Had a fantastic experience today after calling Accelerated for an emergency call to our Satellite News Gathering (SNG) unit at Fonner Park racetrack. We had an issue with our emergency generator, but Matt and his colleague were able to promptly troubleshoot the issue, procure parts locally and return promptly to remove & replace the failed component & got us back in 100% operational condition without missing a beat. Thanks so much for your great service, professional work ethic, honest and fair pricing. Anyone would be nuts not to call Accelerated for your next mechanical fix whether an emergency or not.

This past weekend, I ran into a mechanical problem that rendered my Semi inoperable, it simply would not start. I had just picked up a load that was due in NY in 72 hours. I went to another shop and was told by several "experienced mechanics", that I needed parts that would take 3 days to arrive & there was nothing they could do without the parts, waiting 3 days was not an option. I called several auto shops & dealerships who all said they couldn't help and was starting to consider my options along the lines of recovery.I was running out of options, & had lost a full day of travel time, when I got in touch with Matt from Accelerated Truck & Tire, after describing the problem with my truck over the phone, he told me he knew exactly what the issue was, & that he could come to my location shortly. He arrived & had my truck running within a few short minutes. We got the truck to his shop, where he was able to quickly ratify the repair, & I was on my way to NY.Matt, I cannot put into words the amount of gratitude I have to you for the help you provided in my time of need. I know you left your family to come help me, & for that I am, and will forever be grateful. Your knowledge, expertise & professionalism has restored my belief that there are still incredible people in this world. I will be scheduling the maintenance for all my trucks to be done at your shop, & I very highly recommend others do the same. You are proof that there are honest hard-working people, who are true masters at their craft.I very highly recommend Accelerated Truck & Tire, they have the experience & expertise to do repairs once, & correctly.

I called these guys on Saturday and spoke to Matt about a roadside trailer repair involving the loss of a set of duals.Matt immediately dispatched Tanner out to my driver who was on the side of the road.Tanner and Matt decided that it was best to chain up the axle and get that trailer back to their shop.Talk about an absolutely top notch business these guys got our trailer literally back on the road within one day.I can't say enough about Matt and Tanner and how they operated with a high level of integrity and honesty on a repair of this magnitude.This will definitely be my first call for any repairs in the Grand Island Nebraska area and that is why I am giving a five-star rating

Blew a semi tire around 8pm some miles out from Grand Island. Called two places and they both told me it was going to be around a 5 hour wait and both places couldn't guarantee they'd get to me that night. I called Accelerated, got an answer immediately even though it was later in the night and I was back on the road within an hour. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you need to keep moving in a timely manner.Service: Tires

Good repair shop read for more details.I had an air leak on my tractor, and took it to TA to fix it, they have tried over a day, but failed to do so, and then I come to ACCELERATED TRUCK AND TIRE, and it took them only 20 minutes to find the leak and, also they fixed. I give you my word, come here to repair your vehicle and you won t regret it. On the other hand what amazing me is how they are all so friendly.Hands down hard working people.

Was having trailer wiring issues. Matthew came out, diagnosed the problem and had me fixed and rolling within 2 hours. Highly recommended and will use him again.

I was about 80 miles from home and my serpentine belt broke on my pick up. I called Accelerated Truck and Repair. They came to my location and put a new belt on. I was back on the road in approximately two hours. My bill was reasonable and the service man was awesome. When I thanked him, he said with a smile, It s what I do when I think him again later, he said, it s worth it to see a smile like you have on the customers face. This was quality service. I m so thankful they were there! As a woman, I felt safe, and That means a lot!

We were in town for a football game and came out of the stadium to find a flat tire. We made it to the shop where a very nice young man was called in to help us get it fixed. We were back on the road and made it home safely thanks to the amazing service we received after 9pm. Matt even checked in on us the next morning to make sure we made it back home. My y experience w Accelerated trucking was fantastic. I have a 1194 z28 Camaro that was in store for around 14 years and the workers got it running for me etc. they went above and beyond to fix it. I will always go back to them with any other vehicle issues. They are very good at what they do and know their stuff. I was very pleased with the work they did for me! Finally my Camaro out of town and it ran great. I am very pleased with the work Matt and his crew did on it. Came to these guys with a power steering leak issue, they found the issue and fixed it right up quick as can be. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in town, very nice and helpful!!!

Matt and his crew were very helpful and accommodating. We blew a tire on a Friday after all shops were closed. They are on call 24/7 so we gave them a call hoping for some luck. They were willing to help and did all they could to try to get us a tire and back in the road. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a tire that night so had to stay at a hotel. Matt had one of guys, Sean, come pick us up and bring us to the hotel and pick us up the next morning. The next morning, Trevor was there to fix the tire and did it very quickly. This all seemed like a great group of guys and business until it came to the cost. Matt had charged us nearly $400 to change a tire and said he needed 3 guys to do the work. Only one of them changed the tire and I payed Sean separately for the rides he gave us. We blew another tire the next night and had it fixed for $250 less at Walmart. All in all, Matt and his group were generous and accommodating but charged far more than what you can have this same repair done at other shops.

I'm from Kansas City, was returning home from grandson's graduation in Western Nebraska, when my alternator went out. Called their number & they sent a mechanic to the shop on MOTHER'S DAY to meet me & the tow truck. Got me back on the road pretty quickly & I even got to bed on time that night! Drivers beware!!!!My husband took his semi in for repair and had only misery. Paid $3700+ for EGR valve and actuator replacement. Was told by owner only he could replace these parts (his other employees couldn't). Well he did have another employee put it on. Less than a mile after leaving the shop, the check engine light was back on. He went back to the shop but the owner wasn't there. The owner put him off and kept saying he would look at, he then said he was going to call someone about it. He last said he would be there in an hour and a half. Never showed. Rejected multiple calls, etc Finally on Monday - 5, yes 5,days later, hubby went to freightliner . It took about 10 minutes . Would give 0 stars if possible. No customer service skills at all.

Had blowout on RV inside dual. Called several places. No help. Mathew went out of his way to find tire. This was Saturday, couldn't get tire until Monday. Let us park in business lot while waiting for safety and convenience. 7:30 am Monday morning was pu tire while old was being removed. Job was done in a professional, timely fashion. I recommend Accelerated Truck and Tire to all

We were travelling through Grand Island with our Winnebago RV and the fuel pump module melted. Being unfamiliar with where to go for service we were fortunate to find Matt and Tyler. They helped us right away by identifying the problem and luckily they had the one part we needed. They got us on the road by the end of the day! Matt has helped me out now for the second time. I had my vehicle break down on me suddenly and he was able to work me in to get it picked up the same day. He looked it over and once he knew what the problem was he did his research and what it would take to fix it, he consulted with me what the estimated parts and labor would be before proceeding. The parts arrived the next day and he was able to get my car up and running. I have a Scion XB and they are not as common as other cars. He informed me mine was the first he had worked on but you wouldn't know that by the quality of the work he provided. Just getting the car running was my priority but he was also able to go above and beyond and get my power steering working again while repairing the new issue. I will be calling Matt again for future needs.
