My experience with T.O. Haas was great. They figured out exactly what the issue was and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to over spend to repair my used 2007 vehicle.Vehicle has been great. I drove 2000 miles 2 days after I picked it up.I recommend this shop.

I was working out of town and I look up the spot to get an oil change and I pick them and called and got an appointment. The crew was perfect and answered all of my questions. I really recommend them for your car care needs .

I'm changing this to one star due to them charging my mom 50 bucks just to tell her she might need new spark plugs and giving her an estimate of 300 to put them in kinda sounds like taking advantage of an old lady to me

Great service! And if you simply ask they ll explain everything to you the best they can.Have been battling issues with our old truck for months now and they ve taken it in last minute several times. Very knowledgeable and helpful when we had to have our Expedition's oil change and new tires put on. They answered questions and let me know what tires are better for highway, off road etc so I could make a correct decision on what I should get.

I came in with my 3rd flat tire in a month. I have never bought tires before. My husband always does it. They explained everything. Answered all my questions. Then, boom! They had them on and I was out in 40 minutes!! They are great!!!

Called on a Saturday morning to see if they had 2 tires. They had what we were looking for when 4 other places didn't have any on hand. We were able to get them mounted and back on my suv. We were able to travel ro Tennessee on the next day. Great price and excellent customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Counter person was extremely rude, told me I needed to leave when all I asked was to speak to the mechanic that actually WORKED on my vehicle, I was informed that if I bought certain performance tires that I would receive the 100$ rebate in the mail and come to find out they misinformed me, I was only buying those tires because of that rebate. Just all around HORRIBLE experience and will never recommend this place to anybody.
