Jim, Dustin and Kelly. Great staff from start to finish. Prices are very competitive, the customer service I got was hands down the best I've ever had, sorry Courtesy Ford, but these guys are top notch. They listen, and react accordingly, no pressure. They gave me a price on a 2015 STX that was more then fair. Have questions? They answer honestly and correctly. Hard to find honest caring people in the car business, but at Big Country, I found em. Thanks guys, when I'm looking again, I'll stop in and see ya.

I purchased a vehicle from Rip at Big County - what a pleasant experience! He worked hard to make sure the vehicle was the right one for me and my budget! They even had the vehicle delivered to my front door step! I highly recommend this dealership and Rip!

Don t waste your time buying a vehicle here! I bought a used pickup and part of them deal was that some scratches were to be taken care of. Once they got my money, salesman never would follow up, return calls or texts to schedule what was his/ there part of the deal. I will NEVER go back

Going to start off by saying that this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had, George was amazing. Everyone treats you like part of the family. All my questions were answered and it was a no pressure atmosphere which is really important to me because it shows they care about you and not just about making a sale. I got a beautiful ford f150 with no money down at an affordable price. Although I drove 2 hours to get there, I don't regret anything. Will definitely return in the future for my next vehicle upgrade

I had purchased my 2016 Traverse there sales department was great. The finance department was great as well especially with having somewhat little and not so great credit they were still able to get the right deal for me in the end! Carrie Merry (the general manager), is completely delightful! Thank you so much!!!

Reached out to Big Country Auto about my interest in a vehicle and was connected with Kris and Carrie. Within 24hrs these amazing ladies were able to get me squared away with a smooth process here in Texas closed by a gentleman name of Sean who met and greeted me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Out of a rating of 1-10 I d rate this team of representatives at a 10. Everything was upfront on the table from start to finish on my deal. Thank you for an amazing buying experience.

Manager will get defensive with you if you call things out that are wrong on a car. They said they will for sure work on price, they only went down $1,000. They knew we were driving 2 hours to come look, and then they completely waste our time. Do not trust them.

The service department is GREAT!! The the service manager is great to talk to on the phone, he is very easy to understand and explained everything in great detail. My mechanic did a great job at fixing my car. He was able to do a messy job and keep the inside of my car clean while taking it on the test drive.

Got my van from them. I called to see about getting my check engine light checked. No one called me back after calling at 8am. Not very professional

Absolute Trash! Helped my handicapped father test drive a vehicle that he was interested. He set up a time to bring his wife the next day. After driving an hour they were told the pickup just sold. Now days later it is still for sale at a higher price. Terribly ran business! I will not recommend to anyone!

We purchased a vehicle with Big Country Ford and we had to share our experience because it was so INCREDIBLE. From shopping for the car to the customer service, we were never dissatisfied. We worked with Sean and he made all paperwork seamless! He is so knowledgeable and so friendly! We really felt comfortable and good about our purchase. What a great team they have here!! I came to them with what I thought to be an "impossible situation" - but not only did they help me in finding a resolution to the problem - they also included me every step of the way -- offering choices and taking the time to explain these options in detail! Our visit to Big Country Auto of Madison was fantastic. Lucas was an amazing salesman. The young man took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing for our daughter. He was very thorough in answering my wife and daughters questions. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a vehicle. The staff was tremendous and made the buying experience easy.

They will sell you a vehicle with structural damage that was fixed but not disclosed to us found out later trying too sell. Snakes stay away!

Took time off work and drove 2 hours to get there only to be lied to and low balled on my trade.They had 2 prices posted online. When I called they said they would honor the lower price because the car had some damage. When I got there they told me they would not honor the lower price now because it was too low. Come to find out there was another buyer interested so they were just wanting to go with a higher offer. They seem to only care about money and not so much customer service. I personally would never go back and wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT buy a car from these people!!! They want to be friendly and awesome salespeople UP UNTIL you buy the car and then the service goes downhill from there. I bought a car 3 months ago from them and have already had to have over $2200 worth of work done to this car to keep it running and have broke down on the side of the road twice. They act like they could care less because I bought the car as is. I trusted them to not sell me a money pit car, but it s clear I was wrong. Don t trust them!!!

I was taken advantage of. I had no idea what was going on halfway through. They just had me sign a bunch of things, then I was on my out the door WAY TOO QUICKLY with a new purchase that turns out I can't even afford. They also low-balled me on my trade. Others would have taken my car for an extra 2K AND I could've bought a cheaper vehicle or just had a replacement of mine. Who does this to people??

Was skeptical about driving all the way to Madison from Lincoln to just look at a truck, definitely no regrets. Working with Shay and Chad, they got me in a better truck than I went up to look at. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep them at the top of my list for any vehicles in the future.

We were insulted with our trade value, George worked hard but the manager was trying to steal our trades. We got our new pickup from courtesy. Wouldn't recommend big country to my worst enemy.

I had to call to try to get information about my application and was informed by the MANAGER that he has been too busy. He constantly interrupted me and then told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me.So now not even week later another individual named Mitch called me after seeing my original Google review to try and rectify the situation. So he proceeded to interrupt me just like the manager had. Clearly not looking to fix anything. Then he proceeded to inform me I had bad credit which I had told the manager that before I even had him do an application. Upon telling the manager this I was told my "credit would not be an issue" just my income. Now they are throwing my already difficult situation in my face. As he continued to interrupt me he then told me that my joint applicant's repossessions were my fault.Apparently (as the manager had previously told me) there are only 7 guys working there. STAY AWAY FROM JIM(the manager) and MITCH!!!! Clearly customer service is NOT their priority!!!

Needed a reliable car. Carlos helped me find a great car for a great value. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Financing was easy to work with and helped out in everyway they could.I would strongly recommend checking them out for new or used cars in the Norfolk Area.

Review for Madison location:They are lucky to get 1 star from us. Only reason for the 1 star is because when we first got there we were dealing with Mitch and he was a decent guy, a little pushy. But then Tony got involved and he was extremely arrogant, rude, very pushy and just down right unprofessional. Their finance guy is also extremely rude. He kept throwing a fit over what we said we could afford for payments and it was extremely unprofessional that while dealing with all our personal financial information he had several people sitting in his office. The whole sales team was just unprofessional. They were extremely pushy and couldnt take no for an answer. We will not recommend them to anyone we know.Good luck if you chose to deal with them!

I had the best experience buying from Justin at Big Country. I came in looking for a new pickup told him what I needed and he took it from there. If your looking for a nice pickup, check out the trucks they have on the lot...if they don't have what you want they'll find it for you.

I am on my second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The first one we had a terrible experiance we had to drive back and resign paperwork once and they had to send a driver out to me me once more to resign again. The wife and i decided we was not going here again. One year later we decided we wanted a bigger family vehicle. This dealer ended up haveing a couple vehicles that we was interested in and so we decided we would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. We once again had. To have sombody come to use 2 times to resign paperwork because i refused to since it wasnt my issue. We also had in agreement abd on paper that the dealer would fix the small dents and the 2 big scratches. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks i get it back and it literally looks like someone used fingernail polish. Called the dealer back said thats all your getting theres nothing else i can do
