Almost always have the parts I need in stock! If not, it is usually by the next day! The price is always quite reasonable as well!

Terrific in-town local, knowledgeable staff. Finds the right stuff the first time and are very careful to make absolutely positive it's what you want. And, most important...LOTS of parts.

I'm usually very happy with O'Reilly in Blair but my last visit has turned me off. Went out to my pickup at home and had battery issues. My battery is 5 years old and it made sense. This was on Sunday 2 weeks ago and O'Reilly was the only place in town that was open. Went in to buy a battery and the tech told me they could test it to make sure before I bought one. Initially I thought this was great so the test was done and I was told my battery was fine, as well as my alternator. So I didn't buy one. Went home, charged the battery fully only to have it be completely dead the next 2 times I went to drive it. Since I was told it wasn't the battery it had to be some electrical problem so I took it to the local dealer. After they did all of their test to make sure there wasn't an electrical issue they said it had to be the battery. So, why they didn't test the battery initially I don't know other than I told them it had been tested and I was told it was fine. Summary - I spent $280 on a new battery that I could have just purchased initially like I planned for about $100 less. So the employees at O'Reilly had my best interests at heart, their equipment cost me and extra $100.

My husband had some problems with his car. We live in the Omaha area, but this was the closest location to where he was. I went to meet him there and Rodney was amazingly helpful. He noticed I had my kiddo with me and gave her a quarter to go get m&m's from the machine. When my husband and oldest kiddo arrived, he also gave her a quarter. He was very helpful in finding what would help us to get home. My husband was in the parking lot fixing the problem and Rodney even came out to check on us to make sure we were OK. Thank you so much to Rodney with being so kind and helpful!!

This is not me being hyperbolic but Landon is THE best employee O reilly has ever had! In all my days working on cars never have I had someone willing to take the time and talk about the differences between cars, what s different about my car and just show a true passion for auto care! This man is the goat! I am beyond grateful for his help as well as a newer employee that helped me out! They are both amazing at there jobs! Thanks again!!!

It's a good big chain Auto Parts store. They have most everything you'd normally need for your auto. They even offer a generous amount of services to help you out with getting your vehicle back on the road. FYI: They DO NOT replace light bulbs of any sort. Plan on doing this yourself but they have literally any bulb you might need.

Not great. Some of the clerk's are great, others are pretty rude. Had to argue about an alternator being broken. They finally tested it to find that the voltage regulator was indeed broken. I recommend shopping online. You'll save time, money, and you won't have to argue.

Not very good service. Last 3 times were horrible. Wanted over $100 for bearings that coat $18 at NAPA store. Next time needed help finding certain brass fittings and they just pointed me in the general direction - there were no other customers in the store and they couldn't help me find it. Today needed a tail light for my trailer. I brought it along so they could help me find the right one. Again just pointed to where to find them. No personal service. I will not be back.

If you get the right person here then you will get the right parts and it won't coast over 2000 in damages to your car the Manger at this store took care of me from that point and is trying to make everything right

It seems like there's always a lot of turn over here at this location-- not sure if they just don't pay well enough to retain folks, or perhaps it's just burn out... anyways... Narissa who works here is the best employee I've encountered in 15 years of going to this location. She's alert and oriented as they say in the medical world. They should put her in charge of the whole place if she isn't already and give her a raise to keep her here!

First woman, Marissa, I approached at counter made faces while I told her what I needed. Then she tried to sell me to sell me a "universal" part to avoid looking up my part. A phone call saved me from her grasp as she took the call and walked away from me. Ashley and the mgr, Shawn, were both very helpful.

O'Reilly is our local parts store, usually have what we need, most of the staff are knowledgeable. We use this place for most of our needs

If you don't want to overpay for a new car battery and have someone tell you to cut out your old one with wire cutters and a hack saw, you probably should go to a place with a better crew and customer service.

Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have something in stock, they look for options to get me what I need as fast and economical as possible. O'Reilly's is my only autoparts store!

So out of all the auto parts stores I called Blair O'Reilly's was the only one that didn't LIE just to get you in their store, and nice gentlemen helped install my rear light bulb
