A truly great company. A local Airbnb host recommended them for a rental car. Unfortunately my flight got canceled and they where very nice and understanding. Would happily do business with them again. Honest and good people. Thank you.

Honest? Yes. Fair? Indeed. Friendly? You bet... but still a used car dealer. It comes down to being all about the money. That's the motivation here, much more than building lasting and real relationships except when it has to do with business. He'll walk off as you're in mid-sentence without saying a word IF you're not buying right at that moment to chase a potential customer who'd just wandered onto his car lot (this has occurred time after time after time this past decade). Highly annoying the more times it happens. Here in the United States of America the main goal for most businesses is to stay in business. Nothing noble or honorable about that, really. Them first, you later. You may tell more of someone by what they take than by what they give. Three stars... could be worse, could be better.

This was a simple rental request and we were pleasantly surprised that they accommodated us so much by making the car available for pickup after their hours. We booked in advance and were happy to see a car that had great mileage. They were nothing but friendly each time I followed up with them and we will totally look at them in the future when we find ourselves in the area again.

There was a slight hiccup when picking up my rental car but the issue was resolved within 15 minutes. I would definitely use again do to the ease and convenience of which they operate their business. The cars are not new like at National car rental chains but they are perfectly well maintained and clean. No complaints.

For one, he was friendly and tried to find a car that was in good shape for me. I have young-onset Parkinson s Disease and needed a smaller vehicle. He found a Subaru Forester that looked to be in good shape.I should have taken it to a mechanic first before buying, which was my fault. But I ended up trading in a very nice F-150 for this car, which needed over $8,000 in repairs (for a car listed at $7900). It barely lasted two weeks all of the oil had leaked out of it and it had a melted hose inside, among the multiple issues. This could have caught fire while I was out on the highway, and I had no idea, because none of the gauges or indicator lights worked. I ended up trading it in for $2500 because I simply couldn t afford to fix it.This is not a personal attack at all, but please, please have the car checked by a mechanic before you buy. I was very disappointed that he didn t get this to a mechanic that could find these problems first so they aren t passed on to the customer. From the way it performed, it seems like it was bought straight from auction the week before with little to no inspection. I hope that closer attention is paid to this in the future.

A couple years ago, I made a deal to purchase a used vehicle from this place. The SUV I purchased had hail damage, fading paint, and a missing hub cap. It needed tires, and a wash.After purchasing tires from Hills tire who made me a excellent deal, and finding a center hubcap on-line, and giving it a thorough wash inside and out, I am glad to say it shined up pretty nice. I still have it, it still runs and drives, and am very pleased with it.Thank you Paris for a wonderful SUV!

Paris gave us credit when we were unable to finance anywhere else. Even dealers that claimed to finance anyone. Paris worked a good deal on a minivan and gave us 12 months to pay the balance. I found him very pleasant to work with.

Needed to rent a minivan while RVing out at Fort Robinson. Family recommended contacting Paris Fisher in Chadron. Called ahead and booked a minivan, got a 2009 Town & Country. Seats were stained but otherwise interior was clean and van drove fine. Staff got me in and out quickly when initiating rental and checking it back in. Overall things went smooth.

They are good people to deal with they work with you and are compassionate people who understand paris even came out to visit with my husband cause he cant walk or talk but he remember paris it made his day thank you

I rented a vehicle from this location when I flew into Chadron and needed to get to Rapid City. The vehicle they left for me at the airport was a 2006 Chevy Impala with the following issues: Oil leak which left a nice spot on my boyfriends driveway. When I got into the car the interior lights did not work, the engine light is on, the visor is broken, the dash lights including the stereo wouldn't turn off when the car was shut down. Even walked away from it for 15 mins and came back and the stereo was still going. After some research I found that I can buy this car for $2000 at best on craigslist. So needless to say renting this vehicle to an unsuspecting customer flying in at 8pm at night is a very poor way to do business and risky for anyone needing to rent a reliable car to drive further than Chadron. After contacting Paris and telling him everything that was wrong on his car he rented me his only response was "Thank you". Terrible service unless you're looking for a vehicle that you'd like to take your last drive in at $35 per day and extra for mileage. Never again

Great experience!Paris knocked some off the price cuz I was having money issues.The ONLY thing was whoever checked the oil last forgot to put the dipstick back and oil splatteted everywhere.

Always a great experience. People are friendy and helpful. Prices are fair. You can also rent a vehicle or a U-haul from them.
