Just like other reviews have mentioned they are true life savers. Car broke down while filling up gas on our road trip and it ended up being the alternator. They went above and beyond to help my mom fix the car. The car was ready early in the morning.

When I originally called on Monday they told me they didn't have an open appointment until Thursday. They said if I could bring it down they might be able to fit it in early. They had it done by Tuesday afternoon. For a fair price. Jeremy F. did a great job.

Kurt and crew really saved my butt. I was passing through Nebraska on I-80 when my battery stopped charging and power steering went out. The next exit was Gothenburg, and I'm very thankful that's where I got stuck. Kurt was able to fit me in despite his packed schedule and had the issue diagnosed and part ordered in an hour or so, and had me back on the road the next day.It'd be easy to rip off an out-of-towner, but I phoned my home shop who informed me Kurt was actually a bit cheaper than they would have been! Kurt and all his employees were super friendly and helpful, drove me to and from a hotel, recommended where to eat, etc. From talking to locals it's clear Kurt treats everyone this well; he's got an excellent reputation around town.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and Knoedler came through. They were willing to look at my car first thing in the morning when they were already overbooked. My car ended up needing more time to look into, and I needed to get home to Wisconsin. They became my Uber, took me to the bus stop 30 minutes away so that I could take a Greyhound back to Denver to get a flight home. They kept my car which ended up to be unrepairable. They helped me sell it to Pebble and mailed me the check and plates. Truly an old fashioned trustable company. Thank you Kurt and the Knoedler team!!

Around 3 months ago, I was heading to New York from California. It was a long trip, and my battery died. I was so worried because I thought we had to cancel it. Thank God someone recommended me this place, and I couldn't be happier! They did an excellent job. Also they are so friendly and caring, they text me later to see everything was going well. They definitely saved my life.

Amazing service, personable and honest. I was traveling through when I needed an emergency repair and they took my car in right away when a recommended garage said they had no room, ordered the part, fixed it and sent me on the my way. They could ve charged me an arm and a leg but instead charged me a very, very fair price. I am so happy that I chose this garage and you will be, too!

Recently my Subaru developed a weird problem with the gas tank while I was driving from Oregon to my new home in PA. And I was traveling with 8 cats!!! The whole staff here was super friendly, helpful and quickly fixed the problem and at a very fair price. And the cats seemed to enjoy the ride on the lift and spin around the parking lot, too. I wish these guys were in PA, I'd go back there in a heartbeat! Thanks everyone!

We had a bit of a mishap on our way back to Iowa. The Guys were able to get me in right away, and I was heading towards home in no time at all. Levi had followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still in good shape with the work they had done. Outstanding place to do business with.

We would have been lost without the team at Schnacker Automotive! We were on our way down the road when our battery not charging light went on. Jessica with delightful on the phone and assured us they could help us get back on the road. A quick alternator switch out and we were back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

As my BF was moving from MO to OR his oil plug came off. He called the wonderful folks at Knoedler and they towed him to the shop, fixed the issue, made sure all other fluids were topped, replaced his wiper blades,ensured he was good with the services and he was back on the road within 30 minutes!! I know I can't thank them enough for helping him out of what could've been a serious issue ... Thanks Kirt for making this pleasant and stress free

Awesome experience! I broke down on the interstate near them and they towed me in and figured out what was wrong with my car right away. Very reasonable pricing but great quality work and nice honest people too! Would definitely go back.

Our Driveline and rear-end issues were fixed and resolved in a professional and timely manner for us, and we were able to continue on down the road with our trip the same day! Great work and clean inviting environment! Friendly and competent service! We definitely recommend this auto mechanic shop 5+

We were stranded coming from Minnesota on our way to Denver. Stopped for gas and it wouldn t start again. Tried AAA but they had a 2 hr wait. Called this shop on a whim and they came within 15 minutes, knew exactly what was wrong and had me on the road within an hour! True life savers and the price was right too!! Absolutely best shop I ve seen in years that wasnt a friend of a friend. They are my friends now!! AWESOME!!!

Thank you Curt & Levi.. i was traveling from Chicago to Colorado Springs when my coolant started spewing everywhere. Pulled into the shop, they got me in within 15 min. Luckily they found a ruptured coolant hose. They spliced it, filled her up and got me back on the road promptly! Thanks again for saving me!!

Stopped in for an oil change on our way back to the east coast. They took me pretty quick and were very friendly. It's the most expensive oil change on my 5 month road trip, but I'm not complaining, just stating the fact.

Best customer service ever! Military family coming from Texas heading to Washington, the shop was very accomodating to my schedule. And the only available shop close to the highway they were able schedule me in short notice. Staff are so friendly, and this is the only shop that I was also able to meet the actual owner making sure that Im well taken care of. Front desk was very knowledgeable and attentive. That shows that they are all involve in customer service. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Knoedler Automotive for oustanding service! Keep up the good work and God bless!

Our van broke down on our way home from a family reunion in Colorado right outside Gothenburg. First thing in the morning I called to see if they would be able to take a look at it that day. Within a half hour someone was out to the hotel to get the van and take it to the shop. They had the work done very quickly and we were back on the road by lunchtime. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone and everyone in need of repairs. A million thanks to you all!!

Excellent Automotive shop!!!!!!We broke down on Hwy 80 on a Sunday and the wonderful tow driver from Overton drove us to a hotel, we got a room and he took our van to Knoedler Automotive.The next day we received a call from Knoedler automotive, he told us the cause of the break down with our van, how much the repair would be and when it would be ready .He called us about 7:30am and the van was ready to go before noon.Not only did he get our van back on the road, he was kind enough to send a young to the hotel to pick us up and take us to the shop.Even though a car breaking down on a long road trip isn't the greatest experience, Gothenburg, Knoedler automotive & the tow truck driver from Flatwater automotives in Overton made it a positive experience.They had quality work, honest pricing, and quick service.Thank you to everyone that helped us that day!!!!!Break down 6-30-2019

The people at Knoedler were nothing but kind and helpful. The really helped us out after we had a breakdown and got us up and running in a timely manner. I would recommend for anyone in the area looking for auto service at a great price.

Travelling 2000 miles on a old 1986 36ft RV, it started having sputtering problems and I could barely keep it running, and babied it to 45 mph till over 10-15 call to mechanics in the area that would work on it same day and keep us moving...Schnacker got us in and out in 20 minutes. Jerry is a Carb Guru! Priced at an incredible rate...I wish this place was in California where we live. If you have car issues...go here! Thanks guys and a special thanks to Jerry! No wonder you didn't retire just yet...you needed to help me and my family. Thanks again!!!

I was driving from Iowa to Vegas and my insurance wanted to take me to another location but I read the reviews for this place and couldn't be happier. They where super busy but made it a priority to get me back on the road. If you see this review just come to this place because they really seam like genuine people and I almost never feel like that when I'm in a mechanic shop.

They got me right in and took care of what I asked them to do which was changed the fuel filter on my pickup a 15 minute job they charged me $248.
