Eric, Cami and their team are always professional and provide prompt exceptional service. I recommend them for all your vehicle needs from tires/wheels, alignments to routine maintenance.

Very poor customer service!! Do anything to get your money, was there for a simple question and discussed i don t want it worked on I didn t have the funds, just to tell me what the noise is and if they couldn t do that I ll just wait and have it looked at later that day. They agreed and took my keys, I was there all of 10 min and they charged me $50 for a diagnostic check which they did not even preform. Called to understand the situation and the owner called me a whinny customer and he won t deal with it and hung up on me. Mind you I bought my car from them and this is how they say thanks folks. Also they will charge you for services that they blatantly skip over and that s coming from several of the shop workers they ve had. Beware!

Very pleased with the service provided on Jan. 2! So grateful they were able to address/fix my problem prior to going to lunch. They were pleasant and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

This company has what everyone needs when it comes to service and understanding what is going on with your vehicle. Great friendly service and ideally situated too.They also have this special service of finding what you are looking for in a vehicle too. They will hunt down what you want, send for it and bring it to you.

Went in for a simple oil change with three kids in tow. It was the most positive oil change experience I ve had to date. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will be using these guys for all our car needs moving forward.

The quality of service these guys give is amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them. From oil changes, new tires and a new battery replacement. They are always so fast and friendly. Thank you for all you do!!!

This place is VERY good. When they give quotes, they're very accurate! Very fast and very friendly place! Also best prices for servicing vehicles around town. Also one of the best places to find tires! Very clean and neat shop. Great mechanics! Will be bringing every vehicle we own into this place from now on.

There's NO NEED to go anywhere else for service! They're friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Most recently the Ford dealership misdiagnosed our car and "fixed it"...but the problem continued. V.A.L...had it diagnosed & fixed within 30 minutes, and at a great price. We've had our cars serviced there for other reasons, too, and ALWAYS satisfied.We've also purchased a car through them and had a son work there for the summer...both great experiences.Plus, they're just good, honest people, so if someone is going to get my $$, I'm more than happy that it's them.Thx VAL for bringing such a valuable service to our area. We appreciate you!

Went in to get my oil changed on my pickup, boom had it done super quickly. They had also vacuumed my interior, I didn't ask them do it. Also informed of other issues found that I did not know about. Customer service was top tier, amazing atmosphere in the shop as well. Will definitely be taking my pickup back to them. As long as recommending them to friends and family!!!

I got my car detailed here today. It looks brand new again!! I expected a good job, but not the absolutely pristine job I got!! I highly recommend this place!

Another positive experience with Valley Auto. A rodent chewed through the 3-conductor wiring harness/pigtail to the transmission speed sensor. TEAM quoted us over $900 for the fix, which included new speed sensor which didn t need to be replaced only the pigtail needed to be replaced or repaired. We were out the door for $67 from Valley; only difference in the quotes was the price of the speed sensor ($150ish), so you can do the math/use your imagination on the disparity. Excellent communication throughout the process; work was completed in a day.

This is absolutely the best place to purchase a vehicle in the Valley! Our dealings with Eric and his staff have been the best ever! As long as we live here and they are in business, this is where we will purchase & have our vehicles serviced!

I love this place! They're all friendly, helpful, and honest. And they have professional employees who provide exceptional service. I have been here before for various services. This last time I went for an oil change and they even cleaned the millions of bugs on the front because I haven't gotten to it yet. ; ). So Nice, Thank You All Truly. I Love Them All!

Excellent service. This is the third I've been there and every time they kept me informed. Fixed what was wrong with my Ram and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you to all of them at Valley Auto.

Very friendly and welcoming. Fast service and always checking in to see if I needed anything. Comfortable waiting area which was very clean. I asked them to check something on my car that I was not scheduled for and there where more than happy to check for me! I will definitely be back for service on my car!

A friend recommended Valley Auto Locators for their mechanic work. I took my 1995 pickup in for some ongoing problems I'd been having. They got it in and purring like a kitten in no time. I was very pleased with them.

From the moment I called to make an appointment they were so kind! Needed an oil change before leaving to get on the road over the weekend and they fit me in and made the time. So thankful for not only fitting me in but truly couldn t have asked for better service. Drove over an hour here because they were highly recommended and let me tell ya it was well worth the drive!! Only had an oil change but you could tell they care and just the sweetest family. I m telling you this is the place to go!!
