Tucker and Jarod went out of their way to help me with my car.! They are unbelievable!!! Napa is so lucky to have them. I will never go to my dealership to get a part again. This is the 2nd time I have been to this Elkhorn NAPA in two months and each time they came outside, looked at my car, answered a million questions and then tried to find the most economical answer. My only complaint is that I haven't been going there FOREVER!!!

The riding lawn mower wouldn't start and the battery wouldn't charge, so while my preference for purchasing anything is Costco, the fact is that NAPA is closer (and I think the battery was actually less expensive).The website was easy enough to navigate and the battery was in stock. When I got to NAPA, I picked it up off the shelf and checked out within a matter of minutes. Easy peasy.

Had great experiences with this store. Ordered a drive shaft for an H3 hummer that failed in 4 months. They replaced it via the manufacturers warranty without issue. Buying the original drive shaft was also a pleasant experience. Due to the high dollar cost of the drive shaft you have to call in to the store when ordering online. Typically, this required me to pay postage. They waived that until the package arrived.Friendly staff. Will order parts through them in the future.

Logan at NAPA Auto Parts turned my nightmare moving day around with his can-do attitude. I had to return my uhaul an hour after picking up due to inclement weather and movers cancelling. He was so understanding and helped me reschedule with no issues. Will be supporting this spot whenever I can in the future!

Love this place already i was the 1st to use afterpay with them it something new that they offer for get now pay later program and it took use 1hr and 30min to get the app working and they was so patient with us and we was the same with them once we got the app to work it when so quick that i did not even realize that i almost walk out with out the receipt i will buy all my part from here now on

This store is amazing! My dad has always purchased parts here over the years. Not only do they provide amazing products and go out of their way to help you source them, they also go above and beyond for people! I had a flat tire this morning and all of the gas stations had put away their air pumps due to the extremely cold temperatures. I called Napa to see if they had a portable air compressor for sale so I could fill my tire. I was told they didn't have anything like that in stock but to stop on by so they could fill up my tire using their air compressor! So stinking nice! Thank you to Mike for saving the day and helping me get to work on time. I cannot stress how grateful I am for you taking the time to help me this morning.

Super helpful guy. I had to match up some Fender clips and bolts and he gave me a pretty good hand tracking everything down. They are the only auto parts store I know that carry the OEM Style bolts and clips for your car

Great staff. Will NEVER rent a truck from anyone other than them ever again. The corporate locations treat people like jackballs, and this place takes the time to be nice and honest with pricing. Thank you.
