Crystal and the mechanic team at 83 Repair are amazing!!! We were traveling with an NCAA Volleyball team to McCook and had an issue with a starter solenoid on our bus. They came right out, repaired our issue and had us back on the road. Very fair pricing and great customer service. I would highly recommend 83 Repair for any our your service needs!!!

I was stuck, broke down, in colorado and Crystal got her mechanic to come deliver a part and fix me up from Nebraska. They got me moving again quickly with outstanding service. They are the place to call. Crystal takes all the phone calls home with her every night and they can do anything from tires to AC systems, computer diagnosis, road side assistance, up to engine swaps or rebuilds and they also do dot inspections too!

This was the best Truck shop experience that I have ever had. They were nice professional and very fast. Their staff took care of my truck issues and got me back on the road with a smile on my face. Prices were great and they treated me fair. I recommend them to anyone that has truck issues in this part of the country come see them first. Excellent 5 star service!!!!

83 Repair is an Owner operators dream!From Krystal, Louie,Jesus and the owner, you re not gunna find any kinder people.Krystal told me to call any time ,even if it s 3am!She said, we won t leave the stranded .I recommend finding things on you re truck that will need repaired when in this area. Quality workmanship and fair labor rates. Don t pass this up and put their number in your phone. Ya won t regret itTodd

My Husband was broke down in his big rig hauling a load so I reached out to 83 Repair. They made my husband their top priority and got him moving again from a stateline away. They were quick and efficient and reached out afterwards. They have a complete package of services including road side, tires, and oil changes all the way up to engine swaps and DOT inspections. They even take calls and messages home with them.If you're stuck in or around that area 83 Repair will move mountains for you!!

I would definitely recommend it Staff at 83 are very awesome people and very professional they got me in rightaway found my problem within minutes ordered the parts from Quite a ways and got them for a very good price the next day. I'm very pleased and very happy With the work in professional mechanics and how they got me back on the road as soon as possible thank you 83.

Today I had a fuel tank that decided to start spitting all over the highway west of McCook.Low and behold these guys were able to come help me on the side of the road and get me moving again. Thanks to friendly customer service and awesome hospitality!!!

Do not thrust these people. Made me spend a couple of thousand dollars and they could not figure out the what the problem was. Took them over 2 weeks, and did not fix anything. Had to wreck my truck all the way to denver, took it to a Hispanic shop and got it fix in a day for less than $500.

These people are for sure one of the good shops around I was delivering in town had problem went to the shop and they jumped right on me and prices are responsible.

No one was available to answer my questions whenever I called. Went there in person and no one was at the front desk. No one called to let me know that my vehicle was done. Communication is terrible but repair work was done quickly.
