We purchased a vehicle from Woodhouse Mazda in December and had a very good experience. I really appreciated the interactions with our sales person, and they have been great about answering a couple followup questions post-sale.The facilities appear to be pretty new, everything was exceptionally clean, and really they were just very easy to work with and accommodating throughout the entire process.

I've gotten my last 4 cars from Fred at Woodhouse & I couldn't be happier. He/they will do everything they can to make sure you get exactly what you want & all wrapped in a smile & sincere handshake. I couldn't be more satisfied!

We did some research before hand, looking for a used CX-5, and Zach and Jose had them parked and ready for us to take a look at upon arriving. Jose was very honest, pointing out the differences between the vehicles, and knowledgeable about the features, which made it easy to choose the right one for our family.They both made the paperwork process easy and stress free. When it came to explaining our loan terms and coverage options, Zach was great it making everything easy to understand.We left feeling confident in our decision and in good hands. I will honestly recommend Woodhouse Mazda to anyone who asks, and hope both Jose and Zach get the recognition they deserve for their excellent customer service.

I leased a 2023 Mazda with the help of Jose M. I pulled into the parking lot knowing which vehicle I wanted and what I was comfortable paying monthly. Jose was there ready to help, he was not pushy or rude. He listened to what I could afford and it only took about 10 minutes to negotiate. I had been to two other dealerships before this that only gave me headaches. My experience was amazing, definitely go see Jose!

Liza found me the perfect vehicle. I'd gone in to test drive one model when she remembered one with more features that had just come in. It had everything I wanted! And no huge scenario! Just a test drive (or three) and then some straightforward questions/answers. It was more $$, but she hung in there with me as I debated and was clear that it was totally up to me. The negotiations were the most clear-cut and straightforward that I've ever experienced.

My husband and I purchased a CX-5 in Dec and were very happy with their outstanding customer service and really worked with us to find the right car and where we needed to be with financing. Jose Moran is a top notch sales rep and made sure all our questions were answered and GREAT follow up even weeks after the sale!! Our daughter will be needing a new car soon and we will defiantly be going back to see Jose when she is ready : )

Tommie was extremely helpful in helping me make the decision on a Mazda CX-30. I had just been in an accident with my previous vehicle and had some special circumstances while waiting for my car to be officially totaled. Tommie was so honest about everything while I was in car limbo and I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. I have never totaled a vehicle before and he gave me information that did not know nor did I think about. It has been a really stressful time and Tommie really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Tommie really seemed to care that I was going home with a vehicle that I liked and felt safe in.

We ve now made 2 long-distance (from Kansas City) purchases at Woodhouse Mazda Bellevue in the past year, and both experiences were THE best ever for us (and we ve bought at least 20 new cars in the past 25 yrs). Joe (GM), Preston (Sales Mgr), Frederik (our Salesperson) Holli (Accessories) and Finance/Service all go above and beyond to put the customer first. Top-notch communications, great dedication and follow-thru. The purchasing process was easier than anywhere else, and their deals are solid as well. Expect to become lifetime customers (and friends) with these folks! Highest recommendations!

Last October 2023 was involved in a car accident which totaled out my 2017 Toyota hybrid Highlander. Been searching for several month looking for 3 row hybrid SUV, was looking at Highlander max hybrid. But due to limited supply, was looking at 6-10 months. Then I discovered Mazda CX-90 PHEV, did some extensive research, test drove. And man I was impressed with interior design, much more luxurious then the Highlander. Anyway contacted 3 local Mazda dealerships, they all got back to me. But Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue, where a lot more helpful, kudos to Fredrick Holst, he let me know about the CX-90 PHEV $7500 rebate if I decided to lease it . But most importantly he answered my questions and concerns about the CX90 . And was able to locate the colors, and trim line I wanted. Once I decided on doing a lease, their finance guy Zach was also very helpful in emailing my paperwork and answering all of my questions, which was all pretty easy, since this was my first lease. Would be less than a month. Once they got the CX90 PHEV in , Fredrick called me and let me know they could deliver it to me in Lincoln for free. Then once I had my new CX90 PHEV I had a few questions about plugging in this hybrid, texted Fredrick on (his day off ) and he got right back to me about questions I had. This dealership is a lot more attentive to helping customers even after they have sold a vehicle. Plus I saved $7500 on this PHEV, looking forward to how well this CX-90 PHEV does in the future. Was a Toyota guy, now I m a Mazda guy! Thanks again to Woodhouse Mazda Bellevue !

I want to say I am very pleased with Woodhouse Mazda !! I am a single, grandmother of four. I get nervous about car issues that pop up. I changed my own filter and was on E. Got gas & went in for oil change. My engine light on and was nervous to drive across town, but I trust Jason Barnes to tell me the truth! I was prepared mentally for big issues.I told him my worries. He got to the source of my issue. Had the crew fix it, suggested a routine maintenance that was upcoming , said they could get that done as well. He always makes me feel safe & valued. I trust him explicitly.His crew did a fantastic ,quick job. He kept me up to date with all services. He asked for my consent before making next move. He is a remarkable human and sooo knowledgeable about all thingsHe explains in my language what needs to be done. He is exceptional in his profession. I am, as well as others treated with the utmost respect.Thank you, Jason Barnes

We were in a bind to find a reliable family car in a short amount of time, which is not an easy task these days when you have a budget. We gave Tyson some important specifications that we had to have. He worked tirelessly to meet our demands and gave us any possibilities he could find. We were so lucky to find an amazing used car that met our requirements and Tyson made sure to have it sent to his location so we could check it out. He made sure the process was easy and understandable. He listened to our specific needs and found a way to make it happen. We have never been Woodhouse people, but because of our experience with Tyson we will definitely be repeat customers!

Recently went to this Mazda woodhouse and I was treated great for a first time car buyer. Cody helped answer every single one of my questions and made sure I didn't feel pressured or rushed into picking something I did not want to buy.
