Went in Sunday morning and had a person ( Danny salvadore) take the time and check my fuses and got my hands free system working again. Thank you again very much Danny, you need a raise. These days it is hard to find good customer service.

I have my share of car problems and these guys are always there to help. Draven is an employee that always goes out of his way to help answer questions, demonstrate certain parts and double check that the parts are exact fits for my car. Thanks Auto Zone! I recommend!!

Recently was in because I needed a new battery for my car. I hardly know anything about vehicles but they were so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick the best battery for my car and even installed it for me. It was a chilly day when I was there and the guy told me I could wait inside where it was warm while he installed it for me. This isn't the first time I have had a great experience. I was in a while ago looking for new windshield wipers and again they helped me pick the best ones and installed them for me as well. Thank you AutoZone!

The men that were working Thursday evening we excellant. They helped with recommending the tire inflator for my vehicle and came out and helped with it to show me how it worked. Thank you so much.

Very helpful staff! I had a question about adapting a new style brake lamp assembly to an older vehicle. The lamp sockets are completely different. The worker pointed me to the correct lamp styles and explained the difference.

I went in for wipers and coolant and at the front desk while I was checking out my checker was William and I mentioned how I didn t know how wipers and William stepped up and came out side with me and put them on for me. Thanks William you re a rock star!

This place was the closest to my house, but it reminds me consistently why I never go here. It s such a disaster with the worst possible customer service I ve ever seen almost every time. Most recently, I needed a three amp fuse, I stood in line for over 10 minutes while one guy was at the checkout and the other guy was stacking boxes. The guy asked for help twice and he just stalked boxes....there are six people in line. SIX....don t waste your time. Seriously it s a waste of time every time I go.

We bought part here and were given the wrong parts, we brought them back to exchange them however were told the only way to exchange them is to return the item. Only if you pay with your card you better prepare for a wait for the money to be returned to your card. So now we have to wait days for the money to go back on the card and wait the same amount of days to get our vehicle fixed because i do not have the money to get the proper part because they gave me the wrong part.

Stopped shopping here a long time ago for various reasons. But I called around and they were the only place that had the part I needed in stock. Had them hold it for me and showed up 15 minutes later. Nobody pulled the part, they didn't have the part, and the guy at the counter was the same guy in the phone but refused to admit he talked to me. So they've gone from the last call on the list to off the list. Sad since for most of my adult life they were usually the only call I made.

The people that work at Auto Zone are a step above everyone else, their store is always clean, 9 times out 10 they will have your part in stock. I have had to ask the people working there to help me out, and they are always ready to go the extra mile, the other day I had to have a battery put in my car the one in my car was bad, and this morning it was raining cats and dogs and the older gentleman changed my battery and I own a 2014 Ford Fusion it is not a easy battery to take out and like I said it was pouring down rain and he just worked on it until he got it done then asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. You got to love them.

The gentlemen at AutoZone we're very friendly and helpful. I've got a bit of a handicap and they met me at the door , holding it open for me. I & my Wife had about 3 questions concerning my battery which were answered quickly & professionally. Both men were courteous. As I got in the car to leave , it wouldn't start , one of the men came out to see if he could help. Well, we got everything we needed + . That + is what most stores are missing ! You need auto help , of any kind , stop at AutoZone . You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys!

The older manager there was super rude to my gran and I, the employee was nice tho, came out and took a look at my sparks and wiring in car but in the end was no help. Appreciated him being nice enough to check tho

If I were able to give no stars I would. It all started with a defective alternator that I bought 2 months ago. I had no issue with that for I am a mechanic and I understand that parts fail, which is also why I got the lifetime warranty. The warranty alternator that they sent me I knew right away it was going to be defective as well. When you spun the pulley you were able to here a clicking noise. So I showed the delivery driver and he heard it as well. he offered to to take it back and bench test it. He brought it back saying it passed, however, when I installed it in my car my battery light showed up instantly and when I used my multimeter to test it it was only putting out 12.8-13 volts. So I drove over and I knew that it was defective, however both closing employees insisted that there has to be something more wrong with my car to kill two reman alternators. Then they tried to up sell me to buy the gold because it was better quality. But why should I have to buy another alternator with a lifetime warranty when mine already has a lifetime warranty? Anyways they ordered a new one for me and I never received a call from them or had a delivery like I asked and what they agreed to do. So after work I drove back over there and they told me they were not able to give me the warranty one without the old one, which made me mad because I need my car for work and along with the no call from them. I definitely will not work with them again or have the business I work for order parts from them unless there are no other places in town.

You don't have to be pro at AutoZone. So much information at their finger tips. There are a few gentleman there that could give that computer a run for it's money. And the free online repair guides, life savers! AutoZone is my first and only choice for auto parts

If you need a part make sure you talk to Dan,Bobby, and Robbie they're the most knowledgeable one up there other then that the parts are cheaper then any of the other parts stores
