Great place to go to get tires changed. The people are friendly. The owner is a great man who will help anyone that needs some tires. Low price. Quality Tires and some what fast service, when you want it done right, Slow and steady. Can't say I was happy my (bald tires) had nothing to do with happieness , This business is worth going to.

Bought 4 new very good tires for 750 dollars which for good tires is very cheap. I was replacing my battery myself when the post screw was stripped so took it in to quality 2 days later they got it changed for me and didn t charge me a cent to replace my battery. Very fast and productive mechanics with great customer service here.

Dan and his crew go way outta there way to make sure you get quality Tires and wheels at an affordable price. even lent me a ride to get to work while waiting for my tires

We got a flat tire up by toadstool park on a Saturday morning, I called to see if they could fix it for me. Mike said he had about 8 ahead of me but would get it as soon as he could. We were staying at Chadron SP so dropping it off was fine, dropped it off Mike said it would be done by noon, I told him we would come back about 12:30. We pulled in, Mike waved me into the bay, jacked the truck up pulled the spare, put tire and wheel on truck, tucked spare back up under the truck. Took about 10 minutes.We live about 500 miles from Chadron, so when the tire went, it could have put a damper on our trip. Instead Mike took care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend stopping into Quality Tire, what an awesome business!

This is a couple weeks late on leaving a review but here we go: Smoked the left front wheel bearing about 5 min out of town heading home to Wyoming on a Sunday morning. Limped it back to the motel and was told Quality Tire was the place to go. Went there first thing Monday morning - they got my truck in right away & I was back on the road a few hours later, even though it looked like they had a full schedule for the shop that day. Very professional, highly qualified and I cannot say enough good about Quality Tire - thank you very much!

We went there and ordered a tire. The truck forgot to ship it and we had to go. So, they provided us another tire so that we can go to the other town to get our new tire. They are very nice and honest about it and didn t charge us for anything. Will go back to them again if we need any tire service near the area.

We were driving home from a road trip when we got a flat tire. After making our way to Quality Tires, the gentleman that helped us was super helpful and quick. They got us in right away even though he said they were shorthanded and it could take a while when I talked to him on the phone. He let our kids come eat some lunch in his office area and charged us very little for the replacement tire. It was a great experience and I wish we lived in that area so he could be our regular mechanic!

We were camping and had a flat tire but they let us walk in and fixed us up within 45 minutes. I know they were busy and had other vehicles but they fixed our tire so we can continue traveling!

Helpful crewWas able to get two new tires at a reasonable price, mounted while I waited. It was a slower time of day, plus a quick fix of a stuck emergency brake release. Pleasant "guy" conversation. Good customer service.

Very friendly and fast service. All four of my rims were scuffed on the outside part of the rim when they put new tires on my Volvo. Haven't discussed this with them yet because I have been out of town having back surgery done. Hopefully they make it right with me. Upset about rims damaged having new tires put on.

I've had work performed by Quality Tire in Chadron several times on more than one of my vehicles over the course of several years. Each time was a satisfying experience, having received the proposed work within the price quotes every time as well as the crew always standing behind their work... and if you schedule an alignment with your work then you may know that one may find another tech as good as Roger...maybe... but I can assure you that you'll not find anyone better at a precision wheel alignment for your vehicle(s). Top shelf, best of the best.

Best mechanic in town! Save yourself some time and money and go straight to quality tire. I m not from town and these people have been very good to me and my family. they re very polite and they know what they re doing.

I had to replace tires so I called those guys at Quality Tire they said they had four tires and they could get me in right now. They also checked my front brakes and back brakes and I need a new front brakes so for another 15 minutes I got new brakes. Had to have them.

Had a trailer tire that blew on the way to Sturgis. On way home to Texas, stopped to replace tire for spare. They took the time to check all four trailer tires and pressure. Very efficient and kind. Definitely recommend.

On a trip to Wyoming in 100+ heat needed 2 trailer tires got us in & out in 15 minutes. Knowledgeable staff very freindly!

Needed our pickup tire fixed, it was a 3/4 ton pickup with some feed in the back. They said they don't have a jack heavy duty enough. A 4 ton jack would've been more than enough.Very surprised at this because this is a rural area that also has traffic from semis as well. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, because they gave us air to hunt for another shop to get it done.

They were able to patch my tire in less than 1/2 an hour, without an appointment, and didn't cost much. Super nice staff and very knowledgeable.

Called from a mile out of town with a blowout on our toyhauler... Drove in and they changed out all four tires and we were back on the road within 20 minutes!! Awesome people!!! Highly recommend!!
