Worst shop in all of western Nebraska... Would not trust their work, or their tuning... They sucked a rag into my turbo while on the dyno due to not running my air filter, destroyed the turbo and put metal thru all charge pipes, intercooler and obviously into the engine. They told me they would rebuild my turbo and clean out all metal. Come to find out they installed a whole different older turbo that was smaller and never cleaned the metal out... Got my vehicle back and it blew cyl 5 piston to pieces on the very first drive and never even went full throttle.... Messaged the owner on the side of the road with a blown engine obviously upset since it was my very first drive after spending thousands, and the joke blocked me. Would definitely not recommend this shop!

In August my wife's BMW wouldn't turn over and start and Nemnich was the only mechanic in town that agreed to take a look at it. We had it towed to his shop and explained what happened and what we think it could be. After taking a look he called and confirmed the fuel pump and fuel filter were the issue, we agreed to the price and had them replaced. After the repairs our car still wouldn't turn over, they then emptied the diesel tank & refilled it thinking it was compromised diesel. This still was not the problem so they looked into it further & decided it was a bad motor that would run us $12,000 to replace with a used one. Our car is only worth at most $5,000 in perfect running condition so our only option is to scrap the car. When we returned to tow our car home we found everything was loose and the motor was never put back together and parts were in the back of our car.I am telling our story because instead of making a mechanical judgement based on their knowledge it seems like they went off what we told them we think it was and just went with it. We feel like we were taken advantage of because we still paid two thousand dollars for parts and labor for a car that we can no longer use. At the end of the day it happened and we can't change the past but if we can stop even one person from this situation then so be it. I'm not saying don't give them business I am just saying if you have a BMW take the time to drive or tow it to people who specialize with that Car.

Nemnich's has always been great to us. Fast and reasonably priced. They found a problem that 2 other mechanics couldn't find. With my new vehicle they replaced a transmission for me and did other work. I wish they would be better with communicating as I was told my vehicle would be done on a specific day, but didn't call me to let me know about other issues. I had to call them.

Man let me start off by saying the customer service here is incomparable. From start when I called to after I pick up my car after repairs it has been nothing but helpful service. My car is a piece of garabage but they treated it as if it was a Ferrari!! KEVIN has been amazing to me and even reached out hours after I picked up my car to say thank you for bringing my car into them 5/5 definitely recommend

Gotta give these guys and gals 5 Stars all the way. Would give them 10 if I could, well I guess I can. Came in with a possible transmission issue and they determined it was the transmission cooling system that blew.They not only kept in constant communications throughout the repair, they were COMPLETLY honest and transparent about everything.They could have ripped me off for $1,000's, but didn't.They have a customer for life with me..Thank you Nemnich and the staff..Service: Transmission

I really appreciate their transparency with the repairs my vehicles needed . They let me know in detail what needed to be done and how they planned to fix the issues. They made me feel really comfortable and appreciate that they provide transportation to and from the building. I had my 1999 Toyota Avalon in for a check engine light diagnostic. And a repair to a heat/ac vent.They thoroughly checked the mechanical system and called with diagnosis and price. A valve cover replacement and vent replacement . After repairs were finished I picked up my vehicle and within a day the check engine light came back on. I stopped in and they got the car in to check the light. They took the engine apart to find a sensor was not completely plugged in, corrected it, and put the engine back together. A few days after picking it up, the check engine light came on again. I talked to them again, took the car back in and the valve cover was not sealing correctly. They replaced it with a different composite valve cover. I only paid the initial cost for the valve cover replacement and labor. I was also told I needed upcoming brake and tire replacement. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable in their area. I will definitely recommend Nemnich Automotive to anyone who needs car repairs or maintenance. I only paid the initial charge and they worked on it until the issue was resolved. I was very pleased. Thank you!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning

They charged me over $1800 to change spark plugs and coils on my f150 ecoboost. My pickup was still misfiring after I even got it out of their shop. So i changed my own spark plugs AGAIN come to find out the ones they installed were tightened to much that it broke inside my block. They didn't even grease them before installing them either!! Also they told me the coils were OEM then the day I pick it up they told me they weren't cuz it would've taken a longer time to come in. LIARS!!! I will never go back to this place. They scammed me. Worst place in town. If anyone ever asks me about this place I'll tell them to RUN

I give them an A+! Our Infinity OX56 broke down when we were in Scottsbluff from out of town. I had called several shops in the area and they said they could not work on Infinity. I dropped into Nemnich first thing when they opened and they immediately said they could fix any make or model. They were all very helpful and polite and understood my dilemma of being from out of town and were able to take a look at my vehicle while I waited. They offered a complimentary vehicle as they had to order parts from Denver. The owner Eric is an outstanding individual, humble and polite, and takes amazing care of the customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I bring my vehicle there for maintenance. I trust that they will do a great job, and they do. I love the fact that when my tire pressure light turns on in the winter and spring, they welcome me to just bring it by, and they'll adjust it at no charge! I love hanging out with the "dogs" too! while I wait sometimes.

Needed maintenance on my SUV, set an appointment and they had all the work done in good time. My Highlander sure runs and rides better since Erik, Stacey and the crew go done with her. Great speedy, friendly service. Try them out next time you need auto service.

The work that got done was done well. But when I went in my first concern was that their was a starting issue. My buick still has that issue. I've taken it to wolf and they have identified that problem. I paid 5000 for timing chains and was told our transition fluid would be changed. That was not done either. So like I said the 5000 on the timing chains was done well but for what I paid I would expect all of it done.

Very friendly service, our truck however was grossly misdiagnosed. They wanted $2400.00 to repair. When we arrived at home to fix we found it needed a $3.00 O ring. Update, I owe Nemnich an apology. The o ring did in fact blow out, but it did it again. We did end up replacing the part they recommend, it was still $1500.00 cheaper.

Brought in the car to have transmission oil checked. Apparently that is a big deal for volkswagens. The car had to be warm which took time. The transmission fluid ended up being a little low but the labor cost to check it was high. I trust this mechanic so I'm sure the nearly $100 charge is fair, but it hurt to pay that much just to check the fluid. That said I will continue to take my car to Nemnich because they do good work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am highly impressed with their knowledge on exotic cars and their superior expertise on Corvettes. They take the upmost care with mine, when I feel it's time for them to crawl all over it to inspect it for anything that may need repair now, or in the future and the preventative maintenance is worth it's weight in gold. I fully trust them when they need to keep it overnight, or for a few days. It is so nice to have this level of workmanship and care on my Vette. You can rest assured this is not a rip-off shop. They will never take it upon themselves to do anything until they go over it with you first.....these guys have high integrity and know what they're doing. For all the car enthusiasts and gear heads, there only one place to go....Nemnich Automotive. My Vette is my honey baby, and it comes back to me in better condition than when it went in. I trust nobody else to touch it...all of my trust and faith go into this shop to do the job right the first time, and they will not screw you over in the price category, either, unlike some other mechanics in this town, I will not mention, but they are a disgrace and shady.....you will leave feeling like you were just strong arm robbed in a dark alley.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My boyfriend and I were only a few hours into a 19 hour road trip to Montana when our car started over heating. Thankfully, Stacy came to the rescue and helped us very quickly with our problem and the car has ran fine since. The service was fast, friendly, helpful, and all around amazing. Thank you Stacy!!!

When we moved to Scottsbluff in 2014 we were told Nemnich was a trustworthy auto repair shop that offered excellent service for a reasonable price. The recommendation was 100% true and continues to be true today. We wouldn't take our business elsewhere ... they're the best!!

I have had them work on my FX4 and I was having a lot done. But due to some unseen things I wasn't able to get it back on the day I expected and need to haul a vehicle back to Scottsbluff from Alliance. Erik let me use his truck to get it back. That's going above the service needed. Not only has their team worked on that they have worked on our Mini Cooper and Lexus. I highly recommend them! They always go the extra mile.

Took it in to find a leak and they charged me $70 for 5 minutes and 2 quarts of oil!!! 0 out of 10 take your business elsewhere

HONEST!! Honesty is a rare quality in our society today. I went into the shop and told them my rear brakes were grinding. They could have just replaced the brakes and charged me accordingly. BUT, they found a small rock wedge in the rotor and removed it. They will have all my future business. Psalms 112:5, "5 Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice." Thank you and may God bless your business abundantly!
