I had my grandaughter have go here to have her car serviced here. NEVER AGAIN!!! it was suppose to be the $60 change got charged $65 and 3 units of antifreeze for $11.97 (what is a unit a pint ,quart, gallon) plus a 20% tip on the bill so a $60 oil change just cost $95 will never go here again. I will have her drive the 180 mile round trip home to deal with a honest shop.

They are very quick with the oil changes, and appointments are not required. They check your tires and fluids as they should, and you get a free car wash with every oil change. The employees are friendly as well.

Guys here do a quick and thorough job. It seems like they like to have fun at work also. It was a great visit.Update:I was a bit disappointed today by my service, I would love someone that cares contact me please. I asked for a simple battery check, it was ignored.Update: owner/manager called and made it right. I'm so thrilled that companies take the time to make things right. Thanks Rich

Great service everytime. We took our car in since it had been 6 months since an oil change, but driven only a little over 1000 miles since the last oil change. They could have went ahead and changed the oil and charged us, but they were honest and said the oil still looked brand new and we didn't really need an oil change yet. I'll be back when it is due next.

Professional and courteous. Fastest oil change I've ever had.Edit: I did come back here recently, and they added a tip row while you're signing for the oil change. First and only time I'd ever been asked to tip for an oil change, and wasn't a fan of the pressure I felt to tip as they were watching me. I would rather you just increase prices and pay employees more than put the burden on the customer.

The guys were very friendly, they did fast work. I went in for an oil change, and left maybe 10 minutes later.Only cost 67 bucks after tax. 10/10 would recommend.Oop, almost forgot, they filled my windshield wiper fluid, with what looks like their 19 point inspectionService: Oil change

These guys are fast. Took like 10 minutes to do an oil change. 100% recommend. Good prices too. $67 is cheap for a full synthetic oil change.

Great, honest guys and fast service. Couldn't ask for anything more. Even cleaned the windows for me. I'll be back. Thank you.Just went back again and the same awesome service. I forgot even got a free car wash. I really don't miss having to be reminded about every used piece on my car needs replaced. Change the oil, clean the windows, top up fluids and be awesome and on my way.

I was beyond happy with the service here. I ve always gone to a dealer to get my oil change which has been a mistake. Riley at The location in Fremont literally got me in and out in 5 minutes, I was completely shocked how quickly they did my oil change, changed my wipers, and checked my tires pressure! I didn t have to wait to get in or make an appointment which is one of the reasons I will be back! The place I went to before I had to call 2 weeks or more in advance just to get an appointment on a Saturday morning, but with flexible hours for normal working people this place is just amazing! Riley really helped me out several times before with airing up my tires on those freezing days and there was no other option for me in town, which is how I found the place as well! I ve taken my car here for years (including when they were under previous ownership) and have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied. I m in and out in less than 15 minutes. I just don t have time to spend 2-3 hours at the dealership waiting. Sure, at one local dealership you get the 6th oil change free but is it worth spending 12-18 hours waiting? Not in my book! The staff here is very friendly and professional. I can see they appreciate my business, which isn t always the case at many establishments.Service: Oil change

Amazing service, this is the best thing! To be able to go get my oil changed, when I tried to schedule an appointment for weeks with no luck with my schedule, got right in and out. Amazing!

I am a fan however I don't feel there card reader should ask you for a tip automatically if someone wants to tip id bring cash and toss it to the employees doing the work.. maybe I'm wrong and I should be tipping them

Update: I walked in the front door and spoke with someone about my car and it looks like it was just an issue of resetting the oil gauge correctly instead of temporarily. The gentleman working there walked right out to my car, reset it correctly this time, and I was on my way. He was polite and quick. The only thing that I do not appreciate was the reset nothing correctly done and not receiving a phone call back by anyone.First Review: I had recently taken my car to this location. I have for years. I will say the staff here is extremely friendly and polite. However, I'm not satisfied with the service I received. My "Change Engine Oil" notification was on prior to coming here and even after "resetting" this with the staff there, it now comes on daily. We've tried resetting this on our dashboard, but it's still there. Sad to say, this makes me nervous as to whether or not my oil was properly changed. I called just a few days after out service date and I talked with Richard. He did state that it might have be an issue of just properly resetting the dashboard. Nonetheless he proceeded to leave me on hold (without informing me) and after 12 minutes of waiting, I finally hung up and called right back, only to receive a busy signal. I ended up calling later that night, leaving a message, explaining what happened, but never received a call back from anyone. I did receive a response online after leaving this review, and I plan to visit in person today to see if it's an issue of a reset, oil change, or something more. Hopefully, we can get this resolved.Service: Oil change

In n out always within 15 minutes, plus a free top tier carwash, what s not to love? Check their website for a $5 off coupon, then add that to their tip, they do a great job.

This is a great shop. I took my car in for a last minute oil change and the gentlemen got me in and out in a decent amount of time. (Which was great because I was heading out of town last minute )They were so kind and answered any questions I had. They also had some pretty amazing additional services.I will definitely be returning!

Pull in no appointment necessary. Drive thru oil change. It's awesome. Windows washed and vacuumed. Day friendly service. They even had kids books in the waiting area. I think we were there 10-15 minutes total. Small clean waiting area with plenty of seating but there was only 1 other person there while I was there .

Very poor service. Would not recommend going here. My fiance got his oil changed here and afterwards check engine light and oil light came on. Bought stuff to change oil himself and found the old internal oil filter collapsed and disintegrated. Pretty sure they didn't even change it. Luckily we caught it in time and don't have to replace an engine!
