Columbus Motor Company went above and beyond to find me my vehicle. I had a specific make/model and color I wanted and they were patient and efficient with all our requests. The service team was great to work with. They picked up my vehicle, completed the work scheduled and I received a text message with the services prices and amount charged to my card. My vehicle was retuned earlier than promised. Highly recommend!

It is a Auto Dealership which means the cost of service and parts will generally be more. But I have to say the quality of service and the friendly staff are well worth it. I thought I would save money by taking my truck elsewhere.... that did not work out for me at all. Ended up costing me thousands of dollars more and wasting weeks of time without my vehicle, all because of a wrong diagnosis. Which these folks found in less than one day. Highly recommend them for there service department.

From sioux falls, SD. Came into town for a wedding and picked up a screw in my tire . Guys in the service pulled me right in and got it fixed super fast and were all very kind, polite, and understanding. Recommend them any time!!

We've purchased several cars and trucks from Columbus Motor! Jeff Merrill and the rest of the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure we find the right one. I would definitely recommend Columbus Motor to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We purchased a used vehicle from Columbus Motors and after a bit were not happy with the vehicle. Their 30 day exchange policy was great, we were able to get into another vehicle with no mess or fuss. It was a much easier and convenient process than I was expecting. Our salesmen, Jeff Merrill and Drake Shane, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I cant thank them enough for all of their help. I cant recommend Columbus Motors any higher than 5 stars otherwise I would!

The staff is warm and welcoming. My recall repair was taking a little longer than expected and they kept me informed of the progress which I was very grateful for. We have bought all of our vehicles from them for many years now and will continue to do so!

We saw the Charger online and thought it was pretty awesome, so I called Columbus Motor Company to see if it was something we could do! I had a great time chatting with Janice and getting to know her and the car! She s a great person who could really just read into me and knew what I wanted! We decided to go with Columbus Motors and purchase the car from them! They are a great dealership! Chad gave us a great deal, so it made our day!

The ONLY place to purchase a vehicle in town! Our family had such an amazing experience at Columbus Motor Company. Chase Tate took great care of us and guided us along the way. We feel like we've gained another member to our family! We never felt pressured. Everyone who we worked with treated us with the upmost respect and care. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough about the Service department at Columbus motors. We limped into town with a malfunctioning Turbocharger in my Ford f350 while towing a fifth wheel. They looked at it that morning and ordered the part the same day. It came the next day! Instead of the 2-3 days anticipated. The technician stayed late on Wednesday installing the new turbo and finished it up Thursday morning. Over the next 2 days we put 800+ miles on without an issue. I would never have anticipated that fast of a turn around not being locals. Ashley who manages service kept me informed, knew exactly in the process the truck was at and did a great job of helping us and boosting our confidence in them.

Jeff and COREY are hands down they best team out there! If there s an MVP award out there for selling vehicles they definitely deserve it! Friendly and willing to work for the customer from the second you put your foot down. They went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the most perfect yet affordable vehicle out there for my family. They nailed it! COLUMBUS MOTOR COMPANY ROCKS!!!

Had my Charger serviced here, very friendly service over the phone and in store. Spoke to Holly on the phone to set up the appointment and Chris helped when I arrived. very impressive group, 10/10 will service here again!

Had my Challenger in for an oil change. Service was completed in a timely manner. I asked the service personnel to change the engine and cabin air filters. They changed the cabin filter but told me the engine air filter was fine. Didn't need a new one. It was nice to see honest people to take care ov my automobile .

We took our company car in to have an interior detail done and it came back looking like a brand new car on the inside! Kudos to all that helped from the service desk to the cleanup crew that did the detail. It turned out amazing! Thanks for the top notch service!!! Camp Luther thanks you all!

More like a half a star. Been 5 months bringing the vehicle back for warranty work and they havent fixed the problem. Late dropping it off and picking it up. Service department is a joke. Will never buy another vehicle from here again. Taking vehicle to another dealer to get it figured out.

After a terrible car buying experience in the past at a different dealership, we decided to try Columbus Motor Company and we had the BEST experience with Chase! There was no pushiness like most dealerships and salesmen. They were so friendly and very easy to work with. They even stayed and worked after hours for us since we live out of town. We will absolutely come back. Thank you all so much!!

Had an oops, in their first action, which lead to diagnostic time to find their oops! Corrected the problem and ate the diagnostic time. So far, the problem seems to have been completely fixed.

Hate to just give one guy credit, but Ray absolutely killed it for us! Amazing guy, great salesman. The whole team at CMC is top notch, and extremely helpful.Days at dealerships can be long, but, they ve got a team of folks to streamline the process here.This is the 4th vehicle we ve purchased from CMC. Even with limited inventory during this time, they got us hooked up.The only bad part is I ll never get to experience any other dealerships. These guys have my business for life.

Ray was great to work with from start to finish. Josh got me started as i reached out to him first but got me in contact with Ray. Couldnt have went more smooth. Offered me a fair trade value right away and made the process smooth and stress free. Got me into a brand new truck at a great interest rate and im very satisfied. Will be back again when looking for another vehicle for myself or my wife. They have went out of their way to earn my business.
