I have Zach Powell that I have worked with for years and he connects me with solid sales people that he knows will get me. I keep going back because they make the process easy and enjoyable! My experience at Woodhouse was amazing. Tim Fancher was by far the best salesman I ve worked with at a dealership. Each person I met was friendly and beyond helpful through the process of purchasing a car. I would recommend anybody to walk in their door!

I have been buying my vehicles there for 18 years and have never had a bad experience. The sales associates have all been kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. When I m ready for my next vehicle I will be heading to Woodhouse in Blair!

Woodhouse, Woodhouse!!!! Buy a car, or truck from this place. Well, so I had a situation where I live Monday.So I called them and told their salesman what I needed. Your never gonna believe what they did for me? The GM of the store Ashley called me and said we will come to pick me up an hour and a half away.And if you do not find a vehicle we will drive you back home. I said ok deal. So I get up to Woodhouse in Blair Nebraska they had the car sitting out for me. I said ok I'll take it. They filled it up with gas.Then while waiting I said oh I was cold. The receptionist gave me her jacket. And then went to her home and brought me a nice quilt for my bed. Because of what happened Monday. Also while waiting they had a food truck on site.The GM gave me a food ticket for lunch. How kind and full of love they are.Plus I had called another dealership in Omaha out by Scheels and when I would call they hung up on me twice. Never called me back. And no interest when I said can folks deliver me a vehicle. They said No.Well okay with ME!! Y'all can not compete with KINDNESS, LOYALTY, and GIVING. That just shows you shouldn't buy from this place. Plus I hope the dealership sees this.Also, Woodhouse said they would drive to another state to make a sale. Good for you. Don't lose what makes you GREAT!!!!!!!!!Y'all buy from WOODHOUSE they will not disappoint you...Will buy from again also the 4th car I've bought with this company.

The people at Woodhouse are always friendly. However, I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change. I didn't get out of there until 3:30. In my opinion, this is way too long for your basic oil change. This is not the first time it has taken so long. Every time I go in for this service, it takes at least 2 hours or longer. If they are making appointments now, I would expect the service to be much quicker than 2 hours.

Shane was awsome help getting me set up in my new to me truck. Prices are pretty steep on new vehicles now and I had low hope but he made it happen for me so I can happily tow my boat this summer with no worries!

We always recommended all our Omaha friends and clients to drive a little out of the way to go to this dealership because we had such a positive experience when we first leased our truck. Now 3 years after the lease and purchasing our experience has been the complete opposite.Purchased the truck got the extended warranty (which they pushed and pushed was open book to show what it offers- without telling us later repercussions) were completely low balled on the check for the state causing us to pay more out of pocket at the dmv and for the warranty.Completely disappointed, definitely not recommending to any of my friends or clients going forward. When we called we were told by the GM that leases don t make them money. So obviously they don t care about their clients. It s all a money game. Extremely frustrated and will never be going back.

My old car died and they were willing to pick me up 40 miles away to purchase a jeep. It has been a good experience, mechanical issues being resolved by the warranty. Buying a used car anywhere is always stressful but this place has been pretty painless thus far.

Logan in the Collision Center was wonderful to work with, very thorough and gave me updates as my hail damage was being fixed. He also had my vehicle detailed before returning it to me. However, at some point in this process my vehicle was around a cigarette because it smelled SO bad when I got it back. Not what I wanted before going on a 12 hour road trip the next morning.

The salesman was very prepared for what I was looking for via emails prior to our stopping there. We test drove two vehicles and made a decision within a half our of arrival. Their prices beat most competitors and are firm. That saved a lot of the hassle of negotiating a price. They had the largest selection of any dealers in the western half of the state.

Brad Jurgens and Jesse Lame (finance) were wonderful to work with! We drove in from out of town to look at a used vehicle they had in stock. It was pristine, they were fast and very helpful, with low pressure vibes. Thank you Brad, for all your help! Left with our vehicle and financing complete after a short 2-3 hours.

THIS was the easiest purchase of an automobile I have ever had! Travis (salesman) was up front and didn't B.S. me and Mark (finance) did pressure me at all. My new (used) 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie was cleaned before I even got to take it home! My trade in was a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 and I got a fair price.

My vehicle was without heat and iwas worried about getting the issue fixed soon, as the cold weather is here. I made a call to Woodhouse Chrysler expecting to be booked atleast a week out. I was wrong. They had me scheduled in 2days and repairs were done within a few hours. I've always had a great experience with Woodhouse and will continue to return for all my service needs.

Best service dept. Caring individuals like Travette Dennis. I had a huge problem that my local dealership in CA would not fix because of incompetence and lack of knowledge. Woodhouse shipped my used vehicle which is where i purchased it, back to Nebraska 1500 mile trip on their dime to help me get my truck fix. They were the best I could ever imagine as a dealership fixing my truck. The dealership in CA. should be closed for their incompetence and putting me through what they put me through.

Ron Moore did a great job. Loved it that he got the vehicle out before we got there and cleaned it up and went for a test drive to make sure everything was good on the vehicle. Also did all he could to make the process go smoothly. Will go to wood house again for sure

Great service! Tim Francher is the best! He gives you 100% of his time and is extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made the experience of leasing a new Jeep very easy. We basically did this transaction on the phone. When we arrived, everything was in place. I highly recommend Tim and Woodhouse Jeep.

Called ahead for out regular sales rep, it was his day off but he happened to be there and waited for us to arrive. Found a vehicle that met our needs. Fair trade value, added a hitch to deal and closed the sale with very little groveling.That said, we had a hitch installed which went well, Woodhouse agreed to deliver our vehicle and pick up the trade in. The car arrived as expected. The down side was the card had not been cleaned and detailed. It was way less clean that the vehicle we sent back for trade in. Sent a email on Monday afternoon with photos, but have not received any call back. Disappointed. It will need detailing at my own expense.Update: Ok update Clint reached out had not received my email. Bent over backwards to rectify the oversight if not inspecting the car before it was delivered. Offered to pay for detailing and more to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks you for your response to my concern. Back to a 5 star!

I always have a good service experience. at Woodhouse in Blair. I live in Elkhorn and have other Jeep dealers that are closer, but I make the drive to the Blair location because of the consistenly great service that I have recieved there over the past 4 years.

Purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot online. Price posted was what I paid. No add-ons. My salesman, Ben Barnhart was great to work with. Vehicle was delivered immediately to my home in New Mexico and without hassle.

My husband Chad and I had an exceptional experience at Woodhouse Dodge with Josh. He was fast and effective in his work, and we encountered no problems with him whatsoever. He didn't rush us into making a decision and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend anyone in search of a car to contact him. You tell him what you want, and he delivers.
