Great service on main repair, and priced as quoted, but they recommended an oil change and charged $113 !? for it. I guess I don't understand the excessive charge when the vehicle was in the shop anyway, and the average price for that type oil change is half that. It would have been great customer service for a new customer and made more sense to charge a reasonable price for the oil change as part of the overall repair. But I'm old school I guess. Somewhat disappointed.

OBSESSED with my experience. They were professional, quick, and amazing at communicating with me. I was called before anything had been done if not stated prior, I was updated when it came to the weather, and they called to make sure I was going to make it in time for my car in case they had to move it because of the snow. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent job! They got me in within 15 minutes of me calling, took care of my issue and got me back on the road! They followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Absolutely recommend Koplin Auto Care!

Cory and staff were tremendous! My son s car needed repair and we live 600 miles assay as he attends Midland University. Cory showed empathy, and was very helpful before during and after the repair. I called 3 other places that were not accommodating! Thankful for Cory and Koolin Auto repair. Make them you first call!!!

Got my tires aligned and now my passenger rear tire is deflating over time. Getting it repaired elsewhere. Their 1 year towing coverage deal is cool though

This has been the best experience of my life at an auto repair shop! They have technology that helps give us the customer a view and reasoning and condition of what our vehicle needs! They are very patient and are able to help! I had a water pump issue in my engine and as many of us know that is a very labor intensive process. They got it done in 2 days and with quality. They offer an included 2 year warranty with everything they replaced and did. They took care of me and I have no doubt they will take care of you! I highly recommend them!

First time going here- not only did they get my alternator replaced in a quick amount of time, but they also did some additional small repairs that I was not expecting! They were very kind, and it was nice to have an auto repair shop not try to sell more fixes right away, just suggestions of what needs to be looked at in the future! Wonderful place.

Terrible business practice! Do NOT let someone without mechanical knowledge take their vehicle there! They were to look into two issues with my (very high mileage) car. After having the car 41 minutes I got a text with their diagnosis . Numerous pictures of everything supposedly wrong with the car. Of the many things they were recommending to be fixed were #1. The struts were supposedly shot NO! #2. Power steering needed to be flushed whatever. #3. Transmission needed flushed had just 19,000 miles since last flush and manufacturer s recommendation is 60,000 miles. #4. Transmission lines needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture . The line had some residue which attracted dirt, wasn t even a drip from it. #5. Oil pan gasket needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture . Again no drip or sign of leakage that would require replacement. This car is parked in the same spot in our driveway every day and has no evidence of leakage, not a single drip in our driveway. Heaven forbid a car owner, who isn t familiar with auto repair, takes their car there for repair to find that this shop is looking for ANYTHING that they can replace, trying to take advantage of people. I used to take a vehicle there for regular oil changes 6-7 years ago but quit going there because they tried to replace the same part TWICE! Terrible business! We always get amazing service at Koplin! We have been taking out vehicles here for years and have only great things to say. Cory is always very honest and does a great job keeping our vehicles safe and explains anything we don't understand. We trust them and would highly recommend them!

We had a truck brought in for inspection before purchase, and these guys were fantastic. They worked us in the same day, and were very thorough in the report they sent me. They were also very reasonable on price. Mike took the time to talk the diagnosis over with me and he explained things that I had questions over he was very personable. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys, they'll take care of you! They helped us avoid purchasing a big lemon.

I've been using Koplin Auto for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Their team is friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all of my questions in terms I can understand. Sometimes you have to make practical choices about an old Buick, and I appreciate that they offer me options and information without trying to push a sale.I trust Koplin for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They keep me on the road!

Cory is AMAZING! The whole team works great. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, they told me they would be able to start on it that Friday. On Tuesday they called and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to repair. My vehicle was COMPLETELY repaired and I picked it up on Thursday, the day before they said they would be able to start on it!Service: Air conditioning

November 4th 2022 Koplins replaced a starter that had recently been purchased somewhere else and turned out to be bad. They sent me a list with pictures of things that could be worked on, but only fixed the things that I asked them to.They are very professional. quoted me the price and that's exactly what they charged me. Will definitely use them again if needed.Elene W

I had new rear drum brakes installed on my car and brake fluid replaced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and in-line with what I expected it would cost. They did not pressure me into any extra services, in fact I had to ask them to replace the brake fluid. Overall a very positive experience. If I had anything to critique them on, it would be the length of time the service took. I dropped off at 8am and car was ready just before close at 530pm. Not a big deal, and I will definitely go back in the future.

The folks at Koplin have treated me fairly and well for years. Both of my parents take their vehicles there as well. Always get honest quotes and prices, and solid work. I've never been disappointed with my experiences, and will keep going to this fine establishment for as long as I live in Fremont.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I purchased a vehicle this past year that is 20 years old. Everything was beginning to wear down and no maintenance had ever been done on the vehicle. We took care of a few things that that we could. The vehicle needed a radiator and brake flush as well. I was referred to Koplin.I'm so glad I went in. I mentioned when I went in that I needed to have part of the muffler pipe replaced after this and they stated that they could do this work as well. (They ended up replacing another part in the heating system as well... But I have rambled on long enough)The gist of the matter is that they were polite, accommodating, reasonably priced, and offered a shuttle service. I had driven in from Arizona and desperately needed to get some of this work done before I got back on the road this week.Thank you so much to the Koplin team. (After reading this they will remember that I'm the lady that talked a lot!)

Koplin was very thorough, not only checking my initial problem but inspecting the rest of the car for any future problems. I received a list of all the fluids compared to the clean versions and pictures of any concerning areas. Their full diagnostics opened my eyes and gave me a timeline for future risks that no other auto care place has ever given me.
