my mechanic bought the right ones they would not give me a return saying a warranty problem let alone I never even used the part it was wrong then they wanna put the blame on me saying I didn t tell them it was a heavy duty frame or not even after she said they should of asked me which they didn t they expect you to be the employee and they are the customer after I let it go the manager wanted to be difficult and not return my calipers said my original where diff then what I bought but my mechanic put the new ones on no problem even had there worker look up the part number the day before to make sure it was good end of story this place is very unorganized and even the manager don t know what products they have they don t know anything about there stock or parts they want you to look for it this store shouldn t even be running it s so unorganized

The employee that waited on me was awesome! She had to come in on her day off!However, my return, BRAND NEW could only be refunded to THEIR store card!They said because it was 2 months from purchase, so anything after 30 days goes to their store card!I DID NOT USE THEIR STORE CARD TO PURCHASE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE- I USED MY CREDIT CARD!!They said the card would be good for a while-- REALLY????Why not knock of $10 or $20 bucks for a late return??I bought a different car and I wait around for this one to break down????DON'T think so- Advance Auto, you just lost a customer for life, and I've got NEWS for you- word of mouth is going to BITE you in your Auto Parts!!!

A recent review! On June 21st 2022, a Tuesday with NO customers in the store and 2 employees.No 'welcome' to Advance Auto Parts. And it was downhill from that point. Grand Island has choices to make when spending their money & treatment as a valued customer.

I came in huntin hatchback lift shocks for my wagovan they didn t have them (in all fairness it s hard to find wagovan parts)Tara&Justin bent over backwards to help me locate a set! These guys are the dynamic duo!!& I must say in a world of ty customer service the guys where extremely nice!!!!!A++++ top shelf Good guysGood trainingGood job Advance Auto

They told me to bring the car battery that I purchased back if it had problems and could upgrade for 100 dollars. Then I come back and they say you can t do that and it s non refundable! Never coming here again!!!

If I'm buying parts from an auto part store- I expect the staff to know a little bit about the parts they sell....the guy who warrantied out my alternator looked at me like I was crazy cuz I asked him if my alternator was the only part in my charging unit that could get seized. I understand that they are parts guys n not mechanics. Mechanics have hands on experience and know how to change, replace and repair. I understand there should n is a difference between the 2- mechanic and customer/sales/parts guy. I strongly think if u work in a part store- u should know just a little about car parts n a cars anatomy. It should b required. I did like how they did warranty out my alternator even tho I bought it through car quest which is now closed. Other than that- I'll prob never go bk again

Make sure you talk to multiple people before going here, we have the part doesn t mean they have the part ! Especially if your going to travel any distance to get here.

Poor Chubby Caucasian had no help an was swamped,but still was able to bring fast competent service in a pinch !!! Hats off to Chubby White Guys Everywhere!!! Boss Mann Stop breaking his B*"!$,andcoughup the guy a raise if your sticking him on weekends doing double the work intended!!!

At the time I went to this facility they were under staff for the amanica customers they had. So any chance I would have had for assistance in installing my simple windshield wiper purchase was not possible.

They actually wanted to help me find the right part. They took time and were very patient, which helps because I know nothing about cars and it made fixing my car so easy!!!

Store was clean but help was lackluster and they didn't have the oil filter I needed and the oil was way overpriced. Not impressed
