These guys helped us fix our car after 4 lug nuts sheered off on my left rear tire. They were closed and just happened to be around, and still made time for us and got us up and running saving us from having to find a hotel for the night. They were so nice and really saved our behinds on our ride from Oklahoma back to North Dakota.

My son and his friends broke down across the street on a Sunday night, while traveling through on their way back to ND. Someone was at the shop (which was closed), saw them having trouble, and walked over to check on them. He brought the car in, ran to the next town to get the parts needed, and made the repairs while the guys waited with nowhere to stay for the night. He had them on the road again within a few hours. Bill and his staff do a great job. We send our fleet vehicles an hour and a half out of town for his unbeatable pricing on tires and service. Bill has excellent knowledge of his brands, stands behind what he sells and always gets us taken care of quickly.

I contacted Kochs while assisting a couple from Missouri that had just struck a deer and their truck was disabled. The Kochs team was really responsive and, I'm told by the couple, was extremely helpful in getting them towed and to meet up with a family member to take them back home. Great service, guys.

The staff was friendly, definitely a mom and pop place. The Tow charge was quite expensive. Honestly the most I've ever paid for a tow and it was only 6 miles north of town.

I have used there tire replacement service many times and they are quick and do a great job. They are sometimes hard to reach on the phone though.

Motorhome towed to their Facility, one of the guys started working on it before it was off the truck, at noon they let me use a car to drive to the Six Mile Cafe for lunch. Being from Portland Or. Not used to being treated so well. Thank You Koch Auto.
