A GREAT place to buy your next vehicle! They made the entire process easy, from ordering to financing they keep me in the loop the entire time and were very transparent with all information! I will continue to do business with Twin Rivers through their service department!

Took car in for alignment. Told them it pulled right and steering wheel is off a little. After the service I asked what they did and was told they said it was fine the way it was and charged me for alignment. Still pulls and and steering is off. Customer service at window was good, alignment service no good.

Bought a van last year, was promised this van had nothing wrong with it. Have had it in multiple times due to it not starting and service engine light on which is emmission system problem, we keep getting told nothing is wrong with van. They just keep clearing the code. Yet again as i am writing this it didnt start for my wife. Do not recommend this company

A friend went there to trade in their vehicle and outright buy another. The vehicle had some issues which were supposed to be fixed before pickup, they weren t, which led to them fixing the situation after someone else called to complain. They got their car and money back because they couldn t fix the vehicle that was purchased but barely left their lot.

Went late Friday afternoon toTwin Rivers Ford to get help regarding battery...first I had to ask a sales person if he could help...meet a tech outside...told me they didn't have time to help...come back next week...put a charger on it...daaa...Called Zoellner Ford Saturday morning...told me to come over and they would check it out when we got there...got there and 40 minutes later were were on our way and battery was under warranty...didn't cost us anything plus they wanted to know if we had time for car wash...thxPS...won't let me give you 1 star
