We had to reschedule our appointment more than once and he worked with us and came to our location. He took his time and gave me the same price satellite quoted me. He was $300-600 cheaper than other local competitors in NP, but is much more courteous and personal than satellite (they only have an 800 number). I would recommend this company to anyone who wants local service and quality, at a fair price.

For being called - #1 auto glass- u would think they could find a simple windshield for a 1994 chevy truck....they couldn't find me my windshield for my truck.....most of the places that I called in grand island said that I would have a hard time finding a windshield for my truck.....but that wasn't true. I just hadn't called safelite yet.

We were passing through North Platte and needed an emaetgency repair. They met us at the hotel before hours and had us on the road again in no time. Great customer service and support!
