This is the second time we wentMy neighbor has been going with their 2 cars for years. Went for an oil change, he gave the car s once over since we are going to Montana next week and he said the front brakes needed work. The car is 7 years old it doesn't have a lot of miles, but I want to be safe. So he did those too. He is a very nice man, very reasonable and never had s problem with his work we will be going back.

Was able to get my car in same day and replace water pump! Finally able to drive my car again without overheating! Honest and didn t attempt to sell me anything I didn t need! Treated me as a female with the upmost respect! I will never go anywhere else when I need car repairs! Thank you Rob and and the great guys here!!

Really awesome and honest shop! I got my older car serviced before driving to the east coast. Prices are very fair and the workers are honest. Being a young lady, this is the first time I feel I had not been taken advantage of at an auto shop. They took the time to explain what parts were causing issues and opened up the hood of the car for me as they were explaining. We had a little hitch with the after market spark plugs/coils not working properly and ended up getting genuine Honda parts for way less than the dealership would have charged. The mechanic also made a list of things that needed to be done in the near future and prioritized it for me so I knew what really needed done vs what could wait a bit longer. Sad I found my car shop right before I moved, but would love to recommend them to anyone in the area.

For years this place previously did great work but for the past 8 months they have been returning vehicles saying the work is completed but the engine light is still on or the air still doesn't work after spending $1300 for a new system. I've given them multiple opportunities to correct the issue and finally took it to the dealership.(they said Simon's was not putting the correct amount of freon in the system) After spending thousands of dollars with them over many years (I own several vehicles) I no longer trust them.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Fantastic! Really kind customer service! Talked through everything on the phone with me. Was not condescending at all! Cut my quote from another company down by several hundred dollars. And did a little extra work, only after confirmation with us first. Honestly top tier place would recommend to anyone that's super busy and not rich.

Best auto repair shop there is. Great work, great prices, great professionalism. No one is more honest or more reliable. Our family has been going to Simon's for 40 years. Despite having moved away from Bellevue, I would rather drive all the way across Omaha than go someplace else.

Brought my vehicle in for some work and spent over 1500 dollars. They ended up ruining sensors in the process of replacing a part and then tried to have me pay for the part that their own technicians ruined.
