If you don't want to read a completely positive review, stop here. I dealt with John Kobza and Kobza Online Auctions through the EquipmentFacts website, and I can say only good about the experience. I was a complete newbie to buying a vehicle via an online auction. Startiing even before the auction ended, John and his staff [who are mostly his family] bent over backwards to help me, and they didn't charge a buyer's premium! They cheerfully answered my questions each time I called. They registered the vehicle so fast I recieved the title within ten days after the auction ended and, for a very reasonable fee, John stored the vehicle until I could arrange to have it transported to Arizona. John went so far as to call the farmer who sold the vehicle and get permission to give me the fellow's phone number when I asked for it. These are good, honest, hardworking people who take pride in what they do and take good care of their customers. Even the truck driver who transported the vehicle to Arizona for me talked about what a nice guy John is! I give John Kobza and Kobza Online Auctions a sold five-star rating!

Online auction company. Large 24 hour open lot to view your potential new piece of equipment for farm, industry, or pleasure. Small town values, friendly staff that are mostly family members. Many online pictures and write ups of items being sold.

We have purchased multiple items from this Auction. I purchased an old Butter churn that had "Glass" attached to the item. It was completely shattered when i received it, the box didn't say Fragile upon it nor was the item wrapped to secure its fragile state to be delivered properly and in tacked. The next items i purchased were not so fragile but I still have yet to receive them. They were purchased the beginning on June. I contacted the Auction to let them know I had not received them yet at two weeks and they stated that they were sent and on their way. I contacted them again today about it and was cussed out because i had the nerve to be upset about not receiving items that i purchased from them. I would not suggest purchasing anything from Kobza Auction & Realty. Poor customer service all the way around.

Bought a tractor from this outfit and the owner was not friendly on the phone, made me feel like a bother. Described the tractor and fully functional. Forgot to mention it was dead on one cylinder (had fluid coming from spark plug) and the front tie rod was not even correct to this machine. Machine will need immediate repairs to be safe. And the loader was leaking from every cylinder. Do not trust buying a tractor from this outfit, did not mention any of this in the auction.

One of the worst experiences I ve had in buying anything on Auctiontime. They are one of the highest sellers in terms of quantity on auctiontime, but are highly unprepared to handle the load and needs of the buyer. They are severely understaffed and it shows. Wouldn t recommend dealing with this company.

I ve been doing business with the Kobza s now about seven years. they re a good bunch of folks who take the business seriously and do all they can to make the transactions work. They ve gone out of their way to be helpful and I m grateful to do business with them in this market.
