Joey is awesome. Comes to your home, place of work, or wherever is convenient for you. Always does amazing quality work and does it in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Mobile Auto Pros to anyone who needs quality work done on their vehicles.

Easily one of the best auto care experiences I ve had in the Omaha Area. Navigating a busy schedule while also needing to get my car into the shop can be challenging. Mr. Faust came to me! He was clear, honest, fast, and had wonderful communication in explaining what work I needed or might need. Even checked in a few days after the repairs were made. Highly recommend Mobile Auto Pro s to anyone in or around Omaha!

Mobile Auto Pros is awesome. Joey came to my home to inspect my vehicle. So convenient! I hate sitting in waiting rooms. He was honest and friendly and gave me a timely quote only on what absolutely needed to done and did great work. Kept me in the loop as he was doing repairs and was so pleasant to work with. I will be using him for all my auto repair needs in the future. Don t let the big name shops fool you. Highly recommended!

10/10 would hire Joey at Mobile Auto Pros again!Joey came out to our home to try to figure out what happened to our van after it lost power while driving through a crazy snow storm. He cleaned out the engine (it was somehow still full of snow over a week later), diagnosed and fixed the problem (a broken belt), tested to make sure everything was working correctly, and did it all quickly and was very reasonably priced. We now have our peace of mind back when driving our van.If you re in the Omaha area and need vehicle service, definitely hire him!

Found Joey and Mobile Auto Pros through some online recommendations and so glad I did! I needed some brake maintenance done. He came to my house to do an inspection and then gave me several options and price points. He was patient and answered all of my questions and did the work same day as soon as I said yes. He was very genuine and I never felt like he was trying to upsell or oversell me on anything. It was a truly smooth process and Joey came in significantly cheaper than the price my husband paid to an auto repair chain recently for the same work, even with the mobile fee. All around a great experience!

I found Joey (Mobile Auto Pros) through social media. I took a chance because I needed my radiator replaced. After looking through various options to do the job I went with my gut and went with Joey .and I m glad I did! He s the definition of a professional. He thoroughly inspected the coolant leak (in wet weather) to make sure it wasn t something simple like a hose, for example and to not have me waste money on a radiator. He s a class act!He ended up replacing my radiator and did it quicker than anticipated and he charged me less than the estimate. His prices are already excellent but he won t drag out the job just to make an extra dollar off of his customers. He did the job in my garage and left my garage cleaner than he found it (I should have him clean the rest of my garage!)He definitely has a customer for life in me and my family. I plan on referring him to anyone who needs work. Joey is the best!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Joey came out when he said he would, changed all 4 brakes pads and changed my oil. He was polite and respectful. I didn't have to go anywhere. So conveinent. Didn't have to drop off my car and then sit and wait or drop off car and find a way to get back home. Thank you Joey for the good work and making my life easier!

Mobile Auto Pro s was able to get me worked into their very busy schedule on extremely short notice and was able to get all the maintenance that my jeep was overdue on, accomplished. There is nobody else I would rather trust to work on my vehicles as their experience speaks for itself and their workmanship is top notch!!! We will certainly be a repeat customer!!! My wife and I wouldn t trust to take our vehicles to any other mechanic in the metro area. Customer service was excellent Joey was very knowledgeable honest and sharp with diagnostics. Every issue we had with our vehicles problem was solved and fixed. Extremely fast, and friendly service. Joey was very professional and knowledgeable of the repairs my car needed. He informed me every step of the way on pricing and needed repairs. Very fair and affordable! More then anything I appreciate the speedy service as a Mom of 4 daughters being left without a vehicle is no easy task. Mobile Auto Pro s.Very impressed with the owner of this business, Joey Faust. He responded to my inquiry very fast and showed up when he said he would. With one look at my auto engine he was able to tell what the problem was. He spent time researching parts needed for the repairs and his prices were very reasonable. I will use him again and I have given his name to family members and friends.

Joey was very professional, thorough and prompt! He went above and beyond as far as communicating with me in regards to what was needed for my vehicle. With that being said, I didn t feel pressured to do additional things that were needed like I do at other shops when I take my car in. I trusted his recommendations more because of this genuine recommendation. My vehicle was also done sooner than expected. The convenience of him coming to me is definitely a huge plus definitely not waiting around or dropping my vehicle at a shop anymore. I highly recommend Mobile Auto Pros!

After receiving unsatisfactory service from a dealer twice, I am very happy with my recent experience with Joey Faust s Mobile Auto Pro s. He came to my house and evaluated the services recommended by the dealer. He said one $200 service was not needed, performed the other recommended services, and he replaced two filthy air filters that the dealer said were fine. Taking my car in for servicing is always a dreaded event. No more, I will be using Joey s services in the future. He is prompt, honest and reasonably priced.Service: General repairs & maintenance
