Holli in the service department was excellent! There was a little mixup with services I was supposed to get done on my truck, but she fixed everything right away and took care of me. Great customer service still exists!

Buying a car can be very stressful! However Liza here at Nissan of Bellevue was so helpful knowledgeable and flat out just a great person/employee! She went above and beyond to help me get the price and accomodations I was looking for! 100 stars for her!

This is what replaced the Juke it's ok but do Love my Juke : The service department here is awesome takes care of what ever needs your car has, they are so helpful with those minor quirks that annoy only me with my car

This place has been exceptional EVERY time I've gone there-- I will not go elsewhere for Nissan Service, nobody else stacks up--They are efficient, kind, and helpful-- drop off and pick up are simple and they have fixed several issues I was having based only on my poor sound descriptions-- triple recommend.

1 - Nice people and friendly2 - No longer open on weekends for service which means you the customer have to take off of work to get your car worked on.3 - Didn't rotate my tires like I requested and didn't check the air in them either. One tire had 5 pounds more than the others when I came in and also when I left.4 - Must not hand out free car washes anymore, at least I didn't get one anyway.5 - Asked to have my air filter checked but forgot about it until I got home and then realized they didn't go over the post service checklist with me and didn't say anything about the filter which is why I forgot.I will probably go back anyway but their service and attention to detail isn't what it use to be.

It took us a while to get them to repair our car and acknowledge that something was wrong and that it should be fixed. We have a Leaf and it started making a clunking noise about 2 years after we bought it. The replaced part of the axel and said it would still make a noise sometimes but there was no way to fix it. We got a second opinion and they figured out how to fix it. Our car is still under warranty and Nissan refused to pay to get it repaired. We finally convinced Woodhouse to make the repairs after getting a thorough report from our mechanic.

Gr8 service dept. All else sucks.Finally got in for my first service and oil change on my 2017 Titan Pro4X. On-line scheduling didn't work. Calling in to get service is a nightmare. They have to know the TYPE of vehicle they'd be servicing even though there is only ONE service desk that handles all of the vehicles coming in regardless of type. Further, if service department doesn't answer right away (after 10 rings) you get transferred to another person (who can NOT assist you in scheduling, but will transfer you to a service advisor, AGAIN) after listening to your story. VERY inefficient system. Upon check-in, advisor talks to his screen and other technicians while asking you questions. Never knew to whom he was talking to. He was also taking care of someone else in the waiting area WHILE he was he taking care of me. Other customers arrived and were handled while the tech assisting me kept typing and working on someone else's entry. Reminded me of an airline ticket agent - continually typing, no conversation or questions while others get taken care of and moved on. Not a happy camper. Service department has gone DOWN HILL since my last visitation. Wouldn't recommend.

When I take my bmw 135i to have a oil change, the bolt that release the oil was fine, but after they taking so long and they told me that my oil pan thread was screw and need oil pan replace as soon as possible. I didn't replace oil pan at Nissan. 3 months ago I went there to change oil and they didn't mention anything about oil pan threads. Now after today service there and they said oil pan threads screwed. So probably second and last to go service there. I like the people there, but just don't know that they screwed my oil pan threads or is it already screwed. What do you think?

Great service all the time, could be a bit expensive compared to Walmart but I believe they know my Nissan better than any other service givers
