Website said they had 5 tires that I could get. Went in and they told me they only had 3 and would have to order the 4th one. 3 hours of waiting later apparently they don t have any and offer me some all season tires that were priced a little more. One more hour later and apparently those tires aren t even rated for my truck. Nothing left to do now but put the old tires back on. Amazing, my time has been completely wasted

It took 4 hrs to get tires because like everyone else. They are short staffed. I get it.I go to leave and did a quick look around. Both passenger side wheels have damage from mounting. Along the bead, not on the wheel surface. I asked to talk to the manager. Zach came out. He was pleasant. Did his best to care about my problem. However, one employee said. This looks rusty, it s been that way . Ummm no. Aluminum doesn t rust so try again. The discoloration he saw was from grease. In fact almost every body panel had a greasy hand print (photos for proof) I now have to wash that off.Go to sit down inside of the car the seat is slid back, tilted back, and the steering wheel was adjusted in and up. Look, you had to drive the car for 45 seconds. Do you need to adjust anything? That s just common courtesy for automotive industry.Zach the ASM told me to get an estimate to repaint the two wheels and come back to the store.I want it to be on record these are factory powder coated wheels. They can t be repainted. Someone is going to have to strip them(sand blast), clean them, and re powder coat all 4 wheels to match.I spent $500 and 4 hrs of my life to now do a lot of leg work to fix something they caused. I will be following through on this. I want my car fixed. This was a dis-service.Service: Tires

I came here a month ago to get 2 tires replaced and then came here again this month to get the other 2 replaced, and they ended up replacing the same 2 tires I originally purchased and had replaced. They ended up taking 2.5 hours to replace 2 tires. I also bought some food that ended up spoiled because I had to wait so long after finding out about the mistake that was made.

It's just Walmart so just remember they can't do everything but they do carry a lot of tires in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful swapping out a tire and for the workload those guys have they did it quickly.

Dropped my car off to have tires installed and rotated. 4 hours and 3 non answered phone call attempts, go there to get my var. They stated they could not get lugnuts off. No phone call to inform me of this. Very poor service. Will NEVER use this place again!

My appointment was at 5:00 pm, I arrived at 4:30 and I had to be in line for more than 15 minutes, and they started working on my car almost at 6:00 pm. I thought it was a poor service and I had to complain to the manager. yes she treated me very well

The auto center her needs major help... Was just on hold on the phone for 13minutes and no one ever answered it!!! Guess they're not getting my business!

Cool center, great staff. Everything that needed to be done was done quickly and professionally. That's how terrible the Walmart Auto Center in Nebraska City is, how great this center is. I recommend it!

Even though they were short staffed and didn't open exactly at 7am, my car was in and out within 30 minutes of when they did open.My only hiccup was with the guy that was running the register. He was a tadbit rude, and you could just tell by his demeanor that he did not want to be there this morning. He also got annoyed when he had to ring up my extra purchases to go with my oil change. Oh well, dude, you're a cashier deal with it!

Horrible service, ordered tires and set an appointment to be installed. There were no tires when I arrived for the appointment, staff was clueless, management offered no solutions. I had to call the 800 number for Walmart just to be able to get a refund. I will not use this business again and unless you are a sadist and like pain I'd suggest going elsewhere to have work done. There is a reason it is cheap, no one wants it. Stick to food and diapers Wally World.

Don't let the undated "store of the month" signs fool you. My boyfriend and I tried to call ahead, but sat on the ringing phone for 2 minutes with no answer, should have been our first sign, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and drove in. Ended up spending over an hour here on Sunday morning getting a flat tire repaired/staple removed which was about average for a walk in. We get home, let the car sit a few hours only to find out that it was going flat again, so we had to bring it back. This should have been priority since a repair job from that day came back hours later, but no, they spent 90 minutes letting the tire sit and leak air on the lift. We had to keep asking them to fix it because there was no sense of urgency or skill being shown here. The service manager Clifton even knew about this job but wasn't doing anything to get it fixed faster. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my vacation.Service: Tires

Arnold handled my visit came in for a tire repair, ended up he said I needed a new battery said he tested starter and alternator. He took out the battery that was in it which was "750" cold cranking amps and replaced it with one that was "550" I was there from 3:30-5:30pm later that same night around 9:00pm my vehicle lost all power and I was stranded on the side of the road it was pitch black dark I was by myself and van ended up going to impound lot!!! > Why didn't Arnold replace with the same size battery that was in it??????< I had to borrow money from family that's quite an inconvenience for me don't you think? Plus I have a broken leg. 550cca is NOT enough power to run my van because im still dealing with issue, can't drive my half the time cause it won't start and it has to be jumped started all the time. What is Walmart going to do to make this right???

These guys came in clutch when I needed them! I came in late in the evening 2 days in a row and they snuck me in last minute even though they didn t have to and saved me from postponing my trip due to my car s issues. Big shout out Hsee, Corrine, and Matt! Appreciate y all!

Waited 3 hours for a tire to be mounted. All while 4 employees were standing around with their thumbs up their butts No one answers the phone, obviously lacking a decent service manager.

We dropped our vehicle we just bought off here, went shopping while we were getting an oil change, and then my husband got called for a "question" back to the place. I continued shopping with our son, and they had called the Bellevue Police reporting our vehicle stolen. My husband went back, they said they had a question outside, and police were waiting for him. It was very unnerving and disappointing. All the people working stopped and watched expecting my husband to be arrested. He, of course, was not. I'm very disappointed as I was just telling my husband how much I missed this store. They have no idea who called, but the manager Zach was nice enough to refund us the amount for the oil change.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called in when they opened and said they could accommodate my vehicle at 9:00. We get there early and Ivan informs we didn t get scheduled and it s a two hour wait. Mind you his customer service was terrible, avoided eye contact , wouldn t answer questions properly and was overheard saying he needs a raise to do his job. We check in a 1.5 later and find out they pushed us back and now wouldn t even be able to look at the vehicle until 11:30. Ivan admits they let two cars in front us who came in for a repair from the previous week. We left at this point , another person had been there since 8am for an appointment and they were just looking at his car.Service: Tires

Tried calling automotive dept and for 4 minutes it went between ringing to people answering not saying anything placing me on hold and ringing again multiple times. Not sure why someone can't just answer and ask if I could hold or just answer my super short question, but to just pick up the phone not say anything then send me back to ringing has no point.

I had an emergency today after church, my truck wouldn't start and I really needed to get a new battery. I was able to get a jump start and get over to this Walmart location. They were pretty busy and short staffed so they thought it would take 3 hours, but it wound up only being 2 hours. The price was excellent and they have good batteries and a great warranty. Just make sure to keep your receipt!

The auto service manager, Zach, and his team are honest, kind and hard working. Definitely deserves to be appreciated! I had my car oil change here and they handled the issues & customer service very well. Way better than Chrysler (my auto) for sure.

The place is a unorganized messed. arrived at 1030 am for a oil changed snd was finally checked out at 12:57 pm. I watched one customer who had been waiting for 3 hours for tires to be told in the end he needed to go elsewhere because they didnt have his tires like they thought. they let him wait 3 hrs before saying anything. other people were waiting 2 plus hours for oil changes too. lots of arguing between employees in front of customers. watched one employee take off his vest, name tag and walk out after the manager spoke rudely to him- again in front of customers. this place is short staffed, employees are tense and it bleeds onto the customers and effects the overall atmosphere. Don't come here if you want quick, reliable and profresional service.

Our transmission fluid was supposed to be checked, along withother fluids that are routinely checked usually when we get maintenace done at Walmart Auto Centers. It was not and our transmission blew 6 days later. We are filing a claim with corporate Walmart as this stores auto care manager said they couldnt do anything.

Waited an hour for my battery to be checked for an exchange for a new one as it was still under warranty. He said it would take 5 minutes to test. An hour later he went and checked it. Then had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come over for the exchange. Matt at the counter was nice, but this place is just so poorly run. I wish I would've never bought the battery from here in the first place.

Oil change service is extremely slow. Twice have showed up in morning at 9 for oil change and was told it won't be done for another 3hrs. They only have one guy doing service until more show up at 11. Went to Brake Plus instead.

I'm sure had I not brought my car in for a new battery on the coldest day in Omaha I would not have had the wait that I had. The employees were polite kind and did everything they could do to get me in and out expeditiously. Only complaint I have was the customer door was not working properly and THANK YOU COVID there is no waiting room

Would be super cool if you would find a way to let customers know that your oil change area is out of commission so they don t waste their gas to go drive there

Terrible experience. Tried twice to order tires online. Both times it took my order and gave me a pick up date. Both order pick up dates were changed saying there was a delay. Both orders were eventually cancelled saying they were out of stock. Wasted close to 3 weeks waiting. You should not be able to order them if they are out of stock

Worst service, if you wanna GET YOUR PATIENCE TESTED.... visit them . Know you will definitely . Probably Walmart assumes "service mechanic" as super hero , expecting one guy to do all the jobs Lol.....
