Brian went above and beyond the call. I stopped in as the battery in my wife s Honda appeared to be dead. I couldn t find my receipt, so Brian looked between two computers and located when we bought the battery. Still under warranty. Yes! Brian stated by testing the battery and immediately could tell it was not right. He proceeded to replace the battery, even stopping back into the shop to get his terminal cleaners and some spray to help remove any corrosion. He replaced the battery, and the went back to get his charger to make sure it wasn t an issue with the alternator. All in, about 10-15 minutes and it cost me nothing. Would definitely do business with Brian and O Reilly again (and buy the battery again with the longer warranty). Thank you!

Visited the Elkhorn location tonight for a new bulb and I was greeted immediately by Josh, who came out to my car to identify which headlight was out and check the life of the other bulbs in my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, made great suggestions, and even changed the bulbs in my car without me asking. It s very appreciated when you don t know exactly what you re looking for or how to fix it, to have someone go above and beyond so willingly and do it for you. Thanks again Josh!

Brought in a bulb to the store and made sure to confirm with the worker that it was indeed the right product to buy to replace my burnt out bulb. Worker confirmed it was exactly what I needed. Left the store to find out it was not the correct bulb. Went back to the store (within a span of 15 minutes) and bought the correct bulb, and the worker did not let me return the original bulb in which he told me was the correct one initially since I did not have the receipt and did not want to dig through to find it .Always ensure you have the right product even if it means checking with multiple store workers. Will look elsewhere for auto parts going forward.

At the Elkhorn store, they're always glad to help and keep me going with the parts I need.And Brandy herself is a one of a kind Manager, she'll jump right in, or outside to help with changing wiper blades to diagnose with the computer gizmo to help me out and even changing bulbs on my van.Thank you,Mark Mathews

This place is Awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. My tail light went out today, and Brandy the manager took the time to come out herself and installed them for me, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Oreilleys. You just don't find service like that anymore......

The goobers running the counter knew how to check me out which is all I ask, but why is there a bunch of kids hanging out on and around the counter making customer interaction almost impossible? I could do without the employees friends staring intensely at me while I leave.

I've been having a lot of problems with Elkhorn o'reilly's Managers not honoring the lifetime warranties and assistant manager thinks he knows it all, call on a part and he try to give the wrong part and said he was right keep pushing that he right. In retail the customer is always right. I think corporate need to start addressing this things with this store.

Stopped in to get a new headlight bulb. There were three employees present; only one of who was occupied. I was looking for a hand trying to find the right bulb (while trying to keep my kind from knocking stuff off of shelves). Nobody came even though some of the employees made eye contact with me. The next two customers to walk in were greeted good evening, how can we help? . Yet nobody came to help me or asked if I needed help. I don t expect someone to wait on me hand and foot but the employees minds were not in their job. I ll take my business elsewhere thank you.

I went to a different O'Reilly's that didn't have the part and the gent was good enough to check for my part at other stores nearby and there it was, right on my way home. That little bit of genuine feeling for their customers continued at the store in Elkhorn. Terrific service! Thanks guys! Really appreciate the great customer focus!

I was in CO when my "Check Charging System" light came on. Wife's van needed a new alternator. Spent over $300 at O'Reilly's. 3 weeks later - the "Check Charging System" light comes on again! Took it to my car shop & tested everything. They said the alternator is bad. Tried returning it to O'Reilly's and they wouldn't even consider it. Waste of money - thumbs down, O'Reilly. Maybe try standing behind the products you sell!

If you tell them every single detail about your car and the part you need. You're lucky if 50/50 correct. Constantly returning wrong parts. Everyone is at least nice and wants to help though. I feel like the computer system needs an overhaul. Also maybe pay the employees more money to care to learn.

Great place to go if you need parts customer service is amazing. They always are willing to help and let you use their tools. Always have to right tools for the problem. For the 3 days I went there, they were never busy and got you the part you need right away.

These guys had my 5 star years ago. I've been shopping here for years. A few weeks ago I went into warranty exchange a part from one of my cars. I was directed to a different store due to me warranty one part and buying a second part. Then returning the faulty new part. After the store on 108th/Maple couldn't help warranty/refund. They accused me of trying to warranty a OEM part. I then went back to this store. Was told their night guy would never direct me to another store & that my part was OEM. The heavy set lady then got rude and refused to help me further! I then went to a different Oreillys' and they compared my part with the new one. What do you know? Same exact markings and same exact part! One of my Honda Civic Si's are happy again :)

Stopped a couple times in here and one of my stops I bought a battery from them. I forget the name the middle aged fella that helped me out but he's awesome. Helpful and honest. This will probably be my primary auto parts store.

They go out of there way to help with prices and the right parts; truly An All American crew. I live 3 blocks from an Oreilly but don't mind traveling 20 minutes for better customer service.
