Very unprofessional phone calls and store visits. The first time was to pick up a very simple part. They got the wrong item and I kindly told them it was the wrong part. Both of the people at the front desk seemed unprofessional and mumbled under there breathe about how i didn't know what I was talking about when I was 100% sure about the item. Later on they brought me a broken part and didnt even give me a discount or anything when the part was damaged. Sadly had to deal them them and I won't be doing it again.

I used Rich's Wrecking to rent a U-Haul 5x8 Trailer.Because I was moving in town (moving 5 blocks from my rental to my purchased house) Rich allowed me to keep the trailer 24 hours instead of 6 hours. I was very thankful for that. I did go over the intended 6 hours. I didn't use the trailer the entire 24 hours, but having the extra time, was a relief and I appreciated it. It does pay to shop local and small business.

Went in yesterday for some wheels for my car. They had 3 on stock and said they could order the 4th. I showed up and they refuse to selle the 3 they had due to one of them not being up to their standards, and said they ordered it for me as well. The next day I had all 4 wheels. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them for this, and they are so polite and professional. I'm definitely gonna be using them again for other needs in the future.

These guys where very helpful. I needed a rim for my pickup, one call and a few hours later I was walking out with a rim. Plus thay offered to check for anything else I needed on the spot.

The prices are reasonable and employees were nice. I needed a new ignition control module and called for pricing. I think it was the same price from autozone but Rich s also included the coil packs in with the ignition control module, so I was fine with that. The part was pulled and ready for me before I even got there. I still have problems with the car so I can t judge the parts I got bc I can not confirm that was the problem to begin with. Employee I spoke with was nice. Even gave me advice on another car part. Overall I had a good experience with them.

I'm extremely happy with the parts and customer service that I received from Rich's they were more then friendly when I called in to see if they had the parts I needed! Even tho I did not have my core exchange when I bought the parts they still gave me the core return price and let me bring the part in late. I'll definitely be using Rich's again!

Ordered a set of used seats and they were exactly as described if not even better condition. They were closed when I came to pick them up but they worked with me on everything over the phone. Great guys, great place. Thanks again!

I visited Rich's Wrecking & Salvage for a UHaul rental. They had the size truck I needed & hand trucks up to appliance size. So glad they had plenty!! Dropped off the rentals no problem. The next time I move, please let it be feet first for me!

Just a little shady. Ordered radiator on phone and then drove 2 hours to pick up. They didn't tell me it was damaged. He said take or leave it! Be careful when doing business with them!

Had a great experience. I ordered a part & had it shipped to Minnesota. It was quick & easy, and it was shipped fast & was packaged very well. Very reasonable shipping & Steve was great to deal with.

Had parts shipped from Gering up to Michigan. Parts arrived and were A+ condition. Super happy with that and James was great to work with.

do not buy parts from this place. they sell you a broken part and wont refund or replace it!!!!!! My mom was taken advantage of by these guys!!! Watch out women!!!! Whoever this Steve guy is that the employees keep referring too, we well see you in small claims court!!!!

I have called this place 3 times for a junkyard part! Used Transmission about a $1000 picked one up for $275, Used distributor, quoted "run ya 'bout $75" --- Online from autozone REMANUFACTIRED is $25!!! part (30-2891 go look!) not junkyard part!! .. WOW! Proud of their parts and waste of my time. Good place to get FIA!

Went there with my daughter and soninlaw and grandson to pickup a Uhaul truck and trailer that was waiting for us there was a mess up on the trailer but they was able to find the right one even tho we had to go to Torrington to pickup all and all I was pretty impressed with the way we was treated

Tell u what customer service sucks show up at 430 to get a part and the won't go get it till tomorrow. But don't close til 530 worthless lazy slackers specially Steve Eich
