The owner was extremely friendly & helpful! I was traveling to Chadron from out of town for work when my oil skid plate fell apart, leaving it dragging on the ground. I took it into them and without hesitation they had it fixed with a matter of minutes. Highly recommend them!! The level of customer service cannot be beat!

New ownership. HIGHLY highly recommend. Quality service. Fast in and out. Owners are super friendly, and very fair on their prices. I called in, and was able to get in same day as I called. For oil changes in Chadron, you're not going to find a better choice. I highly recommend stopping in.

This place is amazing!!! My daughter goes to college in Chadron. Chadron is 2 hours away from me, every time my daughter has a problem I call them, every time they've gone right away and helped her. Every time I call they are very pleasant. Every parent who has a student in Chadron should have their number. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

We were leaving town and noticed a front underneath panel dragging after driving through all the snow. Pulled in and they put the car on the lift and fixed it for free! Thank you so much!

I'm from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Ford Expedition. The owner of this establishment was an extremely nice guy and got me in and out in about an hour. I'd highly recommend 385 for any general maintenance or repairs in the Chadron area.

Shortly after moving to the area my car would not start. I did get it jumped and had to jump it thereafter to start. I called around and had the battery tested at Napa (bad battery). They referred me to Chris at 385. The helpfulPeople at 385 were able to get me an appointment quickly. I was not able to make my first time, as my car wouldn t even jump start. They came out, jumped my car, took it into the shop, gave me a vehicle to drive and got the battery replaced. My bill was MUCH lower than I expected, they ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Their customer service and willingness to help is the highest quality of any mechanic shop that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Chris and his team for your vehicle care needs!Service: Battery

I m from out of town and needed an oil change for my F-150 eco boost . New owner got me in immediately and did a great job! He found a clamp that was loose on one of my oil cooled turbochargers and straightened and tightened it. Extra effort at no extra cost thank you! Very friendly service and fair pricing. Walked in, had my oil changed in a few minutes. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff was all friendly. The price seemed a bit high, but I suppose that's par for the course these days. Overall, recommended.

I brought my car in for an oil change about a month ago, the man who helped me was very nice and they got me in fast. When I left they had backed my car up so I would only see the drivers side, without thinking anything of it I went and picked up a friend. When she got in I noticed the passenger side door made a godawful noise, when we checked it out there was a dent extending from the front of the car all the way to the passenger door, it showed the mechanics inside the door. Now, I know you're wondering how they made this dent while giving me an oil change, trust me I'm also curious. However, I put my purse in the passenger door right before I got the oil change and there was only a small dent from the previous owner and my door didn't make any awful noise. I called the shop and left a message, I didn't even ask them to fix it I just asked politely if they could explain what happened to my car, when I got a call back from the owner he told me there was no way it was them because he knew the guy who did my oil change and he would have told him, as well as he is 100% honest so I have to believe they didn't do it, so I could bring it in for them to look at if I want but considering "they didn't do it" he would not consider fixing it. He told me what had to have happened is that the sun bent the metal from the small dent that was there previously all the way back to he door. For the customer service, I would recommend 100%. For the quality of work and "100% honesty policy" (as well as if you'd like to leave with a car in the same condition you brought in) I would recommend 0%.
