They broke my door locker and did not admit it. Then tried to fix it expected me to go home. Denied me any sort of discount she tried to go away without taking responsibility

Thanks to Nebraskaland tire in Crete. Needed a quick fix on a leaky front tire and they got me right away so we could head to the Husker game this morning. Thanks for your help and quick response to iur need.

My experience today with Nebraskaland Tire was great. I will definitely be going there again. The service was excellent and speedy. Took a work truck here with an on going tire issue. (Traveling welding company) They took care of the issue and we re nothing but helpful from the time I arrived till the time I left.Everything was explained and checked out.I d recommend this place every single time and we will probably start doing business with them for our Fleet of 10 welding trucks when it comes to new tires as we put about 30K miles a year on these Duramax Chevy 3500 trucks.Thank You-JackService: Tires

We've purchased tires from time to time, and had oil changes and other service done on our household's vehicles. Prices have always been reasonable, but today, the service was exceptional. I was ready to buy a new set of tires--we hadn't replaced ours since we'd bought the car (40,000 miles before), and it was a used vehicle with 40,000 miles on it and tires that appeared to be what came with the vehicle. One of my tires developed a slow leak, and we'd noticed the ride was getting rougher, so just assumed.Took it in for replacements, and got a call from Cameron. He said our tires were fine--very little wear. Wondered why we wanted new ones. When I told him, he said they'd fix the leak in the one tire, and then rotate and balance the wheels, and we could see if that fixed the ride.I happily spent 1/10 of what I would have spent today had they not been honest and talked me out of it!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Well went in for new tires and alignment, got a quote, took van in on scheduled day, when I went to pick it up they had did the alignment but forgot to put the new tires on, the service manager said they would make it right but had to come back next day to get van. Go to pick up van an pay bill they tried charging me more than they had quoted me, so just not very impressed with service.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I walked in with no notice whatsoever with very very low tire. The guy in charge was so polite. They immediately took my Traverse in and had the flat fixed in 20 minutes.Fast, polite, no appointment. What more can you ask?

They were extremely friendly when I came in and answered my questions. They changed my oil, rotated the tires, and had my keys back in my hand in just under 30 minutes. I needed tire tubes for my 50 year old Allis Chalmers garden tractor. They had them on hand and gave me a great price. We are blessed to have them here in our small community. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you Nebraska tire!!!!!!!

We desperately needed help putting a tire on our truck. We called Nebraskaland Tire & Service and they sent someone right out. We were at our cabin, which can be difficult to find, but he made it. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful. We'll definitely call on them again if we need them. The company was recently taken over and the new owners and staff are wonderful.Service: Tires

They took the time to explain the difference between brakes ,and pads and what rotors were.Gave me 2 different estimates , were very friendly I felt that I could TRUST them not to take advantage of me being a womenPrices were reasonable, and they are local.I left my car overnight they got the work done quickly. I had a flat tire on my semi truck. From the time I got to their business to the time I was leaving was right at 30 minutes! They got to work on my truck as soon as I got there. They were very good at their job and extremely efficient. There price was very good for the tire repair it was cheaper than other places I have had tires repaired at. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire work done.Service: Tires

Cory was awesome as always to work with! We have been having quite the issues with my wife s car beyond frustrating, but Cory did everything he could to make it right. I m sure with new management put in place recently things will continue to get better. Updated as business states new staff and equipment. Will adjust if I utilize service again. They lie to your face. I have always trusted repairs here when it was Skala's OK Tire and always got good service. Decided to give the new owners the same chance and shortly realized that was a poor choice. I took 2 vehicles in for alignment, both of which I had done recent suspension work to. The first vehicle, front wheel drive sedan, I put new front struts on. After all was said and done they told me everything was good, still charged me for the full alignment. I thought, "ok, the fee is the fee whether they make an adjustment or not". Next vehicle was an all wheel drive SUV, which I had done rear struts and upper control arms on. The upper control arms are what set part of the rear alignment, so I knew that would need adjusted after replacing which is why I took it in...and specifically told them I had done this job. After I get both cars back, I asked for a print out of the alignment sheet ..neither of which they could produce, which set off the first red flag. Next I asked what adjustments they had to make so they called in the young kid who "did the alignment" and he stated both vehicles "were just a little toe in". I found it hard to believe that I had successfully reset the rear end on the AWD with not alignment experience, but went about my business. Less than 4 months later, I had noticed the front end of the sedan wearing the edges of the front tires and the rear end of the SUV wearing severely on the right rear outside tire. It had been more than 3 months so they were unwilling to help me even though they had already stolen my money for a job that was not actually performed. Thanks a lot. Will never do business there again, and have since been referring business elsewhere. What a joke of a company. I can't honestly see how they have gotten so big when they charge customers for literally doing nothing. Also, I checked the hardware on the sedan after they had it, and nothing had been touched which means when they told me it was "just a little toe in" they didn't even make an adjustment or even attempt one. Must just be a go to line to steal money. I will forever try turn business way from this joke of a business. Maybe it's not all locations, but it's definitely the Crete location.

One of my car tires went flat overnight. I was able to put air in it with a bubble to get to town. The Crete Nebraskaland Tire & Service got my car in right away and I was on the road again in 25 minutes. They also replaced a couple of lug nuts that were missing. Friendly and great customer service.

Damaged my fender, their mechanics even said it wasn't dented when they worked on it. It was dented when I picked it up, noticed it when I brought it home and took it back out there first thing the next morning.
