I had my tires replaced on my Dodge Journey and the technician found a center cap was broken upon removal. They said they would take care of it free of charge. I appreciate the extra effort these guys do for me. The service means more to me than the price of the tires. Although I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend this shop over any other tire place in Bellevue.

I explained to Mike that I was down on money and needed my tired patched ASAP as I was a single mother to 2 children, one who has a disability. I need my car to work, take them to school/daycare, and to take them to doctors appointments. Mike heard me out and gave me a very generous discount on my repair and helped me look over my options for a new set of tires I'll be needing in the coming future and explained ways that he could save someone like me, and my little family, as much money as possible when I am able to get them. I will most definitely be going back for all my tire needs!!

The workers did a fantastic job of getting my car repaired and frequently kept me updated on my car's progress. I definitely would recommend this shop to friends and family! I really wish they had a Keurig coffee machine. The store was a bit cold and the coffee would have helped.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in to get a new tire and when I got to work and tried to roll up my window they rolled down, it would not work. I had to make an appointment for Saturday at 9AM then to have to come back again after 12 when the tech who works on that stuff was in. They informed me the part would be 400 dollars and they would not fix it or give a discount since it happened while they were working on it and they claimed it's wear and tear but it was working fine when I brought it into them.Now I have to drive around with my window down in the cold including taking my kid to school. Also it wasted my Saturday and gas having to keep going back there for something that worked before they messed with my car. Never going there again and telling everyone not to.

Awesome place. Mike was very helpful the first time I went in for a tire repair and pointed out my biggest fear of the you're having been punctured on the sidewall. The next time I was in was when my oil change went wrong with a friend. They were able to fix the problem by the days end. Absolute life savers.

Unfortunately, I have to change my status on tires plus. I noticed on my invoice that I'm being charged for services I'm not asking for. Granted, the manager did offer to refund my card, but I have to physically go in there to have the refund done on my Tires Plus credit card that they already have on file electronically.. They sure don't have a problem charging the card without it being present, but a refund is a different story? This is not the first time that I have been charged for random services that I did not ask for, nor did the service even happen, in the six years I've been going there. But it sure will be the last.

I went in to tires plus for two new tires the cost for two tires were $408.00 after my vehicle was done my check tire pressure light was on. I went back in to tell Mike he said to pull into second stall. He put air in two tires and I had to ask him to put the other two tires back into my truck, he told me they weren t good anyways but could have them back. I later that day drove on the interstate and my vehicle sways and bounces. I m afraid what my vehicle is doing. They took advantage of my trust in them and they seem incompetent or that good to get me to go back in for more work done on my vehicle. I m pissed as hell!

The wait time was double what was quoted. They were unable to fix my tire and didn't charge me which was a pleasant surprise. Inside of the building was clean and tidy. Cost for new tires seems higher than average for the area.

Very good. They weren't busy and got me right in. The techs were very nice. They have a whole bunch of stuff they had to enter on the computer just to fix a leaky bead on my tire. They did upsell me to an air filter, but it's okay. I probably really needed it. I didn't buy the wipers they offered to sell me. And they checked the check engine code and told me what it was. So that was good also. They're very thorough and look for things to fix.

My SUV needed tires, I had a lot of road noise on the original set and they were quite worn. I ordered a set of four online and made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived early, and the manager (Mike) commented that the tires I ordered were what he purchases and would have recommended them. I told the staff I knew I was early and they were busy, I was told it would be about 1 - 1.5 hours. The tire replacement and a filter change that was recommended took just over 1 hour. The new tires ride like a dream, the entire staff at Tires Plus Bellevue did an exceptional job and I am extremely pleased with the work they did.

I m very pleased with both the quality and speed of the service I received at this place. The staff there were also very wonderful and polite beyond accommodating of my disability. So I had a nail on the tread of one of my tires after waiting for a while the guy comes out and says that I need to buy a new tire (cost will be $145) they weren't able to patch it or anything because it was supposedly unrepair. The first thing my husband told before I went in is NOT to buy a tire because it was Repairable. Obviously they just wanted to make money they gave me the tire with the nail inside. When i got home, my husband ended up patching it. That was so unprofessional people go there for help not for them to take our money for no reason!! Make sure someone else sees your tire before you try going to the shop.

Pretty Pricey $205.00 per new tire Upselling to replace another tire. Needed a tire replaced since it slowly kept loosing air since a seperate tire mechanic didn't double patch my tire correctly when I got 2 nails in it.I went to Gomez Tires right after my scheduled appt with them & got a good used matching tire put in quickly & efficiently for $55.

Went in regarding a leak in my tire. Was told there was no leak and it was probably my rim. Looked at my tire and saw NO water from where they said they checked for bubbles(leak). By the time I got home tire was flat again. My neighbor checked my tire and there absolutely was a leak.Said neighbor patched tire and that fixed it.My tire is under warranty and I told the manager I would probably need a new tire.All of my needs went ignored and noone fixed the problem.

Always get great and honest service here at a good price. I feel like they value your time. Oil changes are done in the time promised and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Updating this post from 2 years ago, as lately things have changed with management. Feel like there is tension when I go in there and always feel like you're pressured to do more and get treated rudely by management when using a coupon or not doing what they recommend.Will not be going here anymore, even though I've used tires plus for a good decade .

I went in for some tires and oil change and Mike P and the team got me on the road quickly. It was nice that the staff took time to help me figure out what tires I needed for my SUV, I drive a lot and needed to make sure they would last and help me through the winter months.I waited in the waiting area and was able to work while my car was worked on, the team made it easy and quick:). thanks for getting this Momma back on the road fast!

They treated me well. I got my tires here and they have been good tires. Made an appointment for 8am. I 2as supposed to be the first car getting taken care of. I got there at 750am and they already had 2 cars ahead of me. I made a first thing 8am appointment so I would be seen first not to wait in line. Now I have to postpone a trip. Where are all the workers? Have only ever seen one man working in a four or three man bay. Why?

Unprofessional management.They have 1 good tech his name is Don.James the "head" tech is a loose cannon and has a really bad temper and rushes all the jobs.The lube tech Cameron is inexperienced and temperamental, always seems like he has a chip on his shoulder.I asked for pricing on 4 tires and a driveshalf yet to receive that pricing because I gave a 1 star review because of what I have seen there at the shop.

I came in because my check engine light came on and my Honda Pilot was idling very rough. All the dealerships close-by told me I d have to wait for a week. I couldn t drive my car the way it was and I m moving in a few days out of state. These guys spent literally all day 9:30am-3:00pm working on figuring out the issue. They made time to squeeze me in and they fixed it! There was a part that was needed and they didn t even charge me for it. So thankful for this group of guys.

My family and I have been coming here for over six years with different vehicles. Every visit we've received great customer service and professional work. Today I came in with a flat tire and they had me out in less than 20 minutes. What began as a stressful morning turned into a simple fix. Thank you!

Didn t have issues with the place until I took it for a brake inspection. I felt like something was wrong with my brakes. They did the inspection and said nothing was wrong. I took it back a second time because something didn t seem right and they called me and said my break pads were basically nonexistent. They were flaking so bad they were basically turning to dust. The technician sent me pictures of the pads. The person said they were surprised my brakes were still working. I told them this was interesting because I had just had them looked at a month ago. Obviously a thorough inspection wasn t done the first time. Glad they got it right the second time but you shouldn t have to keep taking it in because something doesn t seem right to you. Let s do it right the first time please.

I absolutely love this place . I highly recommend Tires Plus for all mechanical issues. They are very trustworthy and not one time did they try to up sell any services to me . Prices are fair and the Manager Michael goes out of his way to make sure you have the best service possible. On several occasions he has picked my vehicle up and returned it after being repaired. Every one at our dealership uses them for our personal vehicles.Thanks Michael and everyone at tires plus fir your great service!!

They do a great job and are very reasonable about what they charge you. They did a diagnostic on a check engine light. It was just a plug that got loose so they plugged it back in and didn't charge me anything, even though technically they did they diagnostic. I've been going here for all my mechanical needs for years.

I went up here twice for a check engine light diagnostic test. TWICE! They also did a white smoke test on my car. I had went up there a couple times after that. Not once did they tell me that my oil pan was rusted and burning a hole through it. It was leaking out oil. That s something that should ve been communicated. It s upsetting because I really liked this place and felt like I could trust them. I won t be returning because I know now that they half do things.

I would've given them five stars a couple years ago. I use to really like them because of how easy to work with they were and how honest they seemed. Maybe it's a change of management or something, but when I went yesterday I felt like they were trying to screw me over. They insisted I get a more expensive tire to match the pair I had bought previously at a discount to get a "better ride quality." Another guy came and said the cheaper tire I wanted could be ordered and arrive in a couple hours, but by that time I was already feeling uncomfortable and had decided I didn't want any work done here so I told them to just do the inspection I needed done. While in they waiting room I overheard a conversation with another customer and they were totally cool with selling him whatever tire he wanted after a quick explaination of why the more expensive ones were better. It obvious to me the more premium usually comes with longer milage wider range of use in different weather conditions and so on, but I was looking for economy and they were cool with the older gentleman going with something more economical just after trying to push me in another direction. That's when I started thinking they were trying to screw me. After everything I was told my car needed work done that I did need when I came in a couple years ago, but that I had already taken care of February of last year somewhere else. So I'll be getting a second opinion from another mechanic before I go forward with all they gave me and the tires I need replaced I'll have replaced at another location. I do not trust these guys at all anymore.

We had new tires installed over the holiday. Unplanned adventure with a happy ending thanks to the fast and efficient team. We were in and out in less than hour for a price well under all other tire stores in the metro not to mention they were 2/6 that even had the tires we needed in stock.
