We had a dinger on the front driver side of our car. Naturally we wanted to go to Ernst collision. As my first time there, we were less then impressed. Not only were we unable to even get an estimate for 2 months but the personnel were condescending and not the least bit hospitable.

WORST BODY SHOP EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! Three trips and i still don t have functioning headlight turn signal, cant drive unless i want a ticket, having to take to a different shop cuz this one cant finish anything; much less do it right BUT they can add damage to my car- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL NOT CHECK THEIR OWN WORK AND WILL SEND YOU HOME WITH A FAULTY VEHICLE!!!!!!

Very unprofessional when their employees come out and scream at you for just driving past. Very rude Very disrespectful

I have a truck that I bought at the same place and I had some minor damage but they repaired it and it looked like nothing ever happened.Tengo una camioneta q la compre en el mismo lugar y tuve un da�o no muy grande pero lo repararon y qued� como si nunca paso nada.
