Our RV broke down between Scottsbluff and Rapid City and Russells transmission in Scottsbluff said they could fix our RV so we got it towed and they began working on it the next day. The staff was very helpful at Russel s and also informative on what they were ordering. I was very thankful that we were able to have our RV repaired in a town, you could say small town, where the owner was present and accessible. Once again, great service from Russel s transmission.

Don't seek honest service from this outfit. He's a crook. He charged me $40.00, did nothing and then balked when I requested a receipt. I was treated just the opposite at Wilburn's. They gave me an honest deal and even gave me a ride home while waiting for the diagnosis of my transmission. If you're smart you'll stay clear of Russel's in Scottsbluff and Gering, NE!!! They're CROOKS!!!!!!!
