Pro: Pleasant, prompt and courteous service. Nice waiting area and the shuttle service is definitely appreciated!Scheduled online and they made sure to confirm the services I requested at drop-off. Checked an issue I forgot to mention and solved the problem. I had a substantial bill and they applied both my coupons, using a better offer to save about $100. They don t have a wash center like Omaha does so they give you two Casey s tickets.Con: they sent an email post-inspection that required me to approve/deny services which potentially delayed the start of service (luckily I saw it, the text should have been first)Also I did not get a call with an update before they closed for the day, nor return the voicemail I left. Thankfully I did not need my car until late the second day! When I called, the rep gave me an update and apologized for the oversight and made sure my car was ready about an hour before required.

We went to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue to see the new Mazda CX90. The dealership, people, and service are all impressive. The dealership is clean and nicely appointed. The people all the way through the process are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The service is thoughtful and efficient. We were assisted by Jose, Holli, and Zach, but everyone I saw in the dealership smiled, said hello, asked if we needed anything, or if we were being helped. I can highly recommend Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue.

The process at the dealership was very good. Tyson did a great job with us throughout it all, keeping us informed but not pushy at all. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. We got a good deal on our car and we love it.

The transaction with Woodhouse is amazing. Fred, our agent, have inserted a lot of effort during the process, though we are not responsive at times, he sees to it that we are updated once in a while. It was a smooth process!!!

They were super friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. They even did a video of my car for me to review of their inspection and everything they did. They also gave me a loaner vehicle due to my crazy work schedule AND brought the loaner to my work and picked my vehicle up from me at work. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I go out of where I live to do business with them rather than the one in my city due to how well I have been treated. Thank you Dan, Manni, and Issac & the gentleman who brought me the loaner and my car back!! Zach is a GREAT service manager. An honest guy doing the best he can for his customers. People make a company and area and Zach does this for the service department. Keep up the great work. If he ever moves on my rating may change.

Trusted, knowingly customer centered. If you are buying a carsee Joe, sales mgr. Dan, sales, and Trevor, finance. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and and have always been treated extremely well. These three gentle men and Dillon in service really deserve to be appreciated by their employer!

Had my son's Mazda 3 in to have warranty work done and asked to have the AC looked at, it had stopped working. I was told that the system was fine, it just needed to be recharged agreed to have that work done and was charged $300. Took the vehicle home with the AC working, but looked under the hood and found an obvious leak in the low pressure hose.Returned the vehicle to Woodhouse the next day. It was not looked at until the next business day and I was immediately told that there was a leak and the hose would be ordered and it would take another day to get the part. Now stuck, agreed to have this work done. Picked the car up today, $700 total to get the AC fixed. Called another area Mazda deal to get a quote for the same service and was told $524. Wish I had taken the car to them in the first place. Beware.

Dealer prices for shoddy work and bad attitude from service manager. Their wash bay has been "down" since buying this car new 3 years ago. Called to schedule an oil change, recall brake work, and Android Auto upgrade last month. Take it in and they've put me in for express service which can't do that work, so give me a loaner for 2 days. Pick up the car: tire PSI is 28-40, paperwork says 35psi all around, service manager calls me a liar. Get it home, they've left air in the brake system and have to re-bleed it. Just realized it's been leaking oil since then.
